Hi ladies

I thought I’d create this thread if anyone wants to jump on.

I have a little boy who was 2 in April šŸ’–

we decided in March to start trying for baby #2 and we were delighted to get pregnant that same month! Unfortunately we lost the baby at the end of April at 6w 4d

The MC is completed and I have taken an OPK this morning which looks to be really high. Not quite peak but definitely high which is just great that I’m ovulating again! I didn’t know what would happen. We both feel ready to try again this month so will be going for it.

Whether you’re TTC baby #1 #2 #3 etc you’re welcome to jump on ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

@Strawb28 spotting can be totally normal in early pregnancy can be from when implantation happened or when af is meant to be due sex can cause it too xx

Strawb28 · 19/07/2023 13:21

@Jadeypie i had pink when I wiped on 8dpo which I believe was implantation because I got my faint positive 9dpo but today and yesterday I've had some brown tinges on my tissue when wiping when I had my chemical I had brown spotting before the bleeding started. Its just a waiting game now 😄

DmcinT · 19/07/2023 13:34

@Strawb28 I haven’t had it but in the feb due date group there’s so many who have had light and heavy bleeding and everything was fine, I know it’s easier said than done but try not to worry as long as u don’t have cramping along with it it sounds quite normal

Strawb28 · 19/07/2023 13:37

@DmcinT no cramping or anything but no real mad pregnancy symptoms either which makes me feel cautious! But I will just take it day by day šŸ™šŸ¤ž

Strawb28 · 19/07/2023 13:37

Jadeypie · 19/07/2023 13:39

@Strawb28 it's so bloody hard isn't it constant panic! I'm 7dpo( I think) so av started the the symptom spotting promised myself I wasn't going to do that but here I am constantly looking over old charts. Xx

DmcinT · 19/07/2023 13:41

@Strawb28 keeping everything crossed for u? How far along would u be now? I think it was around 6 weeks when I started getting symptoms

Strawb28 · 19/07/2023 13:46

@Jadeypie it really is!!! Why does it have to be so scary šŸ™ˆšŸ™ˆ

@DmcinT im literally just 4 weeks today! Tests have got stronger but just know how quickly things can change! I have read some women don't get symptoms to about 6 weeks??

HopeAndStrength · 19/07/2023 14:13

Hi everyone, I just wanted to share that I've had my 12 week scan this morning and am so relieved and amazed to see a little one wiggling away in there.
I'd prepared myself for bad news so it hasn't really sunk in yet.
They measured 12w5 and put me a bit earlier than expected at the end of Jan. Can't believe it is real!

Sez281 · 19/07/2023 14:21

Aww congratulations @HopeAndStrength that's amazing news šŸ˜ @Strawb28 if there's no cramping and just a bit of spotting I really wouldn't worry too much (although I know it's easier said than done 😣) crossing everything for you šŸ™šŸ¤žxx

Hankthehonk · 19/07/2023 14:26

@HopeAndStrength that's amazing news congratulations on your scan!

@Strawb28 I haven't had spotting in this pregnancy but as others have said it can often be totally normal. I experienced spotting at 7/8 weeks when pregnant with my daughter and I had a totally healthy pregnancy and baby

Strawb28 · 19/07/2023 14:57

@HopeAndStrength such brilliant news!!! So delighted your scan went well!!

@Sez281 no cramps or anything thank god! And it's only on some wipes and it's more like tinged if ya get me!!

@Hankthehonk thank you so much. I'm keeping everything crossed šŸ¤žšŸ¤žšŸ¤ž

DmcinT · 19/07/2023 15:22

@HopeAndStrength ah I’m so delighted for u, it’s so nerve racking, just amazing to see all is well and to even be a little ahead of what u thoughtšŸŽ‰ xx

Jadeypie · 19/07/2023 17:00

@HopeAndStrength awwww such lovely news it's amazing seeing them bounce around isn't it! Delighted for you 🄰 xx

HopeAndStrength · 19/07/2023 18:05

Thank you all so much ā¤ļø

Freddie15VES · 19/07/2023 21:12

Sorry @Strawb28 i didn’t see this until now. I haven’t but I know a lot of people who have! If it’s brown then I think you’re okay, it’s just when it’s red/fresh blood that’s when I’d be calling EPU!

@HopeAndStrength oh wonderful news! So happy for you!! 🄰 Congratulations lovely what great news to hear first thing. šŸ’•šŸŒˆ Xx

Hi all, it's been a while. I had a very drawn out MMC in March with retained products that only passed in June. So essentially I tested positive for 6 months despite the baby not developing past 5.5 weeks.

Got my BFP today and 10dpo. Of course filled with nerves given the previous loss. Hoping this one sticks so my daughter gets her rainbow sibling šŸ’—
