It costs an embarrassing story for your ticket, doesn’t have to be TTC related as we know laughing when TTC is needed.

@Minster2012 I'm starting to think you need a cat as well! We can't be arsed with bonfire night this year but definitely think we'd do stuff like that if we had a kid as I think I'm gonna be aallll over traditions

@Juno231 my cat wouldn't be a good idea then, as she brings home birds and mice, all alive. Sometimes snails, they're easier to catch at least ;) and sometimes when she thinks we're too stupid to hunt anything she brings small apples.

@Juno231 ah yes in theory a great idea except DH hates cats with a passion. And my old cats I used to have with parents were kinda like @Bundaberg84 s where one would bring us all kind of dead "presents" and the other one used to bring us "leaves" and look really proud of itself 😂😂😂

I'm currently 8dpo 😞

Had a letter come through in regards to my blood test and ultrasound. It says nothing serious has been detected but I have 2 fibroids, one is 6cm and the other 3cm. They also confirmed pcos in my ultrasound and bloods. (Which I already knew I had)

They have referred me to the fertility team at my local hospital for an appointment for more advice , unless I fell pregnant before then (which I doubt) 🙄

Has anyone had anything kind of appointment before? Xx

@MrsBiddy I've not, but it sounds like they're pretty on it by referring you, which is good

@Minster2012 they say male cats tend to bring you dead 'presents' to show off, and female live ones because they think they need to teach you how to hunt and are immensely proud of you when you do so.

@MrsBiddy I've had an appointment like that, in Ireland though but presumably they're much the same.

She took my medical history, went through my bloods, ordered more bloods and a hycosy and then I had a followup with a nurse practitioner who started me on letrozole and follicle tracking.

Was grand.

Well, ladies, dh is learning about opks and the clear blue app for it, mind blown, also pushing for dtd even in super tired weekdays, more often than feels natural,... somehow this doesn’t feel like a last chance

@Somatronic I was referred to a private hospital via nhs and they did all the tests. Now then are forwarding me on to a nhs hospital lol so confusing 🤪

Ah I see, was it quite quick the referral?
I'm overweight so no doubt I will be told to lose weight 🙄 find losing weight so bloody hard 😞

@Bundaberg84 well both our cats were both female, I think one was just shit 😂😂but the shit one was my little shadow & used to wait for me to come home from college sitting on the driveway & follow me round the house 🥰

@becarefuloutthere to be fair I'm not squeamish but I knew about the mouse at 11am and I left it for DH to move when him & DS got back at 6pm which he wasn't pleased about 😂😂he's scared of birds though so he can't say anything (despite shooting game)

Nothing to report here.

What i have been thinking about though is how many people must go through ivf. At the clinic DH heard them say they've got 9 people in for EC that day. Dunno how average that is. But they do it 6 days a week. So that's 54 a week. For one clinic......

@MrsBiddy that's awesome :D mine also brought home a chicken wing, freshly marinated and ready for BBQ I think, some neighbour must think he's crazy "I know I put it right there". Also Bacon, big slizes of bacon, no idea where she finds them. Must have gone to the shops me thinks.
