@allgoodthings84, j don't know how you have the will power, I think I'd be testing constantly! Definitely agree about how it's just doesn't feel fair that it's so easy for some people. I keep thinking if I ever do get pregnant I'm going to savour every second of it, just got to keep manifesting it to happen!

NSx · 15/11/2022 20:34

@fsr111 its soul destroying I’m over it aswell I’ve honestly had enough ….

@allgoodthings84 what is the correlation with RHR and ovulation/luteal phase/pregnancy do u know?

allgoodthings84 · 15/11/2022 20:45

@fsr111 it’s not willpower it’s fear πŸ˜‚ I’m so scared after last month of seeing another test lighter than the previous one. I could go longer than tomorrow without taking one but I know it’s better to just do it and see what’s happening

@NSx my RHR (and lots of other people) goes up after ovulation and stays up (peaking around the middle then stays up) until just before or just after AF starts. With a lot of people it keeps going up with early pregnancy. Some people it just stays up and others it shoot up higher. I thought it was to do with progesterone but can’t be as my dropped the day I had my progesterone bloods this cycle (and the day before too) and we know they were high.

So basically I have no idea anymore πŸ˜‚ mine hasn’t dropped but only gone up by 1bpm so far (mine does it overnight) but I’m not going to worry yet as seems my RHR does go up but it’s like BBT so some days will drop but then goes back up as it’s not just based on menstrual cycle. If you are more active the following day your RHR will be down a bit and less active up a bit and stress and illness and body temperature and all sorts can affect it so it’s more of a general pattern you’re looking at not day to day

oh and everything I have read shows you need to wear it overnight to get the most accurate results as it needs to be when your body is at complete rest (so not even just sitting on sofa etc as you talk or watch tv or read which can make your HR go up)

allgoodthings84 · 15/11/2022 20:50

Lady cycle my RHR dropped overnight 15dpo into 16dpo which is tonight so be interesting (terrifying) to see what the results are tomorrow morning, I was going to take my watch off but realised that won’t change things and be good to know either way for reference for future like I look back at last cycles to see what happened when so be good to have that this time again whatever outcome it is. For the last hour my HR has been sat at 85-95bpm just laying on my bed on my phone.

NSx · 15/11/2022 20:55

Yeah I don’t think it’s very repliable for me as I don’t sleep with it, I’ve had 2 high temps today and yesterday but my RHR has been lower these 2 days than the ones before - so think im wasting my time with it probably.
ill stick to temping I guess πŸ˜…πŸ˜…

NSx · 15/11/2022 20:55

@allgoodthings84 *

allgoodthings84 · 15/11/2022 21:02

@NSx yea mine goes up and down a bit just the general pattern is up but if you don’t wear overnight then you’re best with BBT. I don’t usually have a 2 day dip but have done both times I’ve gotten pregnant but considering last cycle it was a loss then don’t know yet this cycle I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing

NSx · 16/11/2022 07:13

@allgoodthings84 good luck for today ✨

allgoodthings84 · 16/11/2022 07:19

@NSx thank you. My RHR went up another 1bpm where at this stage last cycle it dropped 1bpm. My HRV is still down too where last cycle it shot up loads at this stage. I’m hoping those are good signs

NSx · 16/11/2022 08:33

Have u tested yet ? It all sounds positive πŸ˜„ @allgoodthings84

allgoodthings84 · 16/11/2022 08:45

@NSx not until tonight as doing it 48 hours apart to compare better

allgoodthings84 · 16/11/2022 08:52

I’m now not feeling positive at all ladies. I just went to the toilet and when I wiped there was a bit of very watery pink blood so think I’m going to lose it again

NSx · 16/11/2022 09:02

@allgoodthings84 ah ok, makes sense, although I thought first morning urine was best? 🀍 ….

I had pink spotting just a tiny bit around 12dpo or something like that in feb, only when I wiped.
was it a lot? Hope ur ok, try not to worry xxx

allgoodthings84 · 16/11/2022 09:17

@NSx says with first response that it doesn’t matter what time of day. Mornings I struggle when I have my daughter for obvious reasons. Says to do them 48 hours apart so would be 6pm tonight. I would t have done this morning as not comparable to the one I did Monday then as different time of day etc

I’m not at all hopeful though. It wasn’t much blood just like my normal pre AF spotting but last time it started with spotting then full bleed. My HR is now suddenly running a lot lower too so I think that’s that again 😒

allgoodthings84 · 16/11/2022 09:17

Wouldn’t have done on this morning that meant to say not would

NSx · 16/11/2022 09:51

@allgoodthings84 please wait and be kind to yourself, do the frer later before you start thinking the worst (easier said than done I know πŸ’–) …
it might be nothing at all, don’t stress too much before you have the full picture.
sending you a big hug πŸ’•

allgoodthings84 · 16/11/2022 09:56

thanks @NSx 😊. Just with the faint line monday on the frer and the spotting now and what happened last cycle I think there’s only one way it’s going. I’ll take the test later as planned (unless I start properly bleeding) and if it’s not got any darker I’ll know for definite. I have a weird feeling in my cervix too. No cramps which I know is a positive but that bleeding it worrying

NSx · 16/11/2022 10:01

@allgoodthings84 wait until later until you take your test before you go jumping to conclusions πŸ’•
it might be absolutely nothing at all, u never know.
i have my fingers crossed for you x

fsr111 · 16/11/2022 12:19

Good luck for later @allgoodthings84, will be thinking of you. Think I might be out already, got a cramps sort of AF feeling today so thinking I'm about to start. πŸ˜‘

NSx · 16/11/2022 12:32

@fsr111 when is AF due for u? I’m sorry you think she’s coming 😭

allgoodthings84 · 16/11/2022 12:46

Thank you both. Work is pretty hard today as I’m not busy so all I’m doing it thinking about it. I don’t want to take the test later now but it’s better for me to be prepared. I’m not going to be seeing my partner until Saturday now either so not nice being on my own every evening until then (daughter is at her dads tonight and tomorrow night so I’ll only be seeing her after school until he picks her up at tea time).

@fsr111 a lot of people feel like AF is coming before a bfp so definitely doesn’t mean you’re out 😊

allgoodthings84 · 16/11/2022 18:40

All over again ladies. Test pretty much negative. Had to shine a light on it to even get a squinter so I guess I’ll start bleeding again soon. The spotting stopped by lunch time but still is the end again. I know it’s good to know I can get pregnant but it’s no better if I can’t stay pregnant it’s just heartbreak over and over

I’m heartbroken and my partner isn’t around until Saturday.

fsr111 · 16/11/2022 19:32

I'm really sorry @allgoodthings84, that's really crap. Are you ok? 🀍

allgoodthings84 · 16/11/2022 19:38

@fsr111 not really not right now no but I’m sure I will be fine. Once I actually start bleeding I’ll email my GP like he requested and mention this loss so now I know I’ve definitely had 2 CP’s and both happened after AF was due. 2 in a row cannot just be a coincidence 😒

NSx · 16/11/2022 19:48

@allgoodthings84 im so so sorry I honestly was hoping and praying for a good outcome for you, I thought with your symptoms it was going to be good news πŸ’–
I can imagine how heartbreaking this is for you, that keeps happening over and over, honestly I’m so sorry 🀍
