I can see lots of TWW threads for end of April but I thought I’d start one for any of us who are 1dpo in early May.

I’m 1dpo today. Fourth cycle of trying for second baby. Ovulation day came a week early for us this week, but we DTD 3 times in the fertile window so I’m hopeful.

I don’t remember getting any early symptoms with my last pregnancy.

I usually test waaaay too much. So get ready to see loads of iffy faint lines -ha!

What about you?

@Kat7542 I’m maybe not the best person for the bbt tracking but I think it’s the first reading when u wake without moving so prob the 35 one. Anyone else want to confirm this?

@Sarahloudobby very well could have been implantation and it would take 2-3 days to show on the pregnancy test so u could be in for a surprise 🤞🏽✨👶🏼

Thanks @Kat7542 and @DmcinT i still few like AF is coming, though this pain in my boobs is way worse than normal. It’s been ten years since I was last pregnant I can’t even remember If I had implantation bleeding then.

@HavinKittens ahh sorry about the test results. What will you have to do for this coming cycle ? Is it bloods ? Hopefully it's useful having this knowledge and you'll be able to do something about it !!

@Goldie1234 Thank you lovely :) I feel like I have stuffy sinuses, and very tired. I thought AF was coming as I had cramps the other day but they have all stopped now. I'm going to try hold of telling DH until fathers day though

AF is here today. Not a surprise really. Yes @Goldie1234 it will be another blood test I’m guessing. Then after that I think they’d probably refer us to the fertility clinic.

@HavinKittens Aw sorry you've got to go through another cycle of tracking and that AF showed up :( hopefully next cycle is the one!!

I couldn't test my BBT yesterday as I had to get into my son's bed as he had a bad dream, but BBT this morning is 36c which is on the higher end for me. Had a massive dip two days ago (35.43). I feel achy, crampy and just all over grumpy today which is how I felt last cycle before AF came. I think I'm about 7 DPO if I did ovulate last Thurs, but not 100% I did other than slightly stronger OPK, so too soon to test.

@HavinKittens also sorry to hear AF is here :( I hope next cycle is the one for us both and anyone else with a BFN this month.

I had a big BBT drop this morning and it's at it's lowest point since before ovulation... Cramps are starting so predicting AF will start properly later today and it'll be back to CD1 tomorrow.

Currently 1dpo now I believe as I finally got a positive OPK early Tuesday morning. I didn't think they worked on me for some reason🤦🏻‍♀️

Tmi but it has been hard to DTD as we just got back from our honeymoon, so I hope it worked as only done it on Sunday and late afternoon yesterday 🤞

Booked in an appointment with GP next month as cycles are still irregular 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Soph2512 ahh that's how I told my partner about our little boy ! In hindsight giving him a weed on stick in a restaurant wasn't the ideal way to tell him though ahaha but definitely a great day to share the news !!

@HavinKittens I think I'm going to get bloods done too as my cycles are all over the place. Is it day 21 they recommend doing them ? Do you have other children ? We went through IVF for my daughter, I have to say it was a relief to go to the fertility clinic because it took the pressure off !! It was actually my partner who's test results meant we qualified for IVF though.

@Goldie1234 i do think it’s cute! I think I will do a bag with baby stuff and a card 🙈

this is my line progression over the two days

First they did a whole load of hormone tests, something like five different hormones. Then when those tests came back normal they recommended the 21 day progestrogen, to check if I’m ovulating. I’ve got a call next week to discuss what happens next.

Yes my dh and I have a little boy who we had no trouble conceiving. And he has a son from a previous relationship. Is your little girl from a prev relationship? Is that why you haven’t gone for IVF again? No need to answer if I’m being too nosy!

I’m wondering if they’ll put me on one of the drugs that make you ovulate - I’m a bit scared of the risk of twins though!

I tried to have a 'relaxed' month where i avoided forums etc, tracking like a maniac (sitll tracking.. but not obssesed with checking 'charts like mine' on ff) - didnt clearly work. SO BACK TO BEING A PSYCHO next month.

I actually feel really gutted this month, im not sure if any of you feel the same, but some months feel worse than others. Also the constant wondering - when is it my turn?

Hi @Optimistic66 i don’t blame you for taking a break from the obsession. I feel like I need one. I definitely find some months harder than others. As with lots of things in life, it’s the not knowing that is hard.

I felt really gutted this month too @Optimistic66. I'm hoping this cycle is 3rd time lucky for us. CD1 over here and AF in full force.

full on AF for me now so I don’t know why I had that little bleed then nothing for a couple of days. Chatted with my wonderful man he said we need to try harder 🤣 so no arguements from me lol I have some opk sticks now what day in your cycle do you start using them?

Sorry everyone who"s having a tough time. Totally agree, thinking about ttc can be so all consuming. And I hate wishing all the time to go faster, when I'd normally be wishing for more hours in the day ! Really hope it works out soon for everyone !!

@HavinKittens my friend has been suggested the same thing and is v worried about twins too 😅 I think a nicer approach than full blown IVF though.
We had IVF for my daughter and then fell pregnant with my son by surprise not long after, which I think can be quite common? Unless I had the money spare, I wouldn't do IVF again, so just have to hope for another little miracle !!

@Sarahloudobby I think I'll start opks this month.. but a bit worried about it stressing me out ! Not sure when to start either .. maybe day 10 ?

Is anyone taking any supplements? Or tried conceive plus gel ?
