I am a bit eager with this thread, I've just started my dreaded period (feel a little glum to be honest!) and I have been ovulating quite late, so if by a miracle I am successful this month I would be due end of may/early June. I have been dipping in and out of these threads and found them fantastic support so I hope you don't mind me carrying on the trend!

I am going into cycle 4, I am 31 and were trying for our first 👶🏻I suffered a chemical pregnancy recently and I feel SO ready to become pregnant, I want this so badly, as I am sure you all do too!

I was trawling through some old threads and found these facts that I found useful , feel free to read if you like 😙

1. 80% of couples having regular sex (2/3 times a week) with no issues will fall pregnant in a year.
2. 90% of couples having regular sex with no issues will fall pregnant in two years.

3.Each cycle you have approx 20% chance of falling pregnant. 4.The egg only lives for 24 hours so very small window to fertilise it 5.Decent sperm can live up to 5 days inside you so good to have sex before you think you ovulate as well as after. 6.If using ovulation testing the test picks up on Lh surge which often happens after the egg has been released. 7.Most NHS CCG will not investigate fertility problems until you have been having regular unprotected sex for over a year and some places insists for two years. 8.If you track your Basel body temperature it can give you a good indication of when you ovulate to get to know your cycles.

1. Some types of lube can damage sperm be careful what you are using. (We are using preseed but using it like normal lube, not inserting it prior!)

Ahh @Summerbreeze111 congratulations!!! I struggle with my mental health at time mainly with depression but sometimes anxiety I spoke to my dr before trying to conceive and they say my mental health would be monitored once pregnant which was a slight reassurance, could you speak to your dr?

@Sparklythings1 I use preseed as well, thought it was just supposed to mimic fertile cm which should aid in sperm motility. I guess if a mans sperm quality was poor that would make sense but you would then see the same results in women with fertile cm wihose partners have poor sperm quality. Everyone's a loser. On another note I did pick up some cought syrup thats supposed to increase cm 🤞🤞🤞

@Nypie yeah that’s what I thought, surely also depends how hydrated you are etc too. Could also be a cause and effect type thing, with those who struggle to conceive or already having experienced miscarriage then going an extra step and getting preseed among other things to try and help them along. So they’re probably higher risk to begin with. I had no idea about the cough syrup.. it’s insane the stuff you don’t know before ttc 😂

Does anyone have good line eyes? (Mine are useless!)

I’m 11dpo, top test was taken at 3am - (DS waking the house 😂) and bottom one is from 8.30am.

I feel like something is there but very faint if it is. Or possibly an indent line?

These lines are clear to me, I can definately see lines on both!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩

10dpo today and bfn on cheapie. Boobs still fairly sore but not unusual

I’m a bit in shock now!
As I said my line eyes are horrendous. With DS I made DH go out and get the tests with words as I’m completely baffled by the lines 🤣

@NSx We’re on cycle 9 or 10 I think.

I got pregnant with DS on the first attempt. After having him my periods went haywire and although they’d settled down, after about 6 cycles I bought some ovulation tests. I realised that I was ovulating earlier in my cycle than I had previously. We hadn’t been making the most of my fertile window.

This is my first month using premom, my reading is high and pretty much positive… why does it not say peak? Or does it wait for tests to get lighter then change to peak?

@Londonlady22 yeah - once you get a lower reading that will show as peak. 💕

@Londonlady22 once you get some lower readings it will change to peak. You can manually change it by sliding the test to the left and marking it as a peak yourself

Did an internet cheapy this morning and got this. I don’t want to get my hopes up so haven’t even told my OH. I’m 9dpo. It’s so faint I daren’t get excited and it be an EVAP line.

I’m CD27 now and AF is 4 days late, I’ve been having dull aches in my breasts, slightest amount of nausea, I’m super tired but just finished night shifts and I’m really thirsty, also have had an increase in discharge and some ewcm 2 days ago which I’m wondering if I can get in early pregnancy…. Have had several BFN, I did the last one a few days before my period and haven’t done another since, they were all cheap internet tests, planning to do a cheap internet test and a frer tomorrow

I don’t want to get my hopes up because I’m 16dpo now and I feel like it should’ve come up by now …
