I thought I’d create this thread if anyone wants to jump on.

I have a little boy who was 2 in April 💖

we decided in March to start trying for baby #2 and we were delighted to get pregnant that same month! Unfortunately we lost the baby at the end of April at 6w 4d

The MC is completed and I have taken an OPK this morning which looks to be really high. Not quite peak but definitely high which is just great that I’m ovulating again! I didn’t know what would happen. We both feel ready to try again this month so will be going for it.

@Hankthehonk thanks! Yes we will hopefully find out the sex at the 20 week scan. No preference either way, but I'm excited and nervous!

@xxcxdonxx massive congratulations!! I completely understand your anxiety I was the exact same!! Just take it day by day if you need to vent or talk or share any thoughts of feelings this group has been amazing for that!! The angels in this group put all my worries and fears to rest each time ❤️

Thank you so much @Strawb28 I’ve been getting some spotting which I know doesn’t always mean bad news so as you say, just taking it day by day and enjoying my positive for now ☺️

@xxcxdonxx i was the very same I got brown spotting around the time my period was due and even some dreaded red spots at 5 weeks 4 days and all was OK on my 6 week scan!!

Hi @Sez281 I have still been so sick but I have some good days too 😊😊no scans yet but I have my first midwife appt tomorrow to do all my check in details etc. Feels very real 😱 8 weeks and 4 days today. How's all with you this cycle? X

So pleased to hear it @Strawb28 . Wow, 8 weeks already, although I’m sure that the time for you has dragged in.

@xxcxdonxx i have to be honest it did drag at parts but does still feel quick. I didn't have any sickness until I was 6 weeks + 1 should have enjoyed the non sickness time when I could 😂😂hindsight is a great thing tho lol x

Awww @Strawb28 that's so exciting about your booking In appointment, makes it all more real! ☺️ I'm doing ok, fertile window in next day or 2 so saving my energy for then lol. I'm feeling really hopeful for this cycle, I don't know why as I said the same last cycle 🤷‍♀️😂

Totally jinxed myself being all calm and zen like, so not only did my period show up late and drag out for nearly 5 days. I started bleeding again yesterday morning 4 days after it stopped, like heavy brown/red with clots 😫 then it stopped in the evening and then I've had brown again today. Trying not to freak out and panic my cycle is going mental but its annoying me as im supposed to be approaching my fertile window lol. May have to buy ovulation sticks now to see if I'm actually going to ovulate or not 😕

I’ve no advise to offer unfortunately, it’s a strange one as you say to have the stop/start bleeding, definitely not what you need.
I think I read you had been for blood test for your hormone levels, I wonder if there is anything your GP could look into or advise on.

Wee update from me after @Sez281 asked about scans I booked another wee private one. I'm 8+6 by my calculations but measure 9+2 today and baby was wriggling away and could see arm, legs and could even see little fingers I couldnt believe it!!!!

@xxcxdonxx huge congrats, how are u feeling? How far along are u now?

@Westy22 thats very frustrating about the stop start bleeding, I would have that common enough in my periods, I could bleed for 3/4 days, then nothing for a day or 2 and then again for a day with brownish type blood but is this completely out of the norm for u? 🤞🏽 And everything else crossed for urself, @Sez281 & all others on this cycle ❤️❤️❤️

@HopeAndStrength i can’t believe ur already half way along, that must feel so reassuring❤️ Lovely to see ur update x I’m in next week to find out gender as well and I’m so excited, same as u, no preference either way but just can’t wait to know and I might even accept it’s real after I know😅 maybe even buy something pink or blue🥰

@Strawb28 awww that is so nice to see and what an amazing amount of detail! Did you have your booking in appointment too?

When I had my mmc, the lovely epu midwife said if we were to try again they would see us early for a scan. There is no way I could wait till 12 weeks this time around so I’m either going to be calling them or booking in for one privately to keep my mind at ease.

@DmcinT thank you 🥰 I’m only 4w+4 so so very early but in general feeling good. Very sensitive to every little twinge but trying to stay positive.

How are you getting on, is that you almost 20 weeks now?

@DmcinT it hasn't been the norm for me but maybe it's my new normal lol it's stopped now, had so much cm this morning, can't decide if it's fertile mucus or simply my body clearing out 🤣 so I've decided I'll just treat it as the start of my fertile window lol x

@xxcxdonxx so great on the extra/early scans, my epu did the same and as soon as this pregnancy was registered they sent out appointments, that reassurance has been vital this time around so 🤞🏽 U don’t have to wait too long for one now x
I’ll be 16 weeks for the gender scan next week so a little off 20 yet but that’s when they do the gender one here, very excited to find out🥰

@Westy22 that colour does sound really strange but hopefully it's just really fertile cm. I have tonnes of it the last 2 days (tmi lol) but I never usually get it so that along with my opks starting to rise means we need to get cracking 😂 Best of luck to all this cycle 🤞 xx

@xxcxdonxx yes it was absolutely amazing. I could not believe the details. The lady doing my scan was amazing and because it was internal it was sooo clear!! Yes I had my first midwife appt Monday too. The midwife was lovely and I really enjoyed it lol. How are you feeling?

Well I'm glad I prepared last night @Sez281 as I got the highest peak I've had to date this morning 🤣 two days earlier than last months peak and its shot up so fast from 0.66 to 1.76 overnight so fingers crossed I've ovulated 🙏 xx

Oooh nicely timed @Westy22 👌😂 I think I'm 2 days earlier than last cycle too. It's been rising loads today so think I'll hit peak tomorrow. It also means the tww will start sooner than planned which is great 😊

I havnt done any tracking ECT but I'm in with a chance still but I'm dpo 3 maybe? Haha

Definitely in with a chance @Jadeypie maybe even more so as you've not tracked it as you always hear about it happening when people switch off the focus lol (im still trying to master that lol) How are you? Xx
