@Minster2012 apparently didn't learn from the last time and is once again letting me loose behind the wheel whilst she enjoys her well earned rest! @dmb91 They removed a 4cm endometrioma from my right ovary, treated endometriosis in my pelvis and my uterus was stuck to my large bowel so they divided the adhesions and my dye test was clear so my tubes are open so relatively good news, hopefully this will do the trick and I'll get pregnant now!

@polkadotpixie so glad you are the other side of the op. Hope you are recovering well and that it makes the difference. Can you ttc straight away or is there any imposed recovery time?

@Franklydear I'm not 40 yet but my test results were crap for my age and the way my cycles have been going it doesn't look good.

Period finally showed up. 2 weeks late. FFS

@Manifestingbaby They said I can start TTC next cycle. I'm still in a lot of pain so don't much fancy DTD any time soon but I'm only about 7dpo at the moment so I have about 2 weeks to recover. I'll see how I go I think

Are you looking at any medical intervention or sticking to trying naturally?

@polkadotpixie see how you go, a couple weeks should make a big difference. I hope the pain settles off soon. Take it easy as much as you can. Were you able to take much time off work? No just naturally. Ivf was our only option and we decided against it so what will be will be.

Hope everyone is feeling ok today? I’ve got my last ever embryo transfer this afternoon, and I need your collective wisdom on the light-hearted subject of the McDonald’s fries…

As I’ll be driving home afterwards through horrendous rush hour traffic, do we think having them beforehand will do instead?

Hey @Franklydear i went for the pre-transfer fries, figured it couldn’t hurt! Of course, I know there are a lot of friendly faces out there after going through this all together in the last couple of years - hopefully I’ll get to join that bus this time 🤞

Thank you @Manifestingbaby, procedure went fine so I’m once again PUPO and the waiting begins. Feeling surprisingly calm, I guess it’ll either work or it won’t and there’s very little I can do either way!

@Manifestingbaby they are doing great, and babies everywhere, we moved off Mumsnet cos we realized that we were having very private conversations very publicly when someone random come and said wow, so it's very crazy, but we've been together a long time and I wanted to still be a part of it, even as the resident aunty

The browser is taking me to the app version at random on my phone, so annoying
