Hi all! As the title suggests, I have set this up as a space for those of us who are TTC and in that long wait between ovulation and when AF is due!
So, to kick us off... I have been TTC #2 since November. Had one chemical in that time and now well into the TWW with AF due on Tuesday! After spending a lot of money on early tests / having the disappointment of a chemical I am now avoiding early testing and will instead wait until AF is late, but zero judgement on anyone who likes to test early - I totally get the urge!

Look forward to hearing from others who are also on their TTC journey!

Is there any part you sometimes find hard? I know for me, timing intercourse can be difficult, because you're not always in the mood! But we crack on and baby 💃 🕺 xx

Me. I’m TTC number 3. First cycle after mirena removal on 10th jan. Currently 3dpo in tww and already anxious to test. First time I’ve ever used opks, actually felt ovulation for the first time which is a weird feeling. I’d love an October baby.

Hi! We're ttc baby #2, our DD is 2.5. Been off the pill since October "seeing what happens" but this feels like the first cycle actively trying, doing opks etc. Last month I thought we had dtd around the right time and was testing for a few days before my period arrived, so that was a Tww preview, but now I feel like I'm really in it!
I can't decide what date to test, I don't think I'll be able to wait for my missed period, I might try next Saturday or Sunday (I'm 4dpo today).

Good luck everyone! Tips for passing the tww are welcome, although my work will be crazy busy this week which might be a blessing in disguise.

Hey all!
were TTC baby #2! On our 7th cycle this month and you name it we’ve done it 😅 DTD every day for the last 2 weeks this cycle and currently on 2dpo and giving ourselves a break tomorrow thank goodness 🥵 can’t wait! I’m the same not testing at all, fighting the urge to check my cervix and trying not to take too much notice of CM like previous months but it’s never off your mind is it? SO difficult. Baby dust for everyone ✨

Hi all!
ttc number 2 too. Came off the pill end of October so trying since November. Was on the mini pill and heard it can take a bit longer for cycles to become regular, ovulation seems to take longer each month to arrive. Currently 9dpo but don’t have a good feeling for this month. Not many symptoms, some pain similar to ovulation pain the last few days is about it. App says AF due Friday. Fingers crossed for you all

Hello all! I’m ttc no. 2. January is our first month trying. I’d saved conception and pregnancy tests from last time I got pregnant. I just looked and there’s only one pregnancy test left. I’ll need to buy more but only having one could be good as it will put me off testing early.

I’m due AF in 10 days so that’s how long I have to wait at least. It is just first month and I’m probably just noticing more things about my body but I am hopeful. 🤞

Tentatively joining as think I’m now 2 or 3 dpo. TTC #2, with our first now 3.5 - started trying last summer and had miscarriages on two consecutive cycles towards the end of last year. Took a bit of a break over Christmas/Jan and now trying again having started taking various vitamins etc to try and boost progesterone naturally (as think that may be part of the issue) - seems to have brought ovulation forward to CD16/17 rather than 20-24 and my BBT temps are more consistent so keeping fingers crossed this is our month!

My daughter is 6 so will be a huge gap if we are lucky again . Had a miscarriage 3 years ago and completely put me off but hopefully it will all be fine this time !
AF due in 8 days , going so slow!! Xx

Firstly, so sorry to those who have suffered losses - let's hope for an easier time from here on out!

I really thought I may be in with a shout this month as usually I am climbing the walls with mood swings pre period, but this month I've been super chilled. However, AF due tomorrow and I started spotting at lunch time, so unless it's implantation bleeding (which I didn't have with my first) I am out! 🙈

Ive been trying since October and not much luck atm 😪
I was certain last month I was pregnant felt ovulation, implantation the works! But thats because I was obsessed with every symptom and this month decided to relax and take a chilled approach

@Enn1234 of course - the more the merrier.

Sorry things didn't work out for you last month - I was the same in my first couple of months of trying. Obsessed over every twinge and spent a fortune or early pg tests. Learned the hard way that it's better to try and just go with the flow (though that is easier said than done!)

I ovulated last Wednesday so I'd been counting today as day 6 (and trying to spot implantation signs but honestly haven't felt anything unusual). But I realised today Flo is calling this day 5 even though it also has my O day as Wednesday. Which is it? 🤔

Hey! Absolutely awful 🤣 symptom spotting everything! I’m 4dpo todsy confirmed by opk/BBT and fertility friend app and have clear gummy type CM today which is the only thing slightly different to my norm. I thought I was out as haven’t had much CM all day until now.. we’ll see! Do you track BBT at all? Keep an eye regardless! With my first I actually had implantation cramps on 5dpo I know some people say it’s impossible but I got my positive on 9dpo so I’m adamant! Good luck x

@ttc0123 I haven't been tracking bbt, if we're out this month I'll try that from next cycle. I am with you on the symptom spotting!! I think my boobs feel more heavy and tender today - when I was pregnant with my DD it was the extent of painful tenderness in my boobs that made me test and i was 4 weeks pg (long story but we had a different journey first time round!) So maybe I'm focusing on my boobs and every tiny feeling because of that.
When are you planning to test? Will you wait for missed period?

I’m a year into TTC our first and 4DPO. I’m exhausted and crabby today which is out of character. Probably too early to be anything but I really hope it is!

I’m having a hyfosy is no joy this month. All tests so far have been average or above average so it should happen naturally for us but it’s taking much longer than hoped 😞

Eurgh the wait is the WORST! And it really isn't helped by the fact that i am currently in limbo. AF was due today, but has so far been a no show. I think I ovulated about 11/12 days ago.

I had some pink bleeding on my tissue when I wiped yesterday lunch time - thought AF was on the way. All I've had since is intermittent very faint brown when I wipe and odd the odd bit of cramping - more like pings than the usual widespread dull ache.

I didn't have implantation bleeding or cramps with my first - anyone have any experience of this ?

Further to my last message I think I'm out - spotting becoming heavier and I'm having some significant cramps now so I think the witch is here on her broomstick 🙈
Feeling really dejected, especially as a friend (who only started trying last month) has found out she is pregnant. Over the moon for her, but it made it hit home for me how sad I am that it's not yet happened for us. Buuuut as I say every month, cd1 brings a chance to try again! 🤞

I probably should try stay off these boards as I keep seeing women with same dpo as me testing positive. I want to wait until Wednesday when period is due as I don’t have any pregnancy tests at home (one I had from last time is past expiry date). I’m tempted to buy some but will try have will power.

@peaky297 sorry to hear AF may have arrived, I hope you are okay.

I had a CP last month so also not testing until AF overdue, plus we are on holiday for another week and I didn’t bring any tests, which is helping my restraint! I have varied cycles, 30-33 days, at 32 and had pink spotting yesterday plus mild cramping, no clue what to think.

Hi All! Would love to join... TTC no.2... my son just turned 2. I came off the pill Jan '22 but my periods didn't come back until November (after I finally managed to wean DS off the boobies!) So this is 3rd cycle since periods returned. Currently 6dpo and this tww is feeling looooong!!
