Hi everyone, I've been reading through the thread having a catch up - I was one of the BFPs from Sept 2020 and my daughter turned 1 last month.
So sorry to hear about your friend @Franklydear ❤️
I hope it's not too insensitive of me to post here, you can honestly kick me off and I won't be offended!
But .. DH and I had a good conversation tonight about when to start TTC again and he agreed that it could be from now. Little does he know I seduced him on our wedding anniversary on weds on CD15 knowing full well my fertile window had begun 😆 I mean, he knows I seduced him but not that I had other intentions haha
Today I've had a lot of ewcm so are we thinking that weds was too far away to count now? Should I be sending a text to say come to bed now? I feel really bloated though so don't particularly fancy it 😂

@polkadotpixie hi 👋🏻. Please could I ask if you are doing letrozole for unexplained infertility or specific ovulation issues? TIA

@BlondePotter not insensitive at all, welcome back, how exciting two so close together, you know to dtd if in doubt, thank you about bestie, we’re just getting through it

@Hoping43 I'm doing letrozole for unexplained infertility. My AMH/FSH/ultrasound/HyCoSy were all normal and so was DH's semen analysis. I do have endometriosis so not completely unexplained really but no ovulation issues

@pennysays I think you're right about the exhaustion, everything is just getting on top of me at the minute

@BlondePotter Welcome back! Are you using OPKs? If not and in doubt, DTD just in case. I often feel bloated around ovulation too, it really doesn't help

@polkadotpixie thank you! May I ask your AMH and FSH? My clinic won’t let me try letrozole for unexplained infertility because my cycles are regular. Are your cycles regular?

I feel anything is worth a shot before IVF. I have two children already aged 5 and 3 so it’s totally unexplained xx

@Hoping43 My AMH is 22, AFC is 16 and FSH is 9 and I've just turned 38. My cycles are regular (between 24-28 days)

I did have to push and put my foot down a bit to get the clinic to agree but I told them I can't afford IVF which isn't strictly true as I could do one round but they said it's my money and if I want to try then I can as long as I do the first month as a monitored cycle so they can check I'm not over responding and releasing multiple eggs

Thanks @polkadotpixie I wasn't going to, but then I had a few leftover from last time and did one today and it was pretty strong positive! Have hinted to hubby about DTD today but will just tell him to get upstairs later if not 😆🤞

@polkadotpixie sorry you are down. I wrote a very similar post a few months ago. Maybe it's not right, enjoy what I have etc it's so hard. I think when it's not happening it's like a protective response to talk yourself out of it too. Sounds like a good plan to try letrozole, maybe don't think too far ahead.

@Franklydear sorry about the bfn, sounds like you might be mid cycle, very confusing but less of a wait I suppose.

Hi everybody. Sorry have been lurking in the background. I am just coming towards the end of ovulation and have around 8/9 days until AF is due however I have had some minor bleeding today (never happened before) has anybody else experienced this? Going to keep an eye on it over the weekend.

@BlondePotter some of us just can't seem to get off this bus 🙄 truth be told I'm a half-hearted passenger at this stage but I like to pop in and see how all are doing.

There's definitely a bit of lull at the moment isn't there? A lot of limbo and long cycles. Hugs to all x

Hi everyone. Hope everyone is doing ok. I’m feeling fed up today. I want to go private for letrozole but got to wait 4 weeks for access to my NHS records and I can’t start letrozole in my august cycle as I’m going on hols so it’ll be sept. I’m ready to start it now and just feel like I’m wasting time xx

Still in limbo, after never came, had some ewcm last week, so don’t know what that spotting was about, must be around day 40, or so....

I'm currently 8dpo, no real symptoms and temp shift wasn't great this month either although my chart looks a lot like my MC chart from last summer. Not getting my hopes up this time, I think I'm past that now, there's no excitement anymore and I know my charts like to troll me anyway!

@polkadotpixie yes some more yesterday but now it appears to have stopped. Possibly ovulation spotting but never had it before. Will keep an eye on it.

@polpolkadotpixie no af, cd 39 with spotting at cd 16/17, not testing again either, not yet anyway, enjoying my limbo

Hi all, been super quiet and just sort of trying not to think about TTC the past couple of weeks, after covid crashing the party and ruining our chances. AF came today, so back to square (and day!) 1. Back to a 37 day cycle last month, which is much more my norm, so I'm pretty happy about that. Now I need to get back in the habit of temping in the morning.

9dpo today and stupidly tested on a cheapie yesterday which was obviously stark white... But I am not feeling pregnant. Trying to not waste my FRERs though
