Early symptom spotters and testers!

Hey all

I thought it would be nice for us to have a thread to discuss symptom spotting, early symptoms and early test pictures (if you are someone who likes to test early)

I am currently 5 DPO, TTC Baby #1 with my amazing partner after a miscarriage back in March.

I'm going out for some drinks on Thursday and will be 8DPO - I obviously won't drink if there's any sign or symptom that I may have conceived so I'd like somewhere to discuss any potential symptoms and everyone else's experience.

@Maybebabyno3 I can absolutely see that! Have you got a first response early response? When I had a line line that on a strip test, the FRER was undeniable!

@Maybebabyno3 I see that! Tentative congratulations....will you test with your first wee tomorrow? I think that will give you a better line!

@ElleBelleLou thank you.yes I did a test this morning. The cheapie came back with nothing and I got worried so went and got another FReR and it’s a bit darker but I’m very nervous yet. Previous losses always come to mind. How are you getting on? Do you think you ovulated?

You can drive yourself mad looking for early symptoms. I was almost sure I was pregnant then af came along. I'm going to try now to not guess. I think pms symptoms vary and this can trick us. In your position I'd just have one drink rather than trying to guess or put your life on hold.

@Maybebabyno3 I'm not sure to be honest! Normally I get cramps and nausea around ovulation but I haven't felt too much to say I'm due to ovulate today so I can't tell. I'll still DTD tonight and for the next couple of days - hopefully it'll be my time! I'm glad the FRER is darker! My cheapie tests took forever to catch up with the FRER test so don't worry - you're still early as well so any line is a good line at this point in my eyes!

Hi everyone- hope you're all well.

Question for those of you who use ovulation tests and also have ovulation pain - does your pain come before, during or after your egg release in your experience?.

Hey everyone - hope you had lovely cbrisymasses! I'm 8DPO today, tested on a whim (partly because I am a hungry bottomless pit which is nothing like me, but mostly because I'm an obsessive tester)

Anyone see anything? I know 8DPO is very early, it's evening and I barely even held my wee so please tell me straight 🤣

@Maybebabyno3 Hey - I couldn’t manage to test with FMU (clearing up the carnage from a very drunk DP!) but I’ve just tested now. In person I feel like I can see something too, and my partner says he possibly can - but we could both just be hoping.

Finally found a thread for me! I've been testing like mad and people are getting fed up with my line eyes posts 🥲
Or they keep telling me "just don't test so early" Like it's easy not to !

Also feel like I can see something on the second picture and they aren’t usually as clear in pic as person. Didn’t get my clear pos with a cheapie until 12 dpo. So hopeful for you.can’t wait to see some line progression.

Morning everyone! Tester with FMU and there’s definitely two lines - but don’t want to get my hopes up, they could be indents! Can anyone else see them?

I don't know how many DPO as never tracked ovulation 🤷🏻‍♀️ af due today but I usually have irregular cycles

@bubblebab oh gosh you can see it too! Kicking myself for not using my FRER or at least keeping my tub of wee

Have you got any other tests? Those blue dye ones are always so unreliable for me!! X

I took another one but it's confusing me as can see something on the small tests but not the big one - don't have a frer

@ElleBelleLou definitely 2 lines on those tests. I’d be tempted to do FRER today for confirmation. They’re always so dependable.
