Soooo....@Minster2012 is letting the lunatics take over the asylum as she's handing over the driving seat to the passengers and having a well deserved rest after driving us around since June 2020!

Egg collection tomorrow at hideous o' clock in the morning 😄 had the buserelin shot last night and I have to take my proper trigger shot with me tomorrow, so if there are less than 20 eggs they'll give it to me so the fresh transfer can go ahead. Glad it was OK for you @paintfairy, that's reassuring as I'm really nervous about it!

@InkyPaper I'm confused by that as the trigger takes 36 hours to work? So I did mine sat night for egg collection Monday morning. So how does that work? 🤔 I know they can use buserelin to trigger, so are you like half triggered? 🤣 What's the other one you have?

Mine was at 9.30am though and I was pleased to get out over with. Better than it being in the afternoon and you dreading it all day! Plus you can come home and put your feet up! 😁 You also can't eat before etc so it being in the morning is good!

@paintfairy I'm like half triggered 😂 because of the OHSS risk they're being extra careful. The actual trigger shot is the Gonasi one, so I've been told I have to bring it tomorrow, just in case I can actually be triggered I suppose! No idea how it all works 🙈

I spoke to office bestie today, at least he misses me, they counting on me coming back on Monday, it sounds about right, I am feeling better and no longer sleep all day, I replaced it with watching parliament session, out of boredom, although some old Tories are funny, as they have their pants in a twist...

@Franklydear oh yeah, the whole thing is just maybe this will happen or maybe that will happen and nothing is concrete. It's frustrating as hell but there's nothing to do about it really, just got to try and go with the flow. I'm glad you're feeling better! Do you think you'll be ready to go back to work on Monday?

@paintfairy oh yeah egg collection is going ahead tomorrow, it's just the fresh transfer that's up in the air, but that all depends on how many eggs they get. Apparently they'll give me the Gonasi after collection if I can have a fresh transfer

@InkyPaper I'm just confused what the gonasi is for? You need to ask so we all know! 🤣 And I think ivf is a bit like that. Usually I need to know everything but I literally did switch off as it was easier to just do as you were told and not worry about it. 🤣 Fingers crossed for a fresh transfer! 🤞

@Minster2012 😂 well indeed. I although I started taking high strength vit d and b3 and genuinely felt my mood shift. Though placebo effect is very powerful! Interesting about the fish oil and cod liver oil… how do they make those vegan?

@pennysays ovulation is holding off! No EWCM and low OPKs so just have the flashing smiley. Coparent arrives tomorrow night so even if I peak tomorrow we are good for the weekend! I usually get at least a day of EWCM before a peak OPK though so I think I just got a random early flashing smiley this month...

I asked about taking the Gonasi! It's because the buserelin doesn't contain any HCG or something, so if I get a transfer I'll get a tiny dose of it to get me through to the luteal phase.

@Minster2012 yes, inseminations tomorrow and Sunday and then again on Wednesday, though if I peak before Weds I might move it forward if logistics allow (he's coming here until Sun but to try again after that I need to travel to him).

Just off the phone to my mother. She told me I will have to "skill up" to help my brother more with his children and abruptly ended the call mid sentence when I was telling her AF came this morning. I said that actually I don't feel the need to skill up to mind someone else's children and I guess she didn't like that. She had asked me to travel 3 hours with no notice to mind my nieces for the entire weekend because their childcare fell through and I said no for many reasons.

@pennysays I am not a stick, quite curvy and bigger, I prefer pants than go the waist but very high leg, so not quite a granny pant, they’re a nightmare to find to be quite right though

The weather is horrid like proper storm like, I wanted to go for a walk, I haven’t left the house since last Friday , I feel much better, so I’ll be back to work on Monday but take it slow
