I can see lots of TWW threads for end of April but I thought I’d start one for any of us who are 1dpo in early May.

I’m 1dpo today. Fourth cycle of trying for second baby. Ovulation day came a week early for us this week, but we DTD 3 times in the fertile window so I’m hopeful.

I don’t remember getting any early symptoms with my last pregnancy.

I usually test waaaay too much. So get ready to see loads of iffy faint lines -ha!

I am CD9 of cycle 5 of trying to have our second baby. Starting to temp and will start OPKs tomorrow.

I was thinking of having a break this month but GP is doing my “21 day” progestrogen so I want to be sure when I ovulated this month.

Oh that sounds interesting, this is my first cycle I've tracked with opk I'm currently 5dpo , we've been trying for about 2 years on and off because I didn't want to put to much pressure on us and obviously it hasn't happened so we cranked it up a little this cycle 😂 I'm finding it so hard to but I'm positive our times are definitely on its way , so about the 21 day progestogen what does that mean I'm new to all of this sorry if I sound stupid 🤦🏼‍♀️xx

To know exact ovulation day/time is it best to be doing BBT?

im CD10/11 and started opks yesterday and cb fmu digital tests this morning. I’ll prob ovulate Monday/Tuesday and back into the TWW.

we’ve been trying since roughly nov but got preg in Jan and had a MMC at 3 months so this is first proper cycle since. Praying this cycle is the one 🤞🏽

So you can have a test to measure the progestrogen in your blood, which they can use to tell whether you likely ovulated or not.

The test is meant to be completed 7 days after you ovulated, hence it gets called “21 day progestrogen” because the average ovulation day is CD14, and one week later is day 21.

My GP said if I’m having semi regular periods and positive OPKs and I was pregnant in Jan (early loss) then I probably am ovulating but she said she would check this test anyway.

I know you can’t get NHS funded IVF for a second baby, but I think you can still have tests to rule out treatable problems (like thyroid) and they can give you medications to help ovulation if that’s a problem. My friend was on clomid to help ovulation, although she did end up with twins!!

@Amy95 I'm 36, TTC #1 with DH but it's #2 for me, my DS is 18 so just a bit of a gap lol. Second month TTC but last month was only a half attempt if that. I'm CD 7/8.

Hiya I'm 28 ttc #1 for us both that's a lovely age gap , me and my older sister have a big age gap and we're very close , half attempts are good only need that one little swimmer 🤞 I've actually really gone for it this month so I'm praying , I'm so sick of bfn xx

@FindMyRainbow hi! Yes I can share if that helps 🥰 I'll share what I put in my app - it's CD as didn't actually get a peak on my OPK's like only got faint lines so not actually sure when I ovulated
Started TTC December2021 and had a laparoscopy February 2023 for endo
I'm a terrible symptom spotter but I've avoided testing since last year and AF always came no matter what symptoms I had 😂
Think I ovulated about CD 15

CD19 I had lightening crotch (googled at the time and this is what came up😂) really make me just whilst on a netting working from home and happend a few times!
CD23 noted I thought I was getting thrush and also put

Sorry sent to soon
CD 23 thought I was getting through, but went away and I noted I felt pregnant- not sure why
CD 28 and 29 I put back ache
And then
CD 30 back ache cramps sore boobs and I had some EWCM with yellow (gross I know)
Then I've had back and cramps CD 31 and 32 (today) - tested 2-3 weeks today on clear blue

I normally get spotting before AF and that didn't happen so think that was my biggest clue other than that I definitely did feel different

@Harriet669 that's really interesting actually ☺️ I've been pregnant twice before but honestly can't remember anything and hadn't felt it before I knew either time.

It's probably good you've learnt to listen to your body and maybe not testing helps with reducing stress! Still, huge luck to you. Hope some of us join you on the 9 month journey soon!!!

I'm on CD 11 - inexplicably had sore boobs today which is super rare this early in the cycle for me - don't think it means anything as I'm not ovulating!

DTD on day 7, 9 and 11 so far, estimated ovulation date is CD 19 but it's the first month I've used a specific tracker and BBT (which was inexplicably high this morning!).

Did a OPK today which was negative and will do BBT and OPK now until peak ovulation.

I'm also expecting the results back from my Hertility test I sent off last week, so will be interesting to see my egg reserve etc.

Low progesterone last month and unusual spotting/early AF. GP thinks it's my Pcos causing irregular cycles again but I hope not as for the first time this year I've had regular cycles! I took a OPK today and had a faint line so I think it’s the begin of my peak, sorry for tmi but I had egg white cm so that’s why I took a test, seems early as I’m only on day 9 of my cycle. How many days do you guys get egg white cm?

@Sarahloudobby it can happen that early. Go on your body and then use that signal to test. I record mine and pics so I can track lol. I had slight clear CD 8 in May. Then much more CD with lots that pm and got my flashing smiley.

AF definitely here for me now so must have been a chemical unfortunately. On CD 3 now and joining the June TWW in a few weeks.

Background - 33yo, TTC #2, DD born March 2022 (first cycle trying), MMC March 2023 when not trying, suspected CP May 2023 first cycle trying for #2

Got a faint line this morning at 9dpo. Fingers crossed for some progression 🤞 Had the same signs as last time, cramping, poking type feeling on one side and a pulling feeling around my pelvic area.

Fingers crossed for you! Hope that line keeps getting darker🤞🏽
