Hoping I can join.
CD1 of cycle 5, had spotting yesterday evening and AF properly here today. Really hoping for a BFP this time (due date would be around 20th May) but just trying to focus on keeping busy and keeping fit. Last cycle was difficult with 2 close friends / family announcing pregnancies, so getting myself in the zone for a more chilled one this time.

@H1994 I use a heat pad and I take Mag Phos tissue salts to help reduce the pain. I hope you are feeling better now.

The issue I had with the Fertilily wasn't to do with dryness, more that it was a strange sensation and made me feel a little bruised. It wasn't bad, just a wee bit uncomfortable/achey.

@Aurora81 it's so hot where I am today, a heat pad would not be fun!! I've done some stretches and had some chocolate and I feel good now thank you! Will brave the gym later!

@ExPatHereForAChat I decided to test again with clearblue and I got a peak/static ☺ easy at home cheapie opk still the same. I think the fertilily comes on 2 sizes. What size did you get?

So basically, CD 12 am high, pm Peak 🤷🏻‍♀️ good thing I checked again with, as the peak may be gone by morning.

Ladies, I have such high expectations for this group this month! Genuinely excited to see your results, I think we can do this, I am feeling so optimistic today, maybe its the heat getting to my head, nonetheless I feel the BFPs in the air

@CDD1992 i honestly don’t know, but my bbt is diff this month than last 😅 so who knows my temps are lower this cycle than last - thus far atleast .. I’ll check after ovulation when they go up

@CDD1992 did you have a bad night's sleep, or had a restless sleep? Also I noticed when I am stressed my chart becomes like the rocky mountains.

@Aurora81 @NSx thank you both. No nothing different at all. I was just wondering why my temps have started so high. Think I was 35.56 on CD5 last month. Dipped to 36.23 on day of AF and now shooting back up again. No 35's in sight and already at 36.6. Hopefully the chart still makes sense this month!

@CDD1992 it has been warmer the last couple of days which can make a difference but... Have you tested? Last year I had what I thought was a normal period but my temp remained high, tested and it was positive. Sadly it didn't work out for me.

@CDD1992 a fertility homeopath I follow called Ingefleur states that follicular temps should be between 36.20 and 36.40, and luteal phase temps should go up to 36.8, or a 0.6° rise in temps

@RugbyGirl1 I literally give my feet a clean beforehand with some moisturiser as I am scared that my feet will be sweaty or smelly from working all day 😅 probably me just being considerate

@RugbyGirl1 no I haven't but surely I couldn't be? I tested negative on 13dpo, got my period on 14 dpo and although my period has been different in flow etc its still lasted as long. Sorry to hear it didn't work out for you though xx

spoke to a colleague who announced she was 15hrs pregnant after I said I still wasn’t 😔 she text later to apologise saying it was a dick move. However her friend told her she got pregnant the cycle she massaged her cervix after Sex. So my friend did the same and it worked for her aswell. Will defo try this!!!
