Finally realised that our previous thread was full 🤣 I hope no one minds me starting up a new one!

Can you believe it's been almost a year since this was all started up?!

AF arrived yesterday, with a vengeance too, so heavy! Might take a break for a couple of months then start trying again in April/May.

@DesertSnow will be interesting to see who is right! Good luck for your scan, what day is it?

@Hellsbells89 hi, nice to see you back. I'm taking a break at the moment until we're back from our holiday.
We leave on Monday!

I think I will miss out on 3 cycles just with the way it's fallen, but will be counting the next one as cycle 11. I will go to the GP after 2 more cycles trying with no BFP, expect that will be around June or July

I'm feeling much more chilled out about it but that might be because of the break, I'm not really thinking about it so much.

CD13 for me, and we seem to be following a loose version of SMEP. Funnily enough, we also did that last time, so every bit helps haha.

Based on OPKs/CM and previous cycles, I'm expecting to ovulate on CD15, which would be ideal- weekends tend to be a no-go for us due to shift patterns.

How’s everyone getting on? Month 6 for me now (I think, losing track!) I’m ovulating atm and have had high on OPK for past 4 days which is unusual for me. Has anyone else had this? Wondering when peak will come!

@Welshgal85 I've not experienced that, maybe your body is gearing up to ovulate? Is something different with your routine? Even the smallest things can throw our bodies off I think!

@DesertSnow not really! Just lots of work! My period should be due 26th/27th and quite busy at work/with friends so hopefully it’ll distract me, I’m so hoping this pre-seed works well!
it sounds so selfish but my sister and her (female) fiancé have just done their first round of at home insemination and I really hope they don’t get pregnant first, I hate saying that because she wants a baby so bad and I know the chances are low with her just doing one insemination in the month but this is cycle 7 for me :/

@DesertSnow yes I had my appointment, it was amazing! Baby is very active and gave us a wave as well as turning over several times! Also measuring slightly ahead so now put at 12+2!

Yeah maybe @DesertSnow usually I get high for a day or two. I have been quite stressed lately so maybe that’s disrupting things a bit?

Thank you @PinkButtercups, I made sure I had a full bladder to the point the sonographer ushered me to the loo for a wee whilst she filled in the paperwork 🤣🤣

@Houseelf90 not too bad really, due on Sunday 😭 have a scan and consultant appt Friday and will probably book in a section date as I am well and truly done now 😂

@Dreamingof3 I have everything crossed that baby makes an appearance before then/before your section date if you do book one!! Come on little one don’t keep mummy waiting any longer!!!
