Hi all! As the title suggests, I have set this up as a space for those of us who are TTC and in that long wait between ovulation and when AF is due!
So, to kick us off... I have been TTC #2 since November. Had one chemical in that time and now well into the TWW with AF due on Tuesday! After spending a lot of money on early tests / having the disappointment of a chemical I am now avoiding early testing and will instead wait until AF is late, but zero judgement on anyone who likes to test early - I totally get the urge!

Hey! Did another test this morning, line again but still faint. Not sure if I have a dodgy batch of tests which all have indent lines or if it’s just still too early. Symptoms wise:
⁃ sore boobs, mainly around the nipples which periodically get a burning / tingling sensation. I always get sore boobs before AF, but these feel different.
⁃ Intermittent mild cramping / back ache
⁃ Thick, creamy CM with another random load of EWCM this morning - it wasn’t clear though - it a bit like snot (sorry, gross I know!)
⁃ The wind! A lot of smelly flatulence (though I often get this before AF)
⁃ Intermittent headaches
⁃ Very tired all day, but difficulty falling asleep at night
⁃ None of my usual PMS mood swings - feel pretty chilled which I don’t usually at this point in my cycle!

Hey @peaky297 i can definitely see this line more clearly than the last two. So just because it isn’t a blazing positive doesn’t mean it’s not developing. Have you got another brand of test to try out? Your symptoms sound really positive.
I’m 7dpo and had a few symptoms similar to yours.
sore heavy boobs
on and off cramping/pulling sensation
tired all day but trouble sleeping
on and off headaches and dizziness
nausea/reflux
wind
mix between creamy and excm but constantly feeling wet

I thought I’d do a test this morning even though I knew it would be too early, but just wanted to stop myself thinking what if with all these symptoms. It was negative but thought I could see a shadow on an easy @ home test so didn’t really help me 😂

@GemLou88 glad to know I'm not going completely mental about the lines - I do wonder if I am some days!! 🙈😂

Will pop to boots today and see what other brands do early response!

Your symptoms sound v similar to mine, so let's hope we both get the news we want! The TWW is such a killer - every month I say I won't test unless AF is late but I just can't help myself 🙈 x

Just had the strangest experience- went out on my lunch break for a walk - was feeling a bit hungry but not ravenous. As I was walking around I started to feel really shaky and queasy, my hands physically shook. I've had something to eat now which has helped and I'm no longer shaky, but I still feel queasy!
Anyone experienced anything similar? X

@peaky297 I’m the same. Tell myself I’m going to hold off testing but then get carried away with symptom spotting that I convince myself to test early. I already plan on testing tomorrow morning with a FRER test. I’ve been feeling really nauseous today and even vomited into my mouth earlier. Cramps feel a little stronger today too

Horrible isn't it - kinda feels like when I have really bad anxiety over something, only I'm not anxious at all! It came from nowhere too! X

My co-worker bought me a test today as I was talking about my symptoms. And me matching the patience of my 2yo took it with just a 2.5 hour hold. I know I’ve been burned by these tests before but a faint line came up within a minute. Can anyone else see it or am I the definition of insanity with these tests?

I am also sceptical of those tests as they have done me dirty in the past with evap lines. Hopefully it's legit and it's a good sign if it came up straight away, but I would follow up tomorrow morning just in case! Crossing everything for you!! X

Thanks @peaky297 it is a lot more noticeable in RL. I’ve got some FRER at home. Will test in the morning. Will be great if we both have our BFP’s this month x

Still nothing definitive for me - 11 dpo, so would have hoped for something darker my now...AF due Sunday so still a while to go I guess! Does it look darker to you?

I just wanted to say I can definitely see your line this morning! And your symptoms are sounding hopeful too. Hope you keep seeing it darken, whispering congratulations

Hey @peaky297 did you get any other brands to try? The line is still there so that’s good.
I used a FRER and thought I could see a vvvvvfl. But like your first one. But I don’t know if I’m kidding myself. I’ll try again in a few days. I’ve woken up today with a congested nose, was having lots of cramps and reflux in the night and lots of wind. Got the start of a lower back ache. But could all be AF on the way

@GemLou88 hope you're ok? Those clear blue tests man! They give so many people false hope - their digital ones are good, but their dye tests 😢

That being said - it's still early days! How many DPO are you?

I did a cheapie boots test, which I don't think has anything on it. Maybe a slight shadow but I'm 99% sure that's in my head. Higher mlu though x

Also! Just realised I'm only 10 dpo - had my days wrong ! 🙈😂

I need to stop early testing 🛑
I have spent so much of today staring at tests... is the line there? Is it darker? Is it pink? How does it look if I edit it? Then there's reading all the forums etc ...I must have wasted so much time over the last few days. I think it's really starting to affect my MH worrying about it all the time.

So I just threw my tests from this week in the bin. I don't need them. They don't show anything conclusive. AF is due Sunday, so want to try and wait til then.

@peaky297 my AF is due Sunday too . I did a test today and obviously BFN! I couldn't resist . No more testing until Sunday !!!

I’m only 8dpo so still early too. I’ll try and hold off testing until Sunday with you ladies. I’ll be 11dpo then. We can do this x

@peaky297 I am shattered. I’ve had an all day meeting and probably not drunk enough water so I’ve got a pounding headache, I’ve been yawning all day and I can’t wait to get to bed. Still feeling quite positive for this month, might change in a couple of days 😂 my best friend had her baby on Monday and it’s made me even more broody if possible. How are you doing? X

@peaky297 thank you! I'm feeling excited, exhausted, anxious...everything! I've booked a private scan for this Sunday, I did one with my first as well, I think it's worth it to know what's happening. I've got a lot of symptoms so hopefully that's a good sign.

Well done on your test abstinence, not easy! I kept testing for days and days even after bfp, became obsessed with line progression instead. I'd hate to count up what I spent. Impressed with your willpower and wishing you baby dust for Sunday

AF due Sunday for me too. And got BFN with early test. So don’t think this is my month 😔
