Thanks @TickingTui , based on symptoms I always get at ovulation I believe it happened yesterday evening so fingers crossed 🤞. I’m also on proceive max- may have been a complete coincidence but after trying for a while I conceived first month on it with my first. It also seemed to help my friend who was 39 at the time and struggling to conceive as got twins after a month of taking! Could all be coincidence but who knows.
what CD are you on now? Here’s hoping your cramps are a good sign xx

For sure😃🤞! Had you been taking it long when that happened? All my current vitamins say they need to be taken 3 months before they really kick in..

I would be game for twins - think my husband would have a heart-attack tho! 😂

I'm on CD 27 or 7/8 dpo... I'm obsessing over the earliest I can test. I got a faint line on 9 dpo last time, but planning to hold out til 11. I have a pack of 4x tests at the ready if I lose my resolve early tho😅

@TickingTui myself and friend(twins) had been taking maybe 6 weeks before proceive seemed to “work”, you are absolutely correct they say take at least 3 months before conception, probably as it would take that long to improve egg quality etc I presume. I had been taking other regular vitamins prior to that too. I had great iron and full blood counts throughout pregnancy which one registrar said was rare so I presume proceive and a good diet helped there too 👍🏻

@Eirlys1986 I've recently seen baby twins up close for a few days, and it's not for me, with a toddler also!! I have twins running through my family also, so being older gives you another tick for that, thank goodness I'm not still breastfeeding 🤣

I realised I ordered new ubiquinol, and have been taking 400mg, so a huge dose compared to my 100mg last cycle

@TrudyProud I just caught up on the thread now back from hols, and congratulations!! Have you taken another test? How are you feeling?

Still early days but my pregnancy is going in the right direction. Still no idea of my true DPO but AF was due yesterday and she's not here 🥳🥳.

Will take another digital next week to hopefully see 2-3 weeks then I'll let my GP know. Honestly I'm so happy!

@Eirlys1986 my temperature rose again overnight so think we did all sync. I am going to dts again this evening then I think we can calm it down for another month 😂

@TickingTui how exciting. The cramps sound like a great sign. I am not an early tester at all (always wait until AF is a few days late) and have my fingers firmly crossed for you.

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 one of my best pals is a single mum by choice with twins and they are ADORABLE! I always thought it would be a nightmare (until I met them) but they are now toddlers and she is trying for a third so definitely possible with the right mindset. I am TTC#1 and twins would be most welcome indeed 😍.

@TheFanciestPants wow can’t believe we have all synced! Amazing 👍🏻, think we will dtd once more tonight too if we can get the energy together, should officially do tomorrow too and then another day 48 hours later with smep but I feel so confident about when the ovulation occurred that I kind of don’t feel the need to do the extra bits.
I don’t think I will be able to wait till after AF due to test but you never know, I may develop some new found patience 😂

Oh god twins are not for me 😣 the pregnancy and birth are just so medicalised and high risk I would really not be keen at all. Plus having two already and knowing how hard they are individually as singletons 😂😂

@Eirlys1986 Thanks for that info- Will deff be grabbing some then! So good you had great iron and blood counts throughout. Low iron is a fam prob for me, so always have to keep on top of it!

I can imagine @A1b2c3d4e5f6g7! I have a super clingy 22mth old .. I worry how he'll react sharing Mum & Dad with one sib, let alone 2! That being said, now I have him, I'm realising just how much I'd like 3 🙈

@TheFanciestPants God I hope so! I keep joking with my husband if we haven't been lucky, I prob need a Doc at this rate 😅. I'll let you know how my resolve goes - really trying not to psych myself out with early tests!

Weighing in on the twin debate! I'd still love twins but my husband would pass out because we already have one. My best friend has twins and they are WAY easier than my son. Have always slept and teething doesn't upset them, will sit and play happily. I guess you never know what you'll get! 😅

@TickingTui My son is 2 and also really clingy. I don't think he'll be impressed by a sibling 🤣

I think I'll switch to the infamous Proceive Max in a few months if we don't fall pregnant!

10DPO over here with zero symptoms. Looking forward to sneakily cracking out the OPKs next month. 😅

@Mummyme87 I completely agree. I'd be terrified the whole pregnancy, and am high risk anyway (I get gestational diabetes). Also, off the back of several flights recently with my 15 month old, I wouldn't cope with three on a plane, so there goes any hope of travelling for a long while 🤣

@TickingTui I agree, I keep mooting three now. My partners not keen, and I am 38, so I'd have to move v quickly weren't to happen. I'd be so grateful for a second

@LeopardLover when will you test? No symptoms isn't a bad thing, there's not really enough hcg to have loads, unless you're very sensitive to it!

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 Thank you! It's easy to feel left out when you don't get symptoms. Although with my son I only had intense cramping a few days before my period was due. I even had an early scan because I didn't feel pregnant! I think I'll wait until my period is due (Saturday), although I do have a bunch of cheapy tests so if I get bored I might do one on Friday 😉

@TickingTui great, I obviously really recommend it and promise I don’t have shares in proceive 😂
@LeopardLover my 18 month old son is also a massive handful as we’ve discussed before, I think in the long run a sibling will be the best thing for him. my friends twins are also super easy, it’s ludicrous when we go out together anywhere with them as my single child causes sooo much more ruckus than the twins 🙈

I agree! Our boys need siblings 🤣 even if they aren't big fans at first.

Oh gosh, it's so bad isn't it. My friend invited me to a coffee shop the other day where the kids are required to just sit down. I mean! I said that won't happen but she replied, no it'll be fine! Er, she just doesn't get it. 😅

@LeopardLover 😂 yeh mine does not “do” sitting at present unless actively stuffing sausages into his face or watching Julia Donaldson books/baby fg shark 🦈. We get pure rage if we put him into a high chair before the food has arrived at a cafe/restaurant, we’re off to Corfu in a few weeks- have booked all inclusive in the hope immediate food on tap will solve his hanger 😂

@Eirlys1986 Oh yes, we're anti-highchair over here. I can only get him to sit if he's really hungry! Also on holiday in a couple of weeks but we're getting a villa with friends so I need to pack plenty of snacks. It also has a pool so I'll probably be on edge the whole time. 😅

@LeopardLover 😂 oh dear, we are getting DS one of those little life vesty things for this very reason as he will repeatedly face plant into water (as he does a squillion times during bath time). Hope you have a lovely holiday 😊

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 oh wow that’s a cracking dose! Apparently there’s 40mg in proceive max! Maybe I’m just very sensitive. Talking of proceive, anyone else notice their pee is luminous yellow?! Looks like I’ve been sucking on a sharpie. @TickingTui i expect my period will come two days early.

@TheFanciestPants I’m good thanks! My cycle seems to have completely synced with @Eirlys1986 the magic of proceive max 😂 also going to dtd this eve as per smep. Seems somewhat pointless as all the signs are I’ve ovulated already but missed the later ones last cycle and didn’t conceive and obviously science is out the window and superstition reigns supreme! Also due tomorrow and then Saturday but we’ll see.

I fantasise about having twins! 🙈 I’m from a big family and I love it.

My LO isn’t a big fan of eating so unfortunately bribing doesn’t help with the highchair issue! He’s not too bad. Julia Donaldson has saved many a meal out. Tho he now starts chanting watch superworm before he’s even started his dinner 🙈 basically have to distract him with some extreme performative book reading every tea time so he’ll eat his tea 🙈

@TrudyProud the tests are looking fab! I for one will be very happy to hear updates of how you are doing and of course for you to hopefully be able to celebrate with some more of us as we get our BFP too 👍🏻
@Muriel84 yes I am also questioning the logic of continuing to dtd despite the ovulation probably having happened but we’ve tried so hard so far we may as well keep going. Will do tonight and tomorrow then maybe give the one in 72 hours a miss

I'd love twins as I've wanted a big family but left it late. However considering I've not yet managed one I think twins is optimistic.

I think I'll ovulate late tonight or tomorrow 🤞as DP away after that.
