Hi ladies! I was just wondering anyone wanted to join me in the TWW? According to my apps I was due to O tomorrow (10th, CD23) but have ended up O'ing on Thursday (06th, CD19 Hmm) so currently 3DPO. Thankfully had been BD but it's not going to be enough we don't think as only caught -3, -2, +1. This is our third month trying so not too long but I would love some company to stop me going mad, I only have a 10-12 day LP which is stressing me out as it doesn't feel long enough but apparently it is!! Grin. Baby dust to you all!

Hey! I've heard 2 days before ovulation is one of the best days. I think you still stand a fairly good chance there 😊. I managed -5, -3, -2, -1 this month but none on or after ovulation. Currently 9dpo

BB2818 · 11/04/2023 10:00

Can I join? I am about 12dpo. Based on temperature monitoring I think I ovulated on CD16. Usually ovulate between CD16-18. Cycles are 27-32 days.

I came off my pill in Dec 2021 but been actively trying since March 2022. I had an early miscarriage May/June 2022. Nothing since.

However I have been taking conceive plus since Oct after someone on here recommended. My cycles are now closer to 29 days - the last 3 have been 29/30. I was previously ovulating around CD20 before taking them. AF is not as heavy or painful either since taking 🙌🏻

TTC12023 · 11/04/2023 11:21

@BB2818 Of course, it would be lovely to have some company! How long is your LP usually, based on your message it looks to be around 11/12 days? Is your temp still nice and high?

I had a dip this morning, 5DPO (although I think I'm really 6DPO based on O pain last week) and got my hopes up slightly until I realise I dipped last month on the same DPO 😑so looks like it might be normal for me!

I'm trying so hard not to symptom spot as I know it's too early but the brain is playing tricks!

@Ttcmumma thanks for the up beat message! Looking at previous months I usually catch -3, -2, -1 & +1 (of varying combinations) and no such luck. Trying to take a relaxed view of it but it is becoming all consuming! You must be 11DPO now? Have you tested?

OP posts:
Ttcmumma · 11/04/2023 11:26

@TTC12023 no problem! Yes I'm 11dpo now, I only had a cheapie to try this morning and I'm pretty sure it was negative. Line eyes keep making things appear 😅 but I'm waiting on a delivery today for early tests. I partially think I have symptoms but also feels like AF is coming. Af due Friday so I may be out this month but will keep you posted

BB2818 · 11/04/2023 11:33

@TTC12023 usually 11/12 days so slightly short still but was anywhere between 7-12 previously. I haven’t temperature monitored since Thursday as I have been away. Also not sure how accurate this cycle is as had Covid (again) around the time of AF.

I am trying not to symptom spot but I am extremely tired. When are you planning to test? I plan on holding out until Sunday 🤞🏼

TTC12023 · 11/04/2023 12:38

@Ttcmumma 100% let us know 😊positive vibes too you! Line eyes did that to me last month, although I guess it could have been a chemical. Hubby keen for me not to early test to avoid stress but I have tried to detail the necessity of 'knowing' if it's catching but not sticking 👀Obvs just need to POAS to satisfy an urge 😝

TTC12023 · 11/04/2023 12:48

@BB2818 So AF is due Sunday/Monday as only have 10-11 day LP (I think I've made it to 12 days once in 9 months of tracking). It confuses me when I should test as when I'm 'late' (which I was on Jan/Feb cycle) I was only 12DPO which I have read is too early to test sometimes 🙄I guess I should hold out to Wednesday which would be 14DPO and officially very late for me..?

I know 5DPO is too early for anything really but my nipples a tingling which is the oddest sensation, normally my boobs just 'hurt' after O (but not always, helpful....!)

You'd be officially late tomorrow then? Sunday is soooo far away! Happy to keep you company! Any other symptoms (even though we're not symptom spotting!

If I ovulated on CD16 like my temperature suggested and I stick to my 29 day cycle (like past few) I could have a 13 day luteal phase this month!

In the past, if I ovulate as early as CD16 I start AF around CD27 - which is today. But like you say it gets confusing as they say accurate testing is 14dpo, for me AF would already be a few days late 🤷🏼‍♀️

I tend to spot 2-3 days before AF.

BB2818 · 13/04/2023 07:23

How are you all? Cycle day 29, 14dpo today. No sign of AF yet. Longest luteal phase to date - which is good news either way.

Had my 21 day bloods back yesterday which show a slight elevation in progesterone but not to the level it should be. However that could be because I ovulate later than cycle day 14. Having bloods done on day 21 and 25/6 next month.

TTC12023 · 13/04/2023 10:17

@BB2818 Hi! All Good over here thanks! 7DPO today with some sharp pains on the side I O'd on Tuesday night but honestly that could be nothing. I did feel queasy this morning but I felt the same last month so just putting it to the back of my head, fairly sure I'm out this month.... again 🙄

Are you planning on testing today as you're 14DPO?

BB2818 · 13/04/2023 10:40

Why are early pregnancy and AF symptoms so similar… it’s so frustrating 🙃 saying that other that being super tired I don’t have any symptoms to suggest either 🤷🏼‍♀️

I started logging symptoms on my app to so I know what is usual.

I don’t actually keep tests in the house anymore, saving me a fortune 🙈. I was planning on holding off until Sunday as that would take me to 32 days - longest my cycle has been in a while. But the temptation to go and get a test is unreal 🤣

TTC12023 · 13/04/2023 13:49

It is so frustrating, I'm starting to get quite down about it but trying not to, I know everything is OK as we both had private tests but they did say my cycle was a bit hey wire sometimes. I can be 'regular' i.e. 29-32 days cycles and then just have a random 50 days. I was due to O on CD23 (just like EVERY OTHER month) but no apparently is was CD19 this month, luckily I am very in tune and I knew, but is still irritating!!

I would have to test now I think, you have some amazing willpower @BB2818 .

@Ttcmumma did you test? How did you get on?

OP posts:
Ttcmumma · 13/04/2023 14:12

@TTC12023 still negative, not going to 100% count myself out until af comes but I do have very sore boobs, cramping definitely feels like AF is coming and feel really sick today. The way my cramping feels I would usually start af the next day/two days later at most and natural cycles predicts af to come tomorrow so I think I might be out this month. Should know in the next day or two

BB2818 · 13/04/2023 18:02

@TTC12023 Here to vent if you need to. It’s such an emotional rollercoaster.

This is unknown territory for me. I have previously had no issues conceiving, it’s been keeping a pregnancy that’s been the issue. I have almost been a year since my latest miscarriage.

I am convinced my cycle is just a bit off it because I had Covid at the beginning of this cycle. Trying not to get my hopes up incase AF arrives.

@Ttcmumma how many dpo are you?

Ttcmumma · 13/04/2023 18:38

@BB2818 well my app says I ovulated on cd15 but I didn't get a peak result in the morning, I got one around 9pm that night. Tho my temp did increase on cd16 and stay up so according to that I am 13dpo so I'm not really expecting to get a positive anymore. Just hoping for a miracle! I'm on cd28 at the moment. My 3 cycles since miscarriage have been 36 days (this was from miscarriage bleed so expected to be longer), 30 days and 28 days. I'm sure AF is going to come anyday now but not giving up until it does 😅

BB2818 · 13/04/2023 19:07

@Ttcmumma sorry about your loss. Positive thoughts, hopefully at least one of us (if not all three of us in the group) get a positive pregnancy test this cycle 🤞🏼

Ttcmumma · 13/04/2023 19:13

@BB2818 thank you. Yes definitely, I've been talking to someone on here who got negatives until she was one day late and felt like her period was coming. So we really aren't out unless AF shows. Excited to see a positive pregnancy test on this thread regardless of who it comes from! And if any of us get negatives this month then maybe a 2024 baby will be on the cards from next month 🤞🏻

Do either of you take pregnacare conception? I've never taken vitamins before pregnancy before, just once I know I'm pregnant. But due to losing the last pregnancy I was hoping to give a healthier start. Wondered if there are any better ones out there?

BB2818 · 13/04/2023 19:35

🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

I take folic acid and conceive plus ovulation. Since taking the conceive plus my cycles have been more regular and my luteal phase is more like 11/12 days rather than 7-12 days. Also AF is less painful.

Babydustthisyear · 13/04/2023 21:31

Hey @TTC12023 I think I'm the same as you I was due to ovulate cycle day 14 I used premom strips and clear blue and DtD every other day and on what I thought I was 3dpo I have had light bleeding, for past 3 days period not due until 23rd. Very confused I must have ovulated earlier even though I track it. I also noticed on my flo app my last cycle was 26 days when normally 27/28

Someone mentioned ovulation bleeding never had it in my life so don't think that's it. Im having period like cramps.

TTC12023 · 13/04/2023 21:52

@Ttcmumma like you say you're not out until AF shows up! Fingers crossed you're one of the late HPT testers 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

TTC12023 · 13/04/2023 21:54

@BB2818 thank you! I'm definitely out this month but I guess that's not completely true until AF shows up. I think I need to come up with a plan moving forward because clearly I'm not BD enough 🤭

I don't take any supplements maybe that's where I'm going wrong! My SIL took them and it messed up her cycle so I'm a bit nervous about taking them, especially as it can be a bit heywire by itself!

@BB2818 it's interesting you've managed to extend you're LP I think I need to try and do that to me honest, or bring O forward somehow!!

TTC12023 · 13/04/2023 21:59

@Babydustthisyear what DPO are you 'on' now? Could it be implantation bleeding maybe?

OP posts:
Ttcmumma · 13/04/2023 21:59

@TTC12023 honestly think it's luck! When I got pregnant in October I only dtd twice the entire month 😅
