@NSx Isn't it a good sign your temp isn't doing anything?

Well not a good sign as in it's indicating pregnancy at this point but it's not dipping so doesn't seem to be indicating you're not pregnant?

@cavebaby i don’t really know 😂😂 my chart the month before was all over the place but I was on holiday drinking alcohol and in the sunshine so it’s hard to compare really - I’m new to BBT. I guess the fact it hasn’t dropped is good, but I was hoping for more of a rise I don’t really know 😂 I’m just losing hope .

@NSx I don't think you'd expect to see any further rise, just that it's risen at ovulation and is remaining high. Keep hope! You should see mine, there isn't even a cover line it's so erratic haha.

I take my temp same time every day 0630am before work, im quite good at that - apparently if u take it diff times it’s more erratic. -

This is mine from last month and it actually looks like the Rocky Mountains 😂😅😅😅

We tried to time things a bit better this month and tried to give my husband time to build up as close to ovulation as possible so we were trying every other day but then when I got a positive ovulation test we dtd 3 days in a row and I think I ovulated on the third day.

We’ve both been taking fertility supplements for the past 3-4 months. I’ve been having acupuncture. We have been trying to eat as healthy as possible and just generally be healthy but my husband does get anxious at times so definitely hasn’t been stress free!

@NSx Yeah I'm pretty reliable with timings within 15/20 minutes but I think it's possibly PCOS that makes mine so spiky. It does seem to have an overall rising trend after ovulation though, just isn't as clear as many charts.

@NSx I think the fact that is is still up is a positive thing. I don't temp now but I did the month I got pregnant with my first and it was my first time temping. My temp rose after ovulation and just stayed around the same temp until I got my bfp. Looking back at Ovia it stayed between 36.7 and 36.9 if that helps at all

@cavebaby yea I can see yours, even though it goes up and down I think that’s fine as it can fluctuate — fingers crossed for you 🤞✨ u just never know do you.

@EdinburghGirl1 honestly I don’t know, but what I do know is I’m due AF Tues poss wed depending if she comes on time, so I would expect maybe Sunday/Monday to have a drop so will wait until then, im determined not to test early 😂 as the disappointment is real. When will u test ? X

im currently 7 DPO and experiencing the worst cramping/bloating/trapped wind today and not sure if it’s symptom spotting or not!
I never usually get cramps until a few days into AF

@NSx I probably will test at the weekend but will see how I feel. I'll be expecting a negative and then if it is I can just move on and wait for AF.

Officially 3dpo and I've had some spotting last night and today - with very mild cramps... I know its not implantation so defo not suggesting that! But ovulation spotting? I never get this and I'm a bit confused??...

@NatGee ahh okay! Sorry! Haha yeah I've had a Google... but ovulation spotting seems to happen on the day of, instead of 2/3 days after?... so who knows! If anyone else does then please feel free to say 🙈 my body is WEIRD clearly haha

Ladies just looking for some reassurance/advice, CD19 today and I think I ovulated yesterday, I expected a rise in temp this morning so started to panic when temp was still low, I also never got a positive OPK, I think I missed my peak as I ran out of strips. I had a dark line (not positive) on Monday, then by the time I received my new box and I tested again yesterday(Tuesday) evening the line was faint again, so I’m hoping I maybe missed it. But because I didn’t actually see a positive OPK and temp still hasn’t risen I’m worried I’m not ovulating this month and it’s starting to make me feel anxious 😬is it possible to get a temp rise 2 days after ovulation? Also is it possible to miss my peak? How long do those test show positive for? Last month a vaguely remember getting at least 2 positives…Sorry for the long post…

We are away on holiday with all my family at the moment...right in the middle of my fertile window! Not exactly sure of ovulation as not been tracking as would be too hard on holiday anyway. We DTD on Fri morning before we left, then managed Monday night too, being very quiet so my teenage niece in the room next door didn't hear anything...not the best! We're back on Friday so might try to DTD again then and hope for the best but I don't think this will be my month.

Lovely to see some positives in here; gives me hope! Pleased for you all!

However, I think I’m out this month.
Period due tomorrow or Friday and I have all my usual pre-period symptoms which, fortunately or unfortunately for me, are noticeably different to my pregnancy symptoms.
I’ve not tested yet because I don’t let myself until I’m actually late as it just makes the crushing feeling worse.

But on that note… do you still have to use the first wee of the day to test pre-being late? Or is that old information now? I have none in the house to read the box!
