I thought I’d create this thread if anyone wants to jump on.

I have a little boy who was 2 in April 💖

we decided in March to start trying for baby #2 and we were delighted to get pregnant that same month! Unfortunately we lost the baby at the end of April at 6w 4d

The MC is completed and I have taken an OPK this morning which looks to be really high. Not quite peak but definitely high which is just great that I’m ovulating again! I didn’t know what would happen. We both feel ready to try again this month so will be going for it.

@Westy22 hurrah! Also, we'll be in the tww together! Got my peak last night so hopefully ovulating today... Eek!

Lovely hearing about those of you who are close to siblings with slightly larger age gaps. Only 2 years between my Sis and I so I always wanted a small gap and it was one of the things that upset me most when I lost the pregnancy as it would mean minimum of 3yr gap. I couldn't quite picture it so it's lovely to hear some of you were very close with bigger gaps.

@HopeAndStrength wow - exciting to have a scan date (although probs a bit terrifying too?!) So lovely getting to follow your journeys guys who've had BFPs - brings hope! 🌈💕

@Hankthehonk yeah I’ve lots of multiples everywhere in my family, my sister has twins, my aunt has a set and my granny had 4 brothers that were 2 sets of twins.. no triplets but it seems the gene is there and strong 🙌🏽 It’s the added risks it brings that I’m terrified about. They believe my MC was a result of the triplets being on one plancenta and it’s being under too much pressure 😔

So my sicky feeling if hungry is back and I feel a bit relieved about it 😅 hadn’t noticed it all day yesterday so was starting to worry.

@HopeAndStrength so nice to see those appointments come in the door. I really want to try be excited about my scans and not fear them from the experience over the last few months. I’m in on July 11th and already feel nervous 🫣

Im such a lurker on multiple threads during this really tough process of ttc!

Following recurrent loss, we have been trying again but due to a mix of issues have only managed to dtd on CD13, ovulated CD16... my chances are super low arent they but as we do in this process just seeing if anyone has managed a miracle bfp with similar situation! 😂🤞🙏

@Ttc2023x hello and welcome! No words of wisdom other than... You're in with a shout! Deffo within that 5 day window 🤞🏻how many dpo are you now? I'm just at 1dpo so right at the beginning of a joyous tww 😬🤪

I hate the overthinking of it all! But cant stop my self. Haha im CD17 so i guess heading into tww which is ridiculous as haven't even given things a proper try 🤪🤣

@Ttc2023x cd18 here so super similar! Haha it's so bad when you've not even tried really and still get sucked into the tww. I am a real mixed bag of hopes and feelings right now. Slightly more terrified of seeing a BFP than not I think 🙃

Yeah exactly, if i did see one i would then just have the fear it would result in another loss. Wish there was more reassurance given by health professionals but in limbo at the moment! Fingers crossed for us both 💛🙏🤞

Hi all, just joining here, love how active it is!
I’m currently TTC baby#3 after a chemical and mmc earlier in the year.
Clearly no good news yet but I’ve switched up my vitamins this month in the hope it makes a difference, or I’m just clutching at straws 😂
Ovulation strips also arrived this morning so ready to start testing 💜

My ovulation sticks look like they've faded so do you think maybe I was coming out of my peak ? Maybe missed the boat and it was earlier? So im not sure whether to count myself in this month lol If I ovulated at the weekend then I may be in with a chance but not holding out much hope for this month lol x

@Westy22 id imagine if u had that strong Lh opk yesterday ur ovulating today 🤞🏽

I am rubbish on here, got a poorly toddler at the moment and spending 90% of my free time eating cos apparently if I don’t my bodies like ‘we’re gonna be sick now’ 💀

Good luck to everyone in their TWW! Sending soooooooo much baby dust to you! But remember don’t put pressure on something that’s out of your control you’ve done all you can, relax and look after yourselves this TTC stuff can be hard work!

Welcome @xxcxdonxx and sorry to hear about your losses. Hope the ovulation sticks are helpful! Whereabouts in your cycle are you at the moment?

@Westy22 I agree with @DmcinT - if your opks have faded today after being stronger yesterday then that was probs your peak and it's likely you're ovulating today. 🤞🏻

@Freddie15VES thanks for the words of wisdom!! Currently trying to just forget/ignore the tww. Not sure it's a winning strategy 😂

Hi @SnookyPook i’m only on CD8 so going into the trenches!
I’ve followed Smep previously which would have us starting to ‘try’ today and begin ovulation testing on CD10. I’ve downloaded the Premom app after seeing a few people mention it here so have started ovulation testing today and will see if it gives me any more insight than before.
It’s so difficult not to become obsessed with dates and timings!

@xxcxdonxx im CD8 as well! I'm onto my 12th cycle TTC and had a chemical last October! Fingers crossed for this month:) I'm so sorry to hear about your losses. What ages are your wee ones?

They are 4 and 2; our little mmc baby was due early Oct so they all would have had a similar age gap which has been bizarrely hard to let go of.

How are you feeling this month? I’m not expecting to ovulate for another week so feels like a long month ahead already!

@xxcxdonxx its definitely hard to deal with things like when scans would have been or due dates etc. I ovulated CD18 last month so I'm expecting a long month ahead also!!! I'm really hoping this is out month too 🤞🤞x

I'm just sat here wondering if I'm pregnant yet lol not holding much hope for this month tho tbh as without a period I don't actually know my cycle and I've got two apps telling me totally different things even with my OPK tests 🤣 but thought I'll try anyway and hope for the best 🤞 been super hormonal, like full on angry/emotional, totally not tolerating people the last few days but seems to be easing off. CM hasn't given me ovulation vibes either tbh as it's minimal and watery? (Sorry TMI) x

@SnookyPook we are still on holiday so I’m trying to manage being a sick zombie in the heat 😅 poor DH has no partner in crime for day trips, activities or a wee day drink 🙈😂 he’s been great but I’m sure I’m the shittiest company at the min.

Nope nothing lol its nearly 8 weeks now 💤 convinced myself it's arriving this coming week with my moods etc x feels like forever

@Westy22 it is lovely in fairness and has been a great distraction for these early weeks, I’m just over 7 now and booked for an early scan 11th July. Feeling very nervous about it just hoping everything will be ok, the thoughts of having to go through a MC again, I just don’t know how I’d cope

I can imagine those 8 weeks have felt so long, I’m so sorry u still have so much uncertainty, did EPU say anything about getting in touch of it didn’t arrive in any timeframe?

I can imagine the nerves, will keep everything crossed. Its good you've still got nausea etc that's all positive!! X

No they just said test in 7 days and if its positive call them, found that quite confusing as if hcg was 7 last week and showing a decline, it would never show a positive! So I've not tested. Thought I'd give myself 2-3 weeks and if AF doesn't arrive then I'll test x

Thanks @Westy22 ❤️ I know they say the sickness is a good sign but I had it with the triplets until a few days after my D&C so unfort I can’t even let myself feel it’s a good sign but hoping and praying al is ok in there.

that’s annoying abt the test when they know ur hcg was 7 but maybe it’s Incase a new pregnancy starts, have you been ttc in these weeks or just waiting now for Af?

I wouldn't say we've been actively trying but have dtd a few times. It kind of just happened the first time round without me actively tracking anything so I'm trying to stay chilled and not get super obsessed 🙈 easier said then done after your first loss but I'm alot more chilled than I was a couple of weeks ago x

@Westy22 ah that's so frustrating. Hope you get some clarity soon.

I'm plodding on. Very early into tww and trying to ignore it with minimal success 😄

@DmcinT I'm sure your DH doesn't mind one bit. I'm glad the holiday is helping to keep you calm a bit! Not too long until the scan now and hopefully that will be reassuring for you. We're all rooting for you! ❤️❤️❤️
