Hoping to get our BFPs in January - the story continues

Hi all, I have figured out how to create a thread on Mumsnet and here goes... my first one.

This is a continuation of the two (!) full Jan threads so far this month - we're a chatty bunch and happy to welcome new folks. There'll probably be a February thread starting up soon too.

Will tag everyone I can see below... please join if I missed you!

13DPO today, have been testing everyday since 8DPO and all BFNs. This morning thought I saw the faintest of lines on an internet cheepie so went a brought a clear blue test. I have just done it now (at work, very bad idea) and got a BPF.

I'm freaking out as was convinced I was out this month so much so that I had a couple of pretty large glasses of wine last night to drown my sorrows. Now feeling very guilty!

AFs come for me today, not surprised due to BFNs but a little gutted at the same time. Got my OPKs which I'm going to start this month, going to need to see if my cycles changed on me anyway.

Congrats to those with BFPs, sorry to those with BFNs and good luck to those waiting to test, I might see you on February threads (hope not though as I want you to get your BFPs) xxx

Results are in:
1st thread (back in Dec): 6 BFPs
2nd thread: 9 BFPs
3rd thread: 10 BFPs so far!

I've excluded known CPs, and I'm hoping there are a few more to come before we wrap up. 🤞🤞🤞

To those who didn’t get their BFP this cycle, next cycle is a fresh start and new chance. Crossing everything yours is right around the corner. Until then you’ve got a lovely bunch of mn friends ttc to talk to x

Again another positive stronger than yesterday I've got a digital clear blue to do for in morning thanks for asking. Now I know I am noticing everything like the first time feel really bloated tired and totally went off my food :( I know the sickness is going to hit and by god it hit me hard the first time I could t work or lift my head up off the pillow so dreading that part

@Gemma3439, amazing line! Oh lord, the nausea - I've had it bad both times but I swear the second time it started before my BFP. Hang in there! Hopefully it'll just the first trimester awfulness then the rest will be smooth sailing.

9dpo over here and feeling rather pessimistic today for some reason but seeing all those lines made me smile 😊

I done a test about a week ago because I thought I had it then I just couldn't shift the feeling and when I get it it sends shivers down my spine it's the worst I had to see gp first time around so hoping it's not too bad as this time I have a child to look after.

Are yous all from the uk?

FF changed my Ov date back to CD 17 making me 15DPO, and no sign of AF.
I tested BFN at 13dpo with PM urine, although I did hold it all day while I was at work for 8 hours.
I'll buy a FRER on my way home from work and if AF doesn't show today or tomorrow morning when I wake up, I'll do it.
Boobs are bloody sore today though.
Big temp dip, so I'm fairly sure it's AF

I'm currently 9DPO... took a cheapie test yesterday 8DPO and of course got a BFN. Had a tiny bit of spotting today so hoping it's implantation bleeding and not early signs of AF. Feeling bloated and cramping a bit. Might test again tomorrow morning with a FRER

I think we mostly are, @Gemma3439, although I know madeleine is a Brit in the US... I'm sure there are others from elsewhere too!

@Gemma3439 I assumed you were from Newcastle by the use of the word “yous” haha! I lived in Newcastle for 9 years and was absolutely gutted when I had to move. Loved it so much.

I think AF is right around the corner for me as starting to get slight cramps. Is due tomorrow.

@saltedcaramelanything I did suffer the first time and about a week too two weeks ago I felt sick like something I couldn't shift and done a test it was negative just done my digital and it's 2/3 weeks I honestly thought it was going to say 1/2

Must be the month for AF to be messing people around. 1 day late. I had the worst period pains last night. I was doubled over. But still no period this morning. I got a bfn yesterday. I'm cd26. 16dpo.

40 tomorrow... I bet she shows up tomorrow lol
