Hi all, I have figured out how to create a thread on Mumsnet and here goes... my first one.

This is a continuation of the two (!) full Jan threads so far this month - we're a chatty bunch and happy to welcome new folks. There'll probably be a February thread starting up soon too.

@kizzy97 fingers crossed! Zero symptoms here except a bit bloated but I’ve also symptom spot so much before that maybe no symptoms is a good thing haha! Keep us updated have a good day at work

Morning everyone. So after my crazy lady testing sprint last night I gave in this morning and used my only FRER. And look!!!!
Does this line look ok for 10DPO? My Premom app says I’m 9DPO based on my OPKs but I missed a morning of testing and I know that’s when my peak was.
I can’t actually believe it, I’m in shock. After the stress and anxiety of the last few months I thought I’d be in tears/screaming but I’m just sat on the toilet in disbelief!! It’s DH’s birthday tomorrow so I’m going to wait to see him and put it in a little gift box.

@Bringonbaby3 thanks :) I did test with the cheapies again this morning with the same urine. One looked negative and the others had the faintest of lines so I’m going to try and avoid using them now! They were so so inconsistent yesterday x

Well I'm 10 Dpo today and my FRER was negative. I'm so gutted :(

Always had a BFP by this point..
And never had to wait more than first month so I guess naively thought I'd be the same this time. Just want AF to hurry up now!

Well I'm out this month AF showed up bright and early lol. It's only my first month TTC so I'm not to disheartened yet.

@Moonshine160, hooray! That's a lovely line for 10DPO. Now you can relax and hopefully have a smooth 9 months.

Sorry to those with BFNs or AF. I truly know how depressing it is, but hopefully next cycle will be your lucky egg. 🤞🤞

@rmummyofone yes I'm in all hopes to hold off top but sure that won't happen 😂

I would suggest holding off until af is due. I know it's so hard! During the Tww I went with the mindset that we hadn't tried and af will come so why would I test and that definitely helped me not text until 13dpo!

@Shortmamashortcycles I’m kinda waiting for that bright pink line, hoping it will come. I feel ok, I started early on with a irritated nose like it was blocked so thought it was hayfever… I now get tired about 3pm and felt a ache low down and occasionally feel a bit shaky if I’ve not had anything sugary but nothing really significant that I don’t feel before af. How are you? Xx

@Billymay, well I hope you manage to swerve the morning sickness - keep that blood sugar up. 😁

I'm trying to ignore my body entirely as I know it's far too early to have anything at all. Just waiting til Monday 24th, or more likely, until AF!

This thread is going fast so sorry if I’ve missed any congrats to anyone.
I still think I’m out for this month. AF due Sunday or Monday. I had usual AF PMT last week which was unusual for me to be so early. Then it all disappeared for about 5 days but it’s back only more tender or severe than normal. Maybe I’m just really sensitive to everything because I’m observing every slight change in my body.
I’m holding off testing though.

seems like another lucky day for BFPs!! Congrats to all the BFPs, looking forward to more line progressions in the next couple of days.

@Moonshine160 @Billymay they both look like great lines. The easy@home lines take ages to progress btw so don't fee disheartened by that.

I'm amazed at all the BFP's, never seen so much in one thread before!

I'm 3 days into my BFP and my AF would have been due today or tomorrow so I'm getting some period cramps. I had these with my other pregnancies too, was hoping I wouldn't get them this time

@chasingtherainbow1, I remember those post-BFP cramps, they're the worst! Just remember they're probably just your uterus stretching and making room for your bean. 🤞🤞🤞

Hi Ladies,
Has anyone used the clearblue ovulation that could help me please. I thought I would try it to get a better understanding and feel like I was doing something but now more confused. I tested yesterday and got the circle, tested today and got the smiley face but not flashy. So have I missed my time to try somehow I don't get it? Yesterday I did it late morning as didn't realise I needed to do it first thing so not sure if thats caused the issue. My apps I use to log AF state not due to ovulate till Tuesday so now I'm panicking that I've missed chance as we've only DTD once the last week as OH been working away 😢

Did a thing….. got excited at the prospect of an early result. Didn’t get what I was after. Feeling a little flat after than decision. But not terrible, as they say not out until AF!

Already on the internet at work looking for a mini break/ retail therapy to take my mind off it all. (Does anybody just look but not buy because the idea is more fun that doing it?! Haha)
At least the end of TWW is near and I’ll know either way soon.

@Shortmamashortcycles yeah I hope so! After years of periods my bodies instant reaction to them is 'omg I'm starting my period I need to go check in the toilets' 😂

I have been doing the same all week :( It's almost like it's better for us emotionally not to test early but at the same time the urge to do so is so strong. But like everyone always says on here it's not over til AF is in full force so ...

Hi All, this is my first month trying the Easy at home tests and the PreMom app. I'm estimated to ovulate either today, tomorrow or possibly Sunday but I'm confused why the app is saying it's low when the line is really dark 🤦🏻‍♀️ Am I missing something?

Looking for advice...

I had very early MC in October. This obviously affected cycle. Next period came 7th December was normal. Next period would be due 4th Jan... didn't arrive. However since the day before AF was due I had mild cramps making me think it was coming. Still never arrived. The cramps aren't like usual ones where u need pain killers all day. These aren't intense just aware of them. Feels like pulling, scratching and stretching sort or thing. Isn't there all day just on and off... boobs getting tender each day and veiny, no blood at all. Increase in CM yesterday. Feel a bit warmer than normal

However done a test and negative ..

Can I be pregnant and still getting a negative test???
