Soooo....@Minster2012 is letting the lunatics take over the asylum as she's handing over the driving seat to the passengers and having a well deserved rest after driving us around since June 2020!

I'm sure she'll still be around and you can follow her on Instagram (Minstermusings) where a lot of passengers and ex-passengers have their own TTC or normal accounts too (just be careful not to out anyone on their non-TTC accounts!)

@Somatronic yeah a few ppl were recommended the fertility + one which I sent you from future you health, one of our passengers previously was recommended it by their clinic & was about to start ivf (like literally drugs in the fridge ready) & got a BFP, his came back as better. I can think of better ways to start a day than waiting for a chlamydia test 🤪then again my day started at 5.37 so maybe I'd take the test instead of that

Yes had the old temp drop then AF arrived yesterday and has been a particularly brutal period for some reason - bloodbath! Been on the sofa all day with cocodamol and a hot water bottle, thank god for WFH. I have a pelvic ultrasound tomorrow so erm looking forward to adding a vag wand to the bloodbath lol. Well not really but I'm looking forward to knowing more about the effects of PCOS on my ovaries and potentially getting some help if I need it. Can't quite bring myself to sort out the admin for March TTC yet but need to get on that as I think I'll be the one travelling for it. I've also started taking myo inositol and ubiquinol and might need to get a bigger pill box lol.

Sorry to those thinking of closing this chapter and I totally get the need to step back from TTC forums! Grateful for the support and advice here x

Currently CD22 and so far I'm having no PMS, normally I would get sore breast 5-7 days before AF and today would 5 days before, is this a good sign? Do I waste a test 🙈

@LoveQ not yet, give it at least 3 more days, I’ve been fouled before
@lakejupiter I got to the point where I don’t get envy for the bfps, just genuinely happy for you guys, I’ll be 45 in September, we really are clutching at straws now, I just don’t think this’ll happen, but I don’t really want to leave you people

I seen on another thread about a plan where as if you're cycle is 28 days then DTD CD 7,11,13 and 15 maybe worth looking at 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks @LoveQ - TTC through ICI with a coparent in a different city so can't quite follow that purple/SMEP method, we just try to inseminate on the days immediately before ovulation tbh. Logistical nightmare but hopefully it will get us where we need to go :) don't test yet!! I went a bit mental with testing last month and it was miserable, I would wait a couple more days at least but easier said than done!

@lakejupiter yes I did wonder if it would be a lot harder to try and fit them all in for you 🙁
I should be able to hold off until at least Friday, I'll then get the urge big time though 😆

@Franklydear I think I will need to make a clean break for my sanity much as I'd love to hang on.

Ah man. That made me a bit teary @Manifestingbaby and @Franklydear there’s nothing to do or say really except sit with the sadness and then make some cool plans like yarn bombing the whole of the uk.

Nothing happening here, just waiting out my endless cycle to get to the point where I even bother testing. Have been furious and full of tears this week. Working through a lot in therapy and is not making very broody.

@Somatronic Such rubbish news when it was fine before and it is such a big cost. Sounds like there’s been some great results here with ICSI though. Glad the chlamydia test wasn’t as bad as expected and always nice to get a cervix compliment!

Oh no @lakejupiter. I was hoping the temp drop was a false alarm. The admin can be sorted in a day or two, just look after yourself today.

I got a static smiley today (which I’m still so pleased to see, I got my first one last month). Lots of DTD going on here: I’m on half term and DH wfh so easy for is this month. Feeling positive… but then it’s easy to be positive at this stage isn’t it?!

Sorry to hear that you’re struggling as well @Franklydear and @pennysays. This is so unfair… honestly, struggling whilst TTC is the WORST.

@loveQ try to hold off! Easier said than done, but a BFN is just going to be disappointing and odds of a false negative are very high at that stage.

@lakejupiter ugh, the bloodbaths. I've had a couple of those since taking my IUD out last July... the first was particularly horrid. That meme from the shining comes to mind as being scarily accurate.

Charting is going well, though my temps are a bit all over the place. I've had anything from 36.4 through 36.0 and then down to 35.8 this morning. EWCM started yesterday at CD11, so I think I might be onto something with this long luteal phase theory. Though it could just be a short cycle. Guess I'll see how the next few days go. Waiting for that temp spike fingerscrossed

@Somatronic don't feel too down about OH's recent results!! My OH's came back at 1% morphology too, and one of his swimmers still managed without any supplements or drugs, just natural, he stopped having protein powder as someone on here told me it affected their semen, and replaced the powder with more eggs, he ate a few walnuts a day, he's really active and healthy so couldn't make his lifestyle any better but somehow even with a 1% score, we conceived, still have some faith!! The sti swabs aren't nice!

@pennysays I'm sorry you've been feeling shitty. I was a bit like that sometime when I was in therapy but it was worth it, as you probably know!

So the consultant called DH and told him not to worry about the morphology result. She says it could be completely different in a few weeks so he's really relieved. We'll do ICSI just in case probably. Hopefully we'll have a result like yours @Vil10 I have walnuts in the press (cupboard to Brits) that I'll force feed him and he's been taking supplements that @Minster2012 sent because she's the kindest lady ever!

They also gave him my AMH result which is 18. Never had AMH done before so I don't really know much about it but he said the consultant said it was good, so that's a relief.

@Somatronic they could actually just decide on the day whether to do icsi or not depending on the sample. If you give them permission to make that decision. It may well be ok and they could just do ivf.

@Somatronic 18 is a phenomenal amh!! Means you have about 18 eggs which is great! Mine was 5.4 which is really low for my age. Weirdly I had over double in eggs tho so you could have even more eggs.

Cd 14 and still ewcm, so maybe late ovulation this cycle, at least we’ll be able to cover it as a last Hail Mary, disclaimer: hubby has a habit of keep kicking the goal down the road and this is the third deadline, I am quite ready to stop but I don’t know that he is, I convinced him to try before it wasn’t possible around 3 years ago or so, and now the tables have turned
