I thought I’d create this thread if anyone wants to jump on.

I have a little boy who was 2 in April 💖

we decided in March to start trying for baby #2 and we were delighted to get pregnant that same month! Unfortunately we lost the baby at the end of April at 6w 4d

The MC is completed and I have taken an OPK this morning which looks to be really high. Not quite peak but definitely high which is just great that I’m ovulating again! I didn’t know what would happen. We both feel ready to try again this month so will be going for it.

@Dreamer88 i feel the exact same. I feel like it’s such a pressure to dtd those days even if your not in the mood. I know my OH has said he feels the same. I’m testing away and saying nothing to him this last 2 weeks. Naturally we’d only dtd every 3-4 days and had this Wednesday so if I did ovulate Wednesday evening/ Thursday morning I hope we caught 🤞🏽 I guess I could be back in the TWW atm (but I’m not 100% sure I did ovulate so who knows🙈) I’m taking folic acid now but the few months before we got pregnant I took Proceive ‘conception’ and so did my OH. He’s still taking them

If you don’t mind sharing, how long did it take others to ovulate after a MC?

@Dreamer88 I miscarried 13 days ago and I’ve ovulated today according to my tests . Which I feel is insanely early.

I’m just so confused by my ‘ovulation’ I had strong opks yesterday but by no means do I think they were positive by looking at positive tests online mine were more faint. But today they’re very faint, so have I just come close to ovulating but not?!

@DmcinT one of them was dry yeah! The recent darker one was about 2 mins after taking it!

@Freddie15VES im in the same boat 🙈 did u upload to pre mom to see what level they are? I’ve no idea if we can ovulate if the level isn’t high enough. I didn’t get a solid smiley on cb so I reckon I didn’t 🤷🏼‍♀️

@DmcinT yep and they’re just showing really low 😩 I think I’m gonna just not expect anything this month and go with the flow. Just instead of pulling out, we won’t 😂 so kind of trying but not trying. I’d like to just know where I’m at in my cycle to be honest!

@Freddie15VES id keep testing as you may ovulate later in your cycle. But obviously I’d you are taking a relaxed approach then no need.

I am feeling very emotional today. I’ve ovulated and I know we’ve done all we can but I feel like it’s finally sinking in about our mc. I am sad that I am no longer pregnant and sad that I may not be again this month. I am scared it will take months again and im not sure how I will cope.

@Misspotterscat i think I must have ovulated at the start of this week, but only starting testing on Thursday when they were fairly dark as now they’re super super light! I didn’t even think I’d ovulate that early after I’d stopped bleeding but I must have done!

aw no are you feeling better today? I hope so! It’s a tough one isn’t it all this and including hormones just makes it all so much harder! Hope you’re doing okay

I had a blood draw today and hcg is still 15 🙈 wondering could I have ovulated with these low levels of hcg does anyone know?

@DmcinT urgh I don’t even know. I have no idea about my cycle this month, my OPKS are stark white now with the teeny tiniest faint line so I dunno what those darker ones were! Definitely didn’t look positive but we’re the darkest yet. Just looking forward to my period coming so I know where I stand!

oh I have no idea!! I think I did read somewhere that you can ovulate with mega low levels but I’m not sure how true that is, how did you get another blood draw? Did you have to ask? Xx

I’m doing ok thank you. 5dpo and just trying to be positive and not fixate too much on symptoms. My Hcg levels were only 20 the second day of bleeding, and 13 two days later. I’m guessing that could be why I ovulated bang on time? Also makes me think the pregnancy was never viable? But I don’t know, I’m so clueless to all this stuff.
we had an early scan booked for today so I’m really trying to keep busy and forget that we should have been seeing our baby for the first time today.

I had a MMC in March with retained products that drew things out a lot. Finally had a period 3 weeks ago and my app tells me I ovulated today, later than pre-MC but I read this can happen. I think my body tried to ovulate 5-6 days ago but was unsuccessful as I never reached an LH peak. I definitely did this time though, attached are photos of the tests and my chart for reference in case it helps anyone.

First month TTC for #2 and we had sex in the fertile window so now at the very beginning of a TWW.

This chart is updated for today, you can also see the earlier rise in LH that never peaked. I got a static smiley on CB yesterday only (6.30am and 8pm), this morning it was negative again. Cheap OPKs surged Monday night, peaked Tuesday morning (yesterday) and began falling from Tuesday afternoon.

Sorry to hear about your MC and also the dragging out of it - makes it so much worse when you just want your body to return to normal! I think I ovulated last week but I’m not sure. I finished bleeding around 2 weeks ago so hoping AF will be here soon to get some kind of routine back!

I really don’t know if I ovulated last week. I think my body maybe tried but didn’t, I dunno. I had to get bloods to check on my iron, I lost a lot of blood during the procedure so my blood count was down to 9. I asked could they check hcg when they are doing it, just to see. (My blood is up to 12 but it was 13.8 before surgery🙈) anyways the hcg showed at 15 so now I’ve to go back next Tuesday to check if it’s rising or decreasing… it’s never ending 😞

I’d a very emotional day yesterday, cried the whole way to work and back, felt like I was teary at the slightest thing. My hormones must be all over the place.

also I was pregnant with triplets so I suppose it’s a huge hormone shift after 11 weeks 😪

My LH is starting to rise and I think I should be entering my fertile window now so fingers crossed! Hoping I ovulate soon 🤞
Had a negative HCG blood draw from the hospital last Friday so hoping my cycle is going straight back to normal.
Saw a picture of three pregnant friends together that cut deep as that should be me and my best friends. Everyone close around me is pregnant it seems.

How we all doing?? The first morning today where I haven’t even got the tiniest slightest minuscule hint of a line on a pregnancy test. So hoping I’ll be returning to ‘normal’ soon

starting to get frustrated with not knowing where I’m at in my cycle - bleeding started 15th April, stopped fully (like no old blood/spotting) on the 28th April. Had high OPKS on 3rd may for a couple of days….now bugger all! Very very low. We’ve had unprotected sex a few times although I doubt anything will come of it. When should I expect my period can anyone help!?!?

Before MC I had a 28 day cycle like clockwork so that’d mean I should be expecting AF in a few days?

Hello all... Thought I would join. Sorry to hear of everyone's losses. I had a MMC diagnosed mid-April - should have been coming up to 12wks but little one had stopped developing at 7+5. 3wks now since I had a re-scan confirming that I had passed the pregnancy and I've had a negative pregnancy test this week too so hoping body is getting back into rhythm. Have had AF type pains the last 3 days but no sign of her yet. Not done any ovulation tests since the loss so not quite sure what my body is up to! However, I am feeling ready to start trying again asap (which I wouldn't have believed if you'd told me 3 wks ago!)

I have a little boy who turned 2 in January. Really hoping to give him a little sibling soon. Wishing everyone lots of luck as we try for our rainbow babies. 🌈🤞🏻🥰

Not posted on this thread for a couple of weeks but I've been following, did a FRER on Tuesday and was BFN (guessing around 10-12 DPO assuming I've ovulated). I assume I would have had at least a very faint line if I've conceived so just waiting for AF to turn up now, won't bother testing again unless it's still not arrived by this time next week. At least if it turns up I can take it as a positive that things are going back to normal post miscarriage.

@Freddie15VES i was the same on pregnancy test this morning, not a hint of a line (but hcg was 15 on Tuesday so I’m hoping below10 now)

i wonder will we only ovulate now that hcg is undetectable? I’ve read that a few different places. I was the same as u on the 3rd but thinking practically I don’t think I ovulated. I had D&C over 5 weeks ago now though 🙈

@SnookyPook so sorry to hear your story and sorry for your loss, how are u feeling? I turkey thought how could I think of ttc again that wee k we found out but even 2-3 weeks later I just wanted to try and be pregnant again so please god it happens for us both🤞🏽

@WhiteHorse92 i know that feeling of just wanting to know either way so u can start planning what’s next. Every now & again I think maybe Ive a preg symptom or maybe it’s AF coming/ or ovulation but the not knowing is a killer. Everything crossed for u that u get ur bfp in the next few days xx

@DmcinT thanks and sorry for your loss too. I'm not feeling too bad all things considered. I've done lots of crying and processing and am feeling now like I want to focus on being physically and mentally healthy for giving things another go. I am feeling quite hopeful, though of course there are moments when the sadness hits and I feel low about it all again. Just taking it day by day I guess.

@DmcinT I honestly don’t know. I’ve googled, asked on peanut, googled again and can’t seem to find a solid answer 😂 some people say you can definitely ovulate when it’s not detected on a pregnancy test. I’ve been using early tests to make sure the hormone has gone. I’ve had so much bloating today which I had when I found out I was pregnant last time so it’s giving me anxiety. I just want my period now 😩😩

@Freddie15VES i have had such bad bloating yesterday and today. I had quite a big bump at 11 weeks with the triplets (I looked more like 5/6 months) and this bloating is the same sensation. My bump was pretty much gone 3-4 weeks ago so it almost feels cruel that it’s somewhat back. I suppose it could be fertilisation or it could be AF coming?

@DmcinT its horrid isn’t it like a proper cruel reminder. I really hope it’s not AF coming and is good news for both of us 💖

I think I’m gonna stop ovulation testing now as I just wanna forget about it for a bit! Will just go with the flow (literally) until period arrives and then start testing!
