Hi all! As the title suggests, I have set this up as a space for those of us who are TTC and in that long wait between ovulation and when AF is due!
So, to kick us off... I have been TTC #2 since November. Had one chemical in that time and now well into the TWW with AF due on Tuesday! After spending a lot of money on early tests / having the disappointment of a chemical I am now avoiding early testing and will instead wait until AF is late, but zero judgement on anyone who likes to test early - I totally get the urge!

Morning all,
feeling a bit deflated this morning. Didn’t test but my bbt has dipped and the sore boobs have disappeared. So I don’t think this is my month. Taken the desire away to test at least

@Hankthehonk such a lovely and exciting time (If also a little anxious!). We had an early scan with our first at around 9 weeks and it really put our minds at rest. Hope all goes well! 😊

@joeyww there are are couple of us due AF Sunday who haven't had a definitive positive - it's still quite early days so try not to count yourself out yet. Maybe hold off now and test on Sunday for a more definitive answer ?

@GemLou88 I don't know much about BBT or what any of it means, but I do know you are not far into your TWW - you may still get a nice surprise ! 🤞

@peaky297 feeling like AF is coming, back ache and a bit crampy, tired . I'm due on Saturday not Sunday just double checked. I usually spot 3 days or so before and not had anything atm do not sure why that is . Super tired though ! X

Hey ladies. How you all doing? I had a rough day yesterday. Felt really unwell. Headaches, dizzy, diarrhea, nausea and so tired that while doing the online shopping on my phone at 6pm I couldn’t keep my eyes open and had an hour Power Nap. Then in bed at 9. Still have a headache today and feeling tired. Lower back ache and some cramping Still holding off until Sunday to test 🤞🏻

@GemLou88 sounds like you are having a rough time of it - hopefully it will all add up to your BFP!!

I'm ok thanks, not sure how I feel really! Sometimes I feel like I'm fine, others that I must be pregnant and others like AF is on the way 🤷‍♀️😂

No spotting yet which I usually have a couple days before AF, so taking that as a positive! Got a busy weekend taking our little girl to peppa pig world, so that should hopefully provide ample distraction! X

I’m out this month, more spotting today, AF probably will start tomorrow. Devastated again. Been off contraception for 15 months, properly TTC for 6 months. Wonder if we should be getting doctors advice?

I think I am out too , spotting today so AF prob tomorrow. I really thought we had a good chance this month pretty gutted . X

@Ted0503 it might be worth going to the doctors for advice, even if they can run some blood tests and give you a time frame on when you can get medical support if you need it x

@peaky297 such a mental and emotional rollercoaster isn’t it. Hopefully no spotting is a good sign for you. And Peppa pig world will be a great distraction. We’re going to dorset for the may/June half term and will be taking my boy Peppa pig world too. I’m hoping all this will add to a BFP. If not then I don’t think I will symptom spot again! I’ve had a lot of creamy cm today too which I’m hoping is a good sign. Just never know 🤷‍♀️

Looks like I’m out too. Had some pink when I wiped earlier and now it’s a bit reddish. Just waiting for it to get heavier

I'm still hanging in there, but have felt less symptoms today which makes we worry. Also came away without a pg test too and not home til Sunday PM - probably not a bad thing really Will test Monday if no AF by then x

@peaky297 it's probably good you didn't take a test with you else would be so tempted!

@GemLou88 same thing here pink when wiping , its sort of pink then red then nothing again. Supposed to be AF tomorrow so we will see . My 6 year old daughter told me tonight I like it just the 3 of us and not bothered about a brother or sister 🤪😩 hope everyone is ok night night xx

@honeybee1986 same here. Mine isn’t heavy but I think it’s the start of AF. Also been having diarrhoea this evening and stronger lower back pain so guessing it’s AF. Last month it was a couple of days early and again this month. Before I had my 2yo I had 28 day cycles. Since coming off the pill they have been around 38 days. If this is AF then it will be a 30 day cycle. Maybe my cycles aren’t regular yet since coming off the pill late October. Is heartbreaking when LO’s say that. We have been asking my 2yo the same and he says no. Hope you’re doing ok and get a good nights sleep x

@GemLou88 how are you today ? My AF hasn't arrived at all . Just the spotting , it's very strange , maybe it's just a bit later this month.
Yes it does take a while for cycles to become regular after the pill so give it some time . Are you using clear blue ovulation tests ? X

Hey @honeybee1986 full blown AF over here. I’m frustrated more than anything. But taking the positive that hopefully my cycles are on track to becoming my normal. I have got the clear blue digital ovulation tests and premom. Could it be a heavier implantation bleed for you?

@GemLou88 sorry to hear AF is here 😩 but a step closer to more regular cycles and more predictable. My cycles vary from 26-28 days . I on day 29 now .. heavy tummy and back pain which I don't think is typical of implantation so I doubt it . I can't help but hope though as no bleeding as such x

No news here really - no spotting or period yet. Cramping has largely gone too aside for the odd bit of stabbing pain. Boobs still a bit sore and I'm constipated (2 days so far which is v unusual for me!). Otherwise I feel better - better than I did last weekend actually! So yeah.. no idea! Im still away - home tomorrow so will test Monday with FMU if AF doesn't come in the meantime! Not sure what to think at this point ... I don't feel pregnant, but not like AF is imminent either 🤷‍♀️ time will tell! X

Hi all, hope I can join! I think I'm 6dpo... But I'm only going off the highest opk result I had. It was much darker than any of the rest of the tests I had but wasn't darker than the control... Might have missed the peak the night before I'm thinking? Assuming ovulation on Saturday/Sunday.
Been symptom spotting like crazy 😅 runny nose today, had sharp pains and cramps in pelvic area on one side as well as back pain.
Third month of TTC for first baby. First month using opk.

@elarcoiris so similar to my situation! Two miscarriages end of last year and trying again this month. I think if I do manage to get pregnant again my anxiety will be through the roof 🙈 good luck!

Still no AF here - don't feel like my period is coming at all either. Scared I just ovulated late or something 🫣

@peaky297 no AF here too . Also stopped spotting 😳 I actually just did a cheapie test as I fancy a glass of wine but it's negative. Not FMU though . Have you done a test ? X

I think I might be out girls - I did a cheapy strip test this afternoon and there was not even a shadow. Appreciate it was diluted wee and a cheap test, but I would expect there to at least be a squinter on the day my period was due.

Will do a decent test with FMU, but I expect it to be negative 🫣🙈 x

@peaky297 there was not even a shadow on mine either , time will tell !
I think I'll wait a few more days perhaps , only got an expensive one left 😂

I just cried watching Crufts, so pregnant or not my hormones are doing something 😅
