CD1 hoping for a BFP in October!

Hi, thought I'd start a new thread.

I'm 36 DH is 49. We've been trying for 8 months now, Sadly had a CP beginning of July. I have a GP appointment on the 27th to get the ball rolling if we don't conceive. AF arrived today so on to a new cycle.

Anyone else hoping for a BFP in October? xx

@hevann good to know its not just my DH 🤣 it's only because his energy levels are shit and has had iron/ vitamin D deficiencies before, told him in July to go back for a blood test but noooo left it until December where we all had double infections and I was left to recover with DS who is most definitely the definition of terrible twos right now as well as our dogs and cats while he led in bed! Hes had the tests now and finally got the results today but they are all in normal range, so as long as his repeat one in a month is the same in comparison I think its just a mindset issue so we are working on improving our lifestyles! We have only been together 6 years but my god we could write a book with all the crap we went through! I was 7 years with my ex and never had to deal with anything like this! 🤦‍♀️🤣

I'm still in limbo, no AF, I'm either CD 37 or CD 20 if that spotting was a period or withdrawal! Just done an ovulation test as I have a lot of slippery CM today and it's stronger than before so think it is a new cycle! I'll attach a pic to see what you think its usually fainter than this so think it's just a weak dye! Second pic is from a few months ago to show you how weak the ink usually is

Just an update, think I'm definitely ovulating, took an ovulation test just now to see if any changes and this is definitely a strong line, strongest I've ever seen it so think that bleed reset my cycle which makes me already CD 21 so whether things will work as it seems quite late but my usual cycles were 32ish days since trying this time around so who knows 🤷‍♀️ unfortunately DH isn't in the mood so unless I can tempt him later hopes are pinned on maybe last Friday when we DTD 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️
