Soooo....@Minster2012 is letting the lunatics take over the asylum as she's handing over the driving seat to the passengers and having a well deserved rest after driving us around since June 2020!

@InkyPaper my only other tip is don't struggle with constipation. It really makes the pain worse. I bought lactulose in the end but that was quite far down the line and I really regretted not using it sooner. Any extra pressure (even needing a wee) just makes everything worse. So don't suffer!

I'm not really into other people's children @lakejupiter it's different having your own. I once had 10 days of the flashing smiley which was very annoying (I typically ovulated on day 20/21)

Thanks @larrythelizard - hoping I just had an early oestrogen rise. Cervix is low, no EWCM and had a massive temp drop this morning (no idea why other than I slept REALLY well after a couple of nights of insomnia/tossing and turning) so ovulation not imminent I don't think - usually get a couple of days warning via cervix and EWCM. Stay put for a few more days egg! But also hope I'm not too trolled by the flashing smiley, ten days is an absolute pisstake!

PreSeed users: I used lube last month but think I went overboard with it and it actually made the insemination harder as there was already a certain amount of liquid in there (and I seem to have a tiny vagina despite being not a small person). How much do you use? I was putting it in w the applicator before inseminating but wondering if I should mix a bit in w the sperm before inseminating, or just put some on the fertilily cup before I put that in.

@larrythelizard have you been on the vino? I am guessing a close eye, yes

@lakejupiter I put a tiny bit in the "dip" of the jellyfish of the cup! Then about upto "1" in the lube tube?!

Was taking their Coenzyme10, vitamin C (still take) krill oil (still take), blood flow & DH was on their mens fertility plus (tomato based) 😂also took vitamin D (still do) so a fair bit of rattling 😜

I ran out of vitamin D and iron so must go shopping this weekend. I started on co enzyme 10 or whatever it's called and and collapsed when she told me the price of it!

I had awful night sweats last night. Gross. I woke up deciding that I must be menopausal but now I've seen sense and realise that that's unlikely.

That should read "and nearly collapsed". I'm not that dramatic!

@Somatronic have a look at the FutureYou health ones, I'm sure they weren't that bad priced? And I can get a 20% referral I think too 🤔I don't think you are menopausal!! Are you waiting AF out??

Yeah I think I will wait it out, though I was half thinking of testing tomorrow just to stop my imagination running away with me. I've been symptom spotting (nothing I haven't experienced before so I'm probably imagining these things) so maybe I should just test to bring myself back to reality! I think AF is due this weekend and I'm 11 or 12 DPO now.

You could always do a cheapie if you want the POAS out of your system @Somatronic or the other thinking is to leave it cos it's ticking days off anyway 🤔depends on the itching for POAS really. I did it each month just cos I had the urge 🤣🙈

Yeah I think I will tomorrow morning just to see if it'll stop me thinking about it.

It's a week since the IVF appointment. I'm wondering when do I start harassing them about finding our what I do next 🤔

I removed my piss pot from the bathroom for a bit so it wasn't there for FMU so no point in testing that day @Somatronic. Although going on some other ladies, I'm much more hopeful this is it now you've had your initial IVF meeting 🤞🏼

@pennysays the coenzyme10 is to try improve egg quality, the vitamin D often recommended for most ppl anyway (they said for covid too blah blah), fish oil also for egg quality, but cod liver oil you can't take so I found the future you one is safe for TTC & pregnancy (& I think fish oil just good anyway), vitamin C I'd seen commented on lots of TTC threads (again can't harm) & blood flow plus was because I always had a thin uterus lining on my ivf scans so I was told to try do things to improve my blood flow (exercise, pomegranate juice things like that)
DH on their mens fertility one try improve sperm (though he was ok on that anyway) & the future you one had been recommended by a few ivf clinics for sperm issues (someone on our thread got pregnant as the ivf drugs were waiting in her fridge and he was told to have these)

All of them are vegan & organic so I thought what the hell anything to try!

But in truth @pennysays could be f all they do of course except make me feel like I was doing something!!
