This is my first half attempt of TTC.
My MC that started in early Feb only completely finished the week starting 06/03 getting a negative test in that week too.
I’m certain (well convinced myself) that I ovulated on Thursday 9th DTD then started having ovulation symptoms that evening, this is probably all very much in my head but now I’ve put myself on a TWW when in reality there’s probably 0 chance that I even ovulated on that Thursday 😬
I think sometimes it’s kind just to let yourself dream though!
I’m also very unwell it started the day after we DTD which happened the same time I conceived with my MC!
So I’m on some made up 6dpo…

@Dinosaur39 I have to stop myself being pulled into those threads as it makes crazy analysing everything. You may have ovulated, like I know the standard is day 14 but I found I always ovulated the day or 2 after I had my period. I tracked ovulation when conceiving my first born and that's when I realised it but now I'm able to tell by my CM.
Hopefully you're successful this cycle but don't put too much pressure on yourself after all you've been through ❤️

@Dinosaur39 that was me last cycle.. hopeful for the bfp when didn't know if I have ovulated. It can take some time for cycles to regulate in my experience but some people are lucky and fall again straight away. Will keep everything crossed for you.

How you feeling @Daniki hand foot and mouth isn't pleasant my son has had that before.

Another month and another period 😞 this is so draining! Don't think it helped that with my daughter I conceived quickly and with my miscarriage we did too (I think).

@tulipsunday oh he has an awful dose of it poor thing feel so sorry for him! I'm grand now thank god. My consultant rang me back to say all my bloods & hormones are fine and I mentioned about my longer cycle and she said she's not concerned at all it's pretty normal after a miscarriage so that takes the worry out!

What brand do you use for ovulation tracking?
For the last first month I bought pre mom easy at home ovulation sticks they come with a free app which is cool
And 50 cost me £8! I was going to do clear blue but they sooo expensive!
I haven't starting taking my temp yet for BBT. Not sure if it would help increase my chances!

@Brokenpancreas94 sorry AF came it's rubbish isn't it. A few of us in the same point of the cycle so we can support each other. I'm cd4.

@indieray I have got one box of clear blue ones left so will use them this cycle but agree they are so expensive to use regularly. I am going to do easy at home ones as well this month as have some left from the big box I got last cycle. Didn't get on too well with them last month but think that may have been my dodgy cycle rather an issue with the sticks themselves.

Hi again ladies, hope you’re all doing okay.
Just had my AF arrive on CD30 - only positive is I’m getting back to my normal cycles of 28-30 days. But sad we didn’t manage to conceive this time ☹️

On to our next cycle, I’ll be tracking ovulation with my Premom OPKs and the app (which I love!!). I’ve also bought some conceive plus lube to try this time (read so many great reviews) so we shall see how that goes.

@tulipsunday yes that's one positive we are all in the same boat.

Is it normal for it to take 5/6months for periods to get back to how they were before pregnancy? The last few periods since my miscarriage haven't had any clots at all, which they usually do, this period I'm having the clots again, so could it finally be getting back to how it was before if that makes any sense, and I'm not just rambling🤦🏼‍♀️🙈🙊

That’s positive news @Daniki hope your boy is feeling a little better.

From what I’ve read/researched there doesn’t appear to be any rhythm or reason to when your periods should start back up again. I think everyone’s bodies, hormones and miscarriages are completely unique so it’s impossible to put a number on it.

I’ve had a crazy one today!
I done a pregnancy test (DPO 7) which come back with a faint line so I done another brand and the same thing!
EPAU got me in for bloods today and they are going to call me back tomorrow.
I’m trying not to get too hopeful but it’s difficult!

Unfortunately I allowed my mind to run away with me a little too much!
Hospital just think it’s left over HCG from the MC still leaving the system!
Unsure why I would get a negative test last week and faint positive this week but that’s what it is.

Well this brought me back down to earth pretty sharpish!
There was too many coincidence for it to be a new pregnancy but I guess I know better for next time if anything, it’s a lesson learnt!

sorry to hear that @Dinosaur39. Have you had any blood tests?
I'm in a similar boat actually, although I don't know if I may have had another MC just early on, had my second lot of bloods done today so am awaiting results (likely Monday now).
I'm trying not to let my mind run away but it's hard because it's just so nice to visualize what we want actually happening.

I had bloods done on Thursday that morning I got a couple of faint positives!
But got my results and they were only 6 so she said she highly doesn’t think it’s a new pregnancy and I’ve done a test this morning which was negative so unfortunately was just a few small factors allowing me to get my hopes up! Anyway I know better for next time!
Have you had the results of your bloods?
When was your MC? And have you had a period since?
