Our SMEP plans continue.... The old thread is almost full, so I started a new thread so we can continue on SMEP-ing to a BFP ✨☺️✨

@allgoodthings84, sorry I missed this yesterday as o was working and then went to bed so early last night - was done for the day! I can definitely see something too, keeping everything crossed for you. Let us know what happens today. Hope you're having a nice weekend away( even if you probably are a bit distracted now! No news here, 7dpo so just plodding through the TWW. I always find the first week is no problem and then I go a bit crazy during the second. Hope you're enjoying a quiet weekend @NSx!

My RHR has dropped this morning and HRV shot up so definitely must be an indent or a CP again. If AF comes today then will be an indent I expect as be too much of a coincidence for it to arrive bang on time.

@NSx no AF yet. I’ve had some sharp pains but think it’s bloating pains. It’s not period pain it’s too sharp and quick and does feel like a bit bloat pain kind of. I didn’t have these pains last cycle and it’s not constant just once every so often. I keep feeling like there’s blood down there but when I go toilet there isn’t. It feels like it does when I’m spotting or near the end of my period but nothing there.

still got time left tonight though so who knows. I keep thinking maybe the miscarriage last month has changed my LP but my spotting still started 9dpo so would have thought if my LP is longer then the spotting would start later? Although a longer LP wouldn’t be a bad thing

we had pizza last night as a treat and at around 3 mam I woke up with raging heartburn and thirst so didn’t want to drink then not be able to test this morning so did a test then 🤦‍♀️. It’s still faint but definitely an obvious line now without having to adjust it. I will get a frer if I can after work on way to picking up my daughter.

I should be so happy but I don’t feel like I can get excited yet and I’m absolutely terrified after last month

@allgoodthings84 that is clear as day ✨💖💖 so congratulations I know you’re scared, but getting pregnant is the first hurdle that most of us can’t even seem to get to, so it’s defo a step in the right direction 💗💗💗💗 so happy for you. I have faith it will be different this time x

Hello all, sorry for being quiet, been trying to focus on quality time with my partner.

@allgoodthings84 I know you're scared, but that is a clear positive! How about contacting the sympathetic GP to ask for HCG bloods and then get them repeated in a few days, as that will show an increase/progression of the pregnancy?

@fsr111 we're both 8dpo I think, are you planning on testing before AF arrives? Hoe long is your LP usually?

@NSx thank you. I’m so scared though as I just had the slightest tint of pink when I went toilet 10 mins ago. I just need to remember I can’t do anything to change the outcome and just see what happens. I’m waiting before I contact my doctor about my spotting until after I know if I’m going to have another very early miscarriage/CP again or not so I can mention this too. I was going to email him today but I’ll hold off for now. I’m just hoping that the fact I’ve had a few symptoms this time that’s different to normal for me means it will be a better outcome 🤞 I’m going to take my Fitbit off when I get home from work got the next week at least as I don’t think it will help my anxiety over things. I just hope I can stay pregnant this time

@LucyFraser1981 getting an appointment with him is incredibly difficult usually a 3 week waiting list. I don’t know if a HGC test will help at this stage because if I’m going to lose it then it will happen either way. A frer test getting darker not lighter at the stage probably tell the same thing? It all happened very quickly last time so will likely happen before I can even speak to the doctor if it’s going to happen.

Keeping everything crossed for you @allgoodthings84, that's definitely a strong positive. Totally understand why you are feeling anxious, but I'm holding out hope things will be totally different for you this time. @LucyFraser1981, yep, 8dpo for me too. I always say I'm not going to test early and usually end up testing early. Think AF will arrive Saturday, maybe Sunday. How about you? Hope you're doing ok and being kind to yourself

thanks all. Im still concerned about the slight spotting I can’t help but think it’s going to go the same way but I hope not. Im not sure whether to do the frer tonight or wait until morning to try and get a stronger line to try and ease my mind

@NSx It’s only because I know I’m definitely pregnant right now as the line on the IC is obvious enough to confirm it that it’s not such a rush to me and that I’m scared to see another faint frer but I know there’s only one way to find out and that’s to test twice 48 hours apart.

I’ve been Googling the one step bfp tests at 14dpo and pretty much all of them look faint but the frers conpared next to them aren’t

if u have a 2 pack could do one today and one tomorrow ? 😂😅✨🤞

@NSx I need the other to do 48 hours later as need to compare like before. If I see them getting darker then I’ll feel better (for now 😂)

@fsr111 I'm going to wait until Wednesday and use an IC I think. My LP is quite long, usually 16/17 days, so my AF isn't due until Wednesday next week 🙄🙃 I accidentally bought three packs of 2x FRERs so I'm all set for testing this cycle 🤣

@NSx not doing too badly thanks, partner has a job interview tomorrow which would just be perfect and mean our move next year would definitely be feasible, so I'm going along for moral support and will probably explode with stress 🤦🏻‍♀️😅

I’ve decided to do it tonight because realised tomorrow morning will be a nightmare with getting my daughter ready for school. I can still do it 48 hours apart just be Wednesday night instead of morning for second one and I’ll try and keep the hold about the same

@allgoodthings84 how many dpo are u? I don’t think it’s that faint at all? I can’t remember what the last one looked like, do u have a pic?

Darker now it has dried. I haven’t got the pictures from before anymore as deleted them when I was feeling sad. When I look at other posts on here frers are often darker than this even before this stage. I’m 14dpo.

@allgoodthings84 maybe u ovulated later, u just never know.

@NSx thank you for being hopeful for me 😊 I definitely didn’t ovulate any later than one extra day so I’m definitely at least 13dpo but because of my blood results I would say I’m correct with 14dpo as per my opk’s suggest and because I started spotting 9dpo which is my normal time to start spotting.

whatever is going to be will be so I’ve just got to try and not think about it too much. I’ll know soon enough. I know there’s no point in obsessing as can’t control it.
