Soooo....@Minster2012 is letting the lunatics take over the asylum as she's handing over the driving seat to the passengers and having a well deserved rest after driving us around since June 2020!

@Somatronic that's such good news on the SA AND then wow 18 is brilliant for AMH! Mine was 2.1 when we first did egg collection in 2017 then magically jumped to 14 in 2021 (they think my chemo & steroid deficiency not being under control was masking things fertility wise) so that's BRILLIANT!! Keep on at him to take the supplements, I had to say to DH each day "have you had your 🍅?" As that's the main ingredient 😂

@lakejupiter how was the scan swimming in AF?

Hello all! AF scan was messy and gross but was told my ovaries are “unremarkable” - I even got to see them on screen! No sign of PCO - I’m CD3 and there was basically not much there whereas I was expecting for him to be able to see lots of small follicles indicating PCO. I’m super surprised considering blood test results but really relieved that I have normal looking ovaries. Will get the full report via my GP but v grateful that he showed me and also told me what was going on. The nurse kept trying to ask me random questions about my job and my weekend plans as he was showing me my ovaries which was a bit distracting but I guess I seemed stressed. Will wait to see what endo has to say about my hormones, thyroid function etc but I’m taking this as a piece of good news going into cycle 3 🍀

@lakejupiter my before this one asthma nurse was always making small chat during procedures, we became friends and she started giving me the last morning appointment so we could have it over lunch with her break, I miss her, glad your result is better than expected, even if messy
@Minster2012 aaah, you can see my wisdom, so dilemma: do I start doing his head in now, or do I wait for af in case his little miracle happens? I am having the most random of cycles, with cramps and today even quite a sore foof, af like, no, we haven’t use it that much....

@Minster2012 no I didn't 🤦🏻‍♀️ tested this morning using a digital and BFN. Still no PMS though so maybe I've just got lucky this month in that sense x

@Franklydear do YOU want to stop? If you want to stop then you can start talking bout it, but if you aren't sure I'd just carry on & see what conversations come up

@LoveQ the digital scare less sensitive so if it's still before AF then it might not pick it up anyway

@lakejupiter boom for unremarkable ovaries! I hate small talk anyway so I'd find it super awkward with them swooshing around in my bloody foof too 😜

@loveq how many dpo are you? I had positive tests for two days before the digital picked it up on the third...

@Minster2012 I am 44, tick tock, tick tock, how much longer is really feasible? We both agree we cannot carry on forever, but it’s difficult to say today is the day....

Keeping my fingers crossed for you @LoveQ, you never know. As others have said, digitalis are lots sensitive!

@Franklydear I think maybe see what happens until the deadline then see how you feel? I think it’ll be easier to know what you actually want when you hit it?

@lakejupiter congratulations on the unremarkable ovaries 😂. Always good to have a boost as you start a new cycle! When will you start planning the inseminations?

I think I ovulated yesterday, so well covered! Also, enjoying my last day of half term with no decorating and a Miller & Carter meal later! Excited.

@Minster2012 thank you! As I said I never had AMH tested before so I wasn't familiar with the ranges etc so I'm thrilled now!

@lakejupiter I'm so glad the scan went well. So are you officially diagnosed with PCOS now or not? I had loads of little cysts on mine when I was first scanned and diagnosed but when I had my hycosy 3 years later they said my ovaries looked completely normal so I guess the meds worked pretty well.

@lakejupiter didn't we think that the blood tests were taken on the completely wrong day to actually indicate pcos? Sounds like the scan sort of confirms that! Glad you don't have it x

@Franklydear my friend's dad's coworker just had twins at 50... I'd say NTNP until you actually go through menopause and nature decides for you? That's assuming you're willing to be in your 60s before baby moves out 🤭

@Juno231 I am not worried about moving out but how do you go through the baby years at 50? She’s brave, ntnp might be 5he way to go if I can stop being hopeful every time.... food for thought

@Juno231 in not sure I think I'm 10DPO but if the second lot of ewcm meant I ovulated later then I would be 7DPO

Just canvassing opinions does this remind anyone of vulva? Good thing or bad thing?

@minster2012 Hahaha when you present the photo with that caption all I can see are vulvas. Given the red color, I am not a fan. Would not like being reminded of my fanny on my period all day every day.

Sorry I’ve been absent, work is a bit mental at the mo! What I thought was AF starting turned out to just be a couple of days of spotting, so still not back to normal, which led me to POAS this evening. For fellow Femometer users, you’ll know you can see your photo in original, contrast and inverted modes. I reckoned I’d still got a squinter so tried the tweaks 😭 Going to have to either call my GP or the EPU on Monday…
