Finally realised that our previous thread was full 🤣 I hope no one minds me starting up a new one!

Can you believe it's been almost a year since this was all started up?!

@Houseelf90 sorry I'm not sure how sensitive they are, but would think off a test of any kind at 7dpo is never going to be fully accurate as the embryo might not have implanted yet, even if it was a successful cycle.

I think as long as you give them all the dates and the info they will know what to do. Wishing you lots of luck x

@LucyLoopyLu thank you, I did think that would be the case! They did test but of course it was a negative as expected this early.
The system actually still showed that I was pregnant, still from my loss in October so I had to explain again what had happened 😔 she didn’t seem to do anything to change it on the system so no doubt I’ll have the same again when I go in for my next appointment on Friday!!

@Houseelf90 oh sorry that must have been so upsetting. I hope they did change it on the system for next time 🥲

@DesertSnow thank you! I’ve got to have an echocardiogram on Friday as I have an arrhythmia so at this stage not 100% sure the surgery will go ahead as they are unsure of putting me under GA. I’m sure it’ll be fine and go ahead, just need to get this week out of the way!

How is everyone getting on?

I'm in my fertile window but only managed to DTD once, although my OPK yesterday was still low so think we still have time.
Not holding out much hope for this month because it's been very stressful so far!

I’m not doing great, not holding out much hope for this month. We’ve had so much other stuff going on so only able to DTD twice. Putting too much pressure on myself I think, going to just try and relax and enjoy Christmas and come back to it in the New Year. Hope you are all okay x

Fingers crossed for you both @LucyLoopyLu @Welshgal85. It does only take one sperm so as long as you DTD close to ovulation you're in with a chance. Sorry you're both feeling a bit stressed, hopefullly you get to relax and enjoy Christmas as much as possible.

Thanks @DesertSnow, actually we've both been so busy this week we haven't really had time to worry about it except for DTD.
I should be 1 dpo now, AF due on NYD so I am not going to be able to drink as much as normal this festive period!

@LucyLoopyLu Keeping busy is good! Hopefully you'll have a nice distracting TWW, though yes with the timing I guess you won't want to go all all on festive celebrations!

I'm ok thanks - nausea and fatigue are hitting pretty hard. Have a scan tomorrow and just praying that everything is as it should be. If things are ok we'll tell some family over Christmas. I'll be 8 + 2 tomorrow by LMP but would expect to measure a bit behind that due to late ovulation.

Planning on testing tomorrow at 14dpo if AF doesn’t arrive overnight!!
I am really hoping this is our lucky month, we are currently on a little break away at a lovely hotel, and as I should have been over 12 weeks we were planning on taking a pregnancy announcement photo outside the hotel! So whilst I’m sad about that, it would make getting our BFP extra special if we could get it whilst we’re here this week! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Morning everyone, hope all are ok?
I have just tested at 14dpo and have a very very faint BFP!! I would have hoped it would be darker but I will try and get an frer or clear blue early today! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 for a sticky bean!!

I'm now ill (2 dpo)! Lateral flow is negative so hoping I feel better by Thu/Fri as we're away for XMas and don't want to make people ill 🥲

@LucyLoopyLu well after waiting and looking at the test properly, it’s not actually that faint 😂 I’ve got a clear blue digital at home so I’ll do that when we’re home later in the week! Partner has terrible eye sight and could see it without his glasses on 🤣🤣

Ohh fingers crossed you’re feeling better, I’ve been quite poorly this month with sickness bug and a terrible cold, so I was a bit surprised to get a BFP!

I don’t know what I was thinking when I said the line was very very faint, I think I must have been half asleep/in shock 🤣🤣
I had left a couple more tests and a cup I use to pee in, in a bag in the bathroom at the hotel and the cleaners have taken it away, they must have thought it was rubbish 🤣🤦‍♀️ oh well, that will stop any temptation to be testing every day!

@Houseelf90 oh no that's annoying they've cleared it away although I'm sure it was a genuine mistake!
