I don’t know what I’m doing with the emojis this month. Got the star signs in there though!

Cycle 10 for me 😀

Best of luck to everyone!

@Londonlady22 yaaasss!!!! I can imagine the relief, phew. Good stuff πŸ˜€
@cavebaby sorry you tested negative. 11dpo is early. My app (not that we should be ruled by them) recommends i test at the 15dpo mark, which is when af is due. Sounds like a long time but I will absolutely try as last cycle I tested early and I spent the days leading up to af wondering and testing all the time in the hope of a bfp. Its maddening.

ah ok. I think it can be quite common. When I came off the pill when ttc my first my luteal phases were quite short at 10-12 days I think. I didn't use OPK but do get ovulation pains. I had some reflexology at start of cycle 4 and was taking vitamin b6 and I got my bfp that cycle. Yes still not tested so managing to hold off

@EdinburghGirl1 its been short 4/5 months since coming off birth control. I’m not sure if I need to give my body more time to settle and get back to normal? Maybe I will give B6 a go, thank you sweetheart πŸ’• have you still held off testing?

@Londonlady22 that's great your temp has risen.

@Lion14 sorry AF arrives. Vitamin B6 can help to lengthen luteal phase. Was it longer before the last couple of months?

@cavebaby sorry to hear you got a bfn. I get what you mean as |I plan to test at 11dpo just so I know and can kinda move on when it's a bfn.

@Whyismycatanasshat I'm sorry for your loss and sorry you're having a rough day. Sounds like you've got a plan though and no harm in speaking to doctors in a couple of months. Fingers crossed it doesn't come to that though

@Lion14 im so sorry AF has arrived but it’s the start of a new cycle πŸ€žβœ¨πŸ’• I’m not sure about LP though, maybe someone else can give you some insights.
@cavebaby 11dpo there is still hope depending on what kind of test u used, what one did u use? Some are more sensitive than others ..🀞

11dpo and BFN :( told myself I wouldn't symptom spot and wouldn't test early but at least it saves a few days of getting my hopes up.

AF has arrived so I’m officially out this cycle 😒 bit concerned about the fact that my luteal phase has only been 10 days the past couple months, anyone know any ways to naturally lengthen your cycle? Xx

@Alice1608 yes thirst definitely is. I had it when I was pregnant with my daughter. It was an early symptom for me

Alice1608 · 25/08/2022 12:09

@EdinburghGirl1 aww OK, well my pains (symptoms) started on 5DPO, mainly the cramping. So maybe it was implantation as it wasn't between day 6-12 DPO?
I am also thirsty all the time currently! Is that a symptom too? Xx

@Alice1608 I think you can be without, but mine were incredibly sore when I was. Was one of the biggest giveaways for me.

@Alice1608 it's a bit of a preference. Implantation can occur between 6-12 dpo so it's possible to not get a bfp until AF is due. Some people prefer to wait until they are late and others like to test early. I have seen people get bfp at 8/9dpo but they are often so faint and then you might have to spend the next day or two wondering if it is positive. With my first I tested at 11dpo and got a good line. I'm 9dpo today and going to probably hold out until Saturday at 11dpo

@EdinburghGirl1 thank you! Which day would you suggest testing? I'm now questioning the tests I've bought and if they may give me false negatives too. I'm just in my head at the moment on everything πŸ™ƒ xxx

@NSx I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your daughter. Sending you good thoughts for this cycle.

We have dd3 and dn3 who lives with us and I find myself wondering if this is meant to be our lot. But at the back of our minds we have no idea if dn will be here permanently; we behave as if he is and frankly it feels like he should be but we don’t know what the future will hold.

Our current plan is is to go until October then seek some more medical assistance.

Anyways, onwards and upwards. I’ve had 4 hours moping. It’s not good for the wee pair so onwards we go!

@Alice1608 @bossgirl94 I think some people don't have sore boobs and get bfp but it is a common symptom. I've seen lots of people on here recently get bfp with little or no symptoms. It's definitely easy to imagine or over analyze symptoms.

@Whyismycatanasshat i get how horrible and frustrating it is to get a BFN when all you want is a baby, I lost my girl end of any to an chromosomal syndrome at 17.5 wks and I’m dying to get my BFP - I’m onto cycle 2 today 10dpo and feel absolutely nothing to the point I don’t want to test to see a BFP…
but just try to keep your spirits up πŸ’•
I’ve just made an appt today to get my bloods/hormones checked next week because I’ve been so up and down. I’m 35 and don’t have any living children so it’s a worry, but the best thing is to take a deep breath, you will get through these few days βœ¨πŸ’œ

8dpo I've got a bit of trapped wind today, feeling a bit nauseous before food but am eating way more than I normally would.

I also don't have any sore boobs or anything 😩
