Sorry to anyone I have missed off.

So glad I just got the notification for this group. I often think of how everyone is getting on now 🩷 Our son is 8 months next week, absolutely adore the life out of him but we’re definitely one and done, have found it really tough as we have no family around us to help out. I much prefer this stage to the first 3-4months though. Hope everyone is doing well 🙂

Age gap will be 19 months 😬 we wanted a less than 2 year gap and only want 2 babies so wanted to get it done with sooner rather than later haha crazy wanting 2 under 2 but I'm sure it will all be worth it, my eldest is at a really nice age where he wants to feed you and be involved and he's so loving so I just know he'll be a great big brother 💛

@MissC07 ahh 8 months is a lovely age, mind you I think every stage is my favorite, although Amelia started walking about a month and she’s hard to keep up with 😂 we’re the same here my family all work full time and OHs family all live abroad so we haven’t really got this ‘village’ everyone talks about

@MissM94 ahh when are you due then? Can’t be too long? I totally get wanting 2 under 2 we said if we’re going to have another we would want the age gap fairy small! It gets all the sleeps nights out of the way and they’ll have a lovely bond when they’re older

@ChinChilly I'm 21 weeks! Yess exactly! Nappies and childcare all at the same time then when they're in school all our money is ours as a family not longer having to pay nursery 😂 I really hope they will be best friends x

Aww @Kay00 congratulations!! I’m so pleased for you. I’m due early March with baby #2! I’ll be 10 weeks tomorrow, so we must be similar dates. DD will be 2 in October, I feel like it’s flown in! How are you keeping?

@ChinChilly I totally know what you mean about thinking the newborn stage was hard 😂 And also not planning for any more! I nearly died in labour first time around so was definitely not looking for a repeat, but funny sometimes fate just intervenes lol. Definitely a different experience to all the temping and charting of the first time!

@Juno231, good luck with the return to work! It is awful. But the welcome home is excellent, and you do get used to it, is all I can say. Think it’s defo worse for mums than babies!

@MissM94 sorry you had a bad experience with the group 😢 But lovely to hear you’re doing well now.

After I fell pregnant I joined another group for all babies on Mumsnet who were due around the same time, and we ended up with a Facebook group, but it was nowhere near the same as our original group, and I missed it a lot.

...also do often wonder about some of the originals who may not be notified on this as it's a later group - @MintGreenLife, @TheHotelCalifornia, and others. Hope everyone is well! <3

I'm 10 weeks and 3 days @crabette so we are really close together!! Exciting 😁

@ChinChilly I had a scan at 7weeks and saw the little bean and it's heartbeat 💓 my next 12 week scan is in a couple of weeks 🤞🙂

I was thinking of this group the other day and wondering if everyone I was speaking to when I was trying in 2020 has had a baby yet

Hi ladies. I have good news 😊 we welcomed our little girl, Heather, into the world on Saturday morning. The birth went well, following an induction, and we are at home recovering and bonding. I hope you are all well too?

@ChinChilly my daughter turns 3 in June and started TTC number 2 in December. It's amazing where that time went. Hoping for a smoother pregnancy next time 🤣

@Kay00 congratulations! Enjoy every minute 🥰 I've had another baby, she was born in December, my big baby will be 2 in May I can't believe it! We have 2 under 2 but we just wanted the 2 and a small gap so it was done with! I've got one of each so I'm incredibly lucky! I'm 30 in May and my womb's officially retired.. I'm over the moon 😂😂

I'm 17 weeks on Wednesday with #2 - not sure if I shared the news on here! It's another girl and I couldn't be more excited about Matilda having a sister :)

@Juno231 congratulations 🎉 aww that's amazing. I am secretly hoping for another girl so Abigail has a sister 😂 I haven't told Abigail I am pregnant yet and yesterday she put a hand on my belly and said mummy has a baby in her tummy 😱
