I was like that this month, the line never got all that dark. I did get EWM (sorry, TMI) around the time I was due to ovulate so I'm going to take it I have, and hope for the best.

@Londonlady22 How does that compare to your other tests? If it's got quite a bit darker than previous tests I'd assume today you would get a peak reading and DTD accordingly.

@cavebaby its definitely darker but it isn’t positive. I have a new box arriving today so I’ll teat again, I just don’t want to miss my positive test!

@Londonlady22 I would DTD today to cover yourself, if the test once the new ones come is low keep testing but also DTD as if today was a peak, that way you cover all bases. Remember as long as the sperm is there it doesn't matter if you don't get the positive OPK test, that isn't what will make you get your BFP!!

7dpo and the symptom starting has begun.

I've had a few hot flushes and a couple of dizzy spells. Really unusable for me.

I should be too "experienced" to get excited but I can't help it!

Not hopeful that this is my month as virtually no symptoms - with my first my boobs were extremely tender! But here's to hoping!

11dpo and BFN so I’m probably out. AF due Friday. Hate this last couple of days waiting!! That cheapienline must have been an evap or something. Such is life, onwards and upwards. If AF turns up I’ll be on the May/June baby cusp for next ttc

@Mummyme87 sorry to hear this. I agree that waiting is horrible. Time goes so slowly.

@bellaolive hi and welcome. I'm 8dpo today ttc#2 so similar to you. I also have like zero symptoms and not hopeful at all. Feel like these next couple days are going to drag

@NSx and @ExPatHereForAChat seems Lila few of us all at similar points and trying not to symptom spot. First week was fine but now I'm just thinking about it so much more

Sorry to hear it @Mummyme87. I'm 10dpo today and was looking at cheapies on Amazon yesterday and they all seemed to have loads of bad reviews about false positives and indents so I gave up on the idea of getting any, it must just be heartbreaking to see a line which then disappears. I'll be strong and hold out until hopefully I'm late (Monday/Tuesday so still ages to wait!)

@cavebaby im 10 dpo today too! I had always planned to test today as I go on holiday tomorrow but maybe I shouldn’t

@Doodle10 it's up to you, you can always use a more reliable test like a FRER to confirm if you do think you've got a positive on a cheapy. I mean people do use ICs, I just got so confused what was a decent brand to buy when some of them were turning positive in tap water

@EdinburghGirl1 thank you!! No not really, I had some light spotting yesterday but that is normal for me just before AF arrives. Otherwise no other symptoms. My temperature went up very slightly this morning (the highest it’s been during the LP so far) so I think that’s why I couldn’t help myself and I had to test. Yes it is nice to know before holiday but my husband now wants to go out and buy a load more tests

@Doodle10 interesting. Seems so many people are getting bfp recently with little or no symptoms really. 😂 why does he want to buy loads more tests? What cycle was this for you?

I thought I'd ovulated, was doing the OPK strips. Decided to randomly test, and it was positive! I hadn't DTD within 24 hours before surge thinking it was over this month. Managed to squeeve DTD last night, but might be too late now. 🙄
Anyway, TWW starts today, it's going to take ages!!

@cavebaby yes that’s right, it was a clear blue early detection digital test. My husband also bought some normal clear blue tests and it has come up on that saying 1-2 weeks so hopefully all positive signs!

Well noone buy your tickets to Turkey just yet. 10 DPO and the line isn't darkening with Onestep ans today I have the same evap lone as 7 DPO. Did a 10miu Clearblue to put my mind at ease and now I can move on and wait for AF! I only have a 26/28 day cycle so due on at weekend.
