Soooo....@Minster2012 is letting the lunatics take over the asylum as she's handing over the driving seat to the passengers and having a well deserved rest after driving us around since June 2020!

Here’s one of them (yesterday’s). Couldn’t photograph today’s one in my gloomy early morning bathroom but it looked the same as this. In a low moment I also edited the shit out of it on my iPhone and you can see the line better but it’s grey/white.

Yeah there's def a line there @lakejupiter but can't see colour, let's hope it's just developing though. I was shocked how when I took the FRERS out of the packet I could see where the line would be without dipping it so def can get indents but ones like those can develop too 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Thanks @Minster2012 - i swore last week I would wait to test and now I'm sad I didn't stick to that! AF due Monday according to Ovia and Wednesday according to Fertility Friend so might test again in a couple of days if my temp is still high ❤️ does seeing a temp drop before AF make BFNs/AF arrival any less awful?

If temps haven't dropped you're still in @lakejupiter 🤞🏼 I can see a squinter on the colour pic. I'd prob believe FF over Ovia which means it's early still to get a decent line

@lakejupiter ya I'm done with frers, had my hopes raised twice by what turned out to be indents. Not buying them anymore... if I'm going to be squinting at nonsense then I may as well save my money and stick with the cheapies 😂
I do see something but can't say either way, hope it turns out to be the start of a line 🤞

@Minster2012 not one inch squares, I’m afraid, by my recent calculations, it’ll be big enough to use as a quilt in my king size bed, ds is loving that idea, god knows why, I’ve done 5 lines of 20 and he started using it as a very skinny blanket, enough to cover him though, ....
@lakejupiter any developments? Squinting is all we do, often as a collective, I refuse to test early now, don’t see the point, never seem to get any clear answers....

@Franklydear nothing to report here really. Slight temp drop (like 0.1 degrees lol) and giving myself the day off squinting. I don't want another FRER trauma tbh so I only have easy@home strips in the house for now and I just couldn't face ten minutes of squinting and shining a torch at one whilst trying not to get wee on my hands this morning...

@lakejupiter easy@home took ages to show for me, even the 10miu ones so sounds sensible.

Thanks for the support re my mad MIL. We only got home an hour ago. She lives over 4 hours away. That's the last time in a long time that I'll be visiting her. We were meant to be there for Christmas but we got Covid so we had to go down this weekend to make up for it, but that's my duty done now.

@Minster2012 yes I've been peeing on OPKs. I think ovulation was yesterday because I got a static smiley on Friday. Unfortunately couldn't DTD when visiting MIL cos she never leaves the house or gives us a moment's peace but we did it on Friday afternoon and this afternoon when we got back so hopefully we're covered now. I'll give it another couple of goes in the next few days just in case.

Squinting is a legit TTC past time def. We've all lost hours sat in the bathroom that way @lakejupiter @Manifestingbaby

Every month I am staring and squinting. And every month I vow not to test again until I’m late… but I still do! I just think it’s impossible to stop when you want it so much. Like you @lakejupiter I am trying to just use cheap ones until I see a line. I properly laughed at the wee on a hand situation. Every morning at the moment with these clear blue OPKs. Awful.

I woke up and my temp had dropped loads so I didn't test this morning. Trying to sort of "log" the fact that I feel better/more calm on days I don't test but not sure I'll remember that on the next 8dpo day! I do like BBT because it seems to sort of break news gently although it is a bit depressing first thing!

Ovia says AF due today, Fertility Friend says Thursday.

@Franklydear that thread made me so sad 😞 grew up with similar stuff and required years of therapy to sort out the issues it created. One of the first serious conversations me and my coparent had was about having a written plan for what we are going to do if things go tits up/we hate each other/one of us starts behaving oddly etc.

@BellatrixK pee is a pot? Don't wee on the stick directly that way you can also confirm with cheapies (even though it's FMU it can still show peak or high) even when pissing in a pot I weed on my hand 😂

@Franklydear @Minster2012 that thread! If I were her I'd have told my husband I ain't having any more kids with him being i seem to have several that aren't my own! Talk about take the piss. I thought from the title it was going to be about a parent who couldn't be arsed. I would be off. 🤣 Taking my own kids with me and telling my husband he can deal with the rest. Poor woman. Scape goat springs to mind. As for the mother- that's really sad.
