It costs an embarrassing story for your ticket, doesn’t have to be TTC related as we know laughing when TTC is needed.

@Minster2012 dunno, the ivf man rinsed me out? 🤷‍♀️ But I think a bath just naturally washes stuff away anyway?
And yes you'd think you would bond with a baby you've given birth to and looked after for several months?

Bad cramps again today. I find it hard to believe these are implantation cramps because there would never be a need for pregnancy tests, if it feels like this? You would bloody know.

@Vil10 my nurse always comments on my cervix, we have no boundaries, but never said anything about sperm, and she’s not the polite type, I can imagine her going something like someone had fun last night, last time I told her I wasn’t using contraception, she asked, and cervix was high and soft, so she told me to get on it😳, I did got pregnant that cycle too

@Minster2012 I guess the worst part about old school douches was that they added nice smelling stuff to it? Pure water shouldn't be disastrous I imagine. @Franklydear aww that's so lovely of him!! My nurse didn't comment on mine, and my mum and a few of my friends said they commented on theirs, maybe I have an ugly cervix🙄🤣 I'd love a nurse like that!! Maybe she has a sixth sense and knew you'd get pregnant!

@minster2012 lack of a bump at this stage with your first is normal, your muscles are still in tip top condition and can hold it all in nicely so don't worry about that. My friend got to 7months and just looked like she'd swallowed a malteaser she was so tiny. My muscles however are fucked frpm DS and like yea we worked hard round one, this time we're letting it all pop out from the get go. Plus given the fact one of my fibroids is currently larger than the size of the baby I look like I'm having twins 🙈.
I've already said it on the other bus but incase you read this one first, all the positive vibes in the world getting channeled your way today. Hand holding all the way till you see your little jellybean wriggling about on that screen.

@Juno231 of course AF was going to act up, it's what she does best! I'd be tempted to just call the start of it spotting not CD1 if it wasn't full flow. But actually I'd just call it whatever works out best for your IVF dates! 😉

@paintfairy try not to stress out about the IVF mixups (tho hard with one plastered in the news just now). Of course you're going to hear about the mistakes as that's big news but also very rare in the grand scheme of just how many transfers are done every day. I'm sure all the good reputable clinics have robust measures in place to stop such mistakes happening.

@Franklydear how thoughtful of him. And he did well resisting eating it I dont know if I could have waited that long before caving and denying all knowledge of its existence 😂

I told the pupils in my class yesterday that I'm pregnant. It was my boss' suggestion as I have a chair thrower and we thought if he knew he may be less inclined to throw chairs. The little doubting part of my head was terrified to tell them incase I still lose it, telling staff was one thing but the actual kids makes it officially real 🙈 Gave my head a wobble tho and let them know, then nearly cried with how sweet they were. Any time one of them started shouting or swearing the rest would say shhh the little baby can hear you! 🥰 One of my boys said well it takes 9 months for a human baby to be born so yours will be born in.... and before he started counting I said well only add on 6months as this one is 3months already. He then said "Wait! Do you mean to tell me you've known since August and you haven't told us!? Why didn't you tell us all this time?" He was genuinely hurt and raging I'd kept it a secret. I just said I was waiting till it got a bit bigger so I could have a scan and show them the picture that seemed to pacify him. Was genuinely touched with their reactions tho, it was so sweet. Didn't stop the chair throwing, but you can't have it all 😂

@paintfairy rinsed out by ivf man! Love that, and I'm afraid progesterone is a right bitch, I swear the synthetic is much worse than our actual progesterone so I hope the cramps ease a bit. I need to catch up from last night so I'm keen to see what monstrous outfit Belinda has in store! Roll on next weds

@Juno231 they range between 11 - 15 but cognitively some are way younger so think raging teenage hormones but without the filter and ability to handle them. They're a lovely bunch tho it becomes like your extended family so I'm glad the news went down well with them even if it did mean randomly throughout the day different choices for baby names were getting shouted at me and I feel this may continue for the whole pregnancy 😂

Morning everyone, sorry I've been quiet (again) SIL (the pregnant one) was hospitalised and long story short it was touch and go for a while but new nibling arrived safe and sound and she should be coming off the vent in ICU anytime now. So it's all been a bit stressful!
