@InkyPaper our scan/SA was at like 4pm one day and our consultation was the following morning at 10.30. Which seemed very impressive. I must say though that I've never heard from him since. He's not who did my egg collection, so you seem to get passed to anyone. I did get told he was superfast though and it was thinking- that might not be a good thing? 🤷‍♀️ I think though you'll not catch before Xmas now so they probably aren't rushing and will start you January.
@Minster2012 ah yes! Patrick and Belinda. God. I said that about her outfits, where do you even buy such things? Some of them look like what my mum knitted for my dolls as a kid. 🤣
And yeah. Basically the stats are so dire we shouldn't expect it to work. It's maybe his way of not getting hung up on it. But.... 🙄

@Minster2012 it went alright actually, OH said I hid them in rubbish places Haha but dd loved it! Great idea and ment I had control of what sweets she got etc so was happy :) and then literally from the 1st Nov she's been begging for the Christmas tree to be put up! I absolutely crack up when she whispers in my ear 'mum, let's just do it when dad's at work, it'll be so good' 🤭🤣 potentially putting it up next weekend for her lol. How was your Halloween? Did ds have fun? And don't listen to the MIL! Eat what you want!! Xx

@Kirky658 don't be so hard on yourself, reflux is awful!! Nobody around you gets how draining it is both you and baby! It feels like your battling Mike Tyson! But stick with it! And remember you have us, and your health visitor to help push for more support if you need it xx

@Minster2012 we didn't get any trick or treaters knock either, so don't think many done it round our way, we are isolating til the 8th and then the hospital have moved my growth scan to the 9th instead of yesterday, so not all bad. I'm still doing alright though thankyou! I actually don't feel like I have it because I genuinely feel much better now, midwife called to check in on me yesterday too.
Ahhh they dont get it do they bless them! OH asked dd what she wants and she said 'mums already got what i want dad' 🤣🤣 they're so funny aren't they 🤣 xx

@Minster2012 that knitted outfit she wore was very bizarre. Even her hair is never adult like. She never looks sexy at all. I mean, I don't, but I don't wear things to make it 1000 times worse! 🤣

@paintfairy haha she even tried to bribe him last week by offering him £2 if he let her put the Christmas tree up and only giving him £1 🤣🤣 she's got them well sussed out lol xx

Hope you have a good holiday @bez91 despite the early morning wake up calls from DD, think kids just don't want to miss a second of their holiday so make sure everyone is up bright and early!

@Minster2012 yea got both jags done at the same time, it totally floored me. Felt better yesterday but woke up this morn totally choked with the cold (probably unrelated to the jags) so have had to phone in sick at work so I can get a PCR test as I was coughing all night. 99.9% sure it's just a bad cold but need to go test anyways.

Aww @franklydear, he's just shining at the moment. You must be feeling so sad that he's needing you less and less but at the same time so unbelievably proud of how grown up and independent he's becoming.

@paintfairy I know it wasn't the numbers you were hoping for but we're all routing for those 5. One of those 5 will hopefully be the one you need to finally get your bfp. Hand holding all the way.

Eek to the mouse @minster2012, however better in the trap than running about nibbling things in your house. I remember being very pissed off at a mouse that not only nibbled thru the bottom of a packet of biscuits I was looking forward to having but had also nibbled thru the Cork on a few bottles of wine!

I've went from being terrified about Sat to actually really excited now, think the fact I'm feeling my work trousers rather snug already is giving me a bit of reassurance. Have only actually put on 1lb so it's all jsut a shift in shape but I'm taking that to be a good sign. However finding maternity wear to be a bit thin on the ground these days. I prefer over to under bump trousers and finding it really hard to find some online that are smart enough for work. 🤔

FINALLY got through to my gp this morning after calling 56 times!!! They said they'll before 11:30 today which is better for me so hopefully I won't get a cock of a doctor and they can actually help!!

@DKDK123 ive just ran off to check our cupboard under the stairs where we keep our wine, the corks are intact however there are droppings. So then ladies do you do fireworks /bonfire night?? Even before DS we used to go to them & I love it! My local village usually do one but they are welching this year which is really hypocritical as they've just had Alan Johnson to speak about his book & had 100 ppl in the village hall. But we've found another one on Friday then one on Saturday too (when DH out all day & night shooting) so double celebrations 🙌🏻

Well, what a shit show that was, doctor rang me and it was one I was really hoping not to get because he's a dick, first he had a dig at me for missing my appointment, then once I told him what I was ringing for he goes "I've been working side by side with the fertility clinic for years, and you have to be trying for two years before I can make a referral", so obviously I lost my shit, told him I'd spoken to two other doctors at the surgery who told me to ring when we have OH's results and they'll do our referral, told him I know full well it's a year, he started getting patronising, told me "well I'll do the referral but it might get rejected, all your results seem fine and your partners" and I interrupted him and went "my partners could be terrible but you wouldn't know because you dismissed me at first instance and didn't even ask", told me I'll be waiting a while for my appointment then put the phone down, I felt so angry I cried and went to ring OH, doctor rang me back "hi, I'm sorry it's my mistake, you're right you can get a referral after 1 year, please could you read out to me your partners results so I can put these in the referral, I'm doing it now as we speak", asked if my periods are regular, if me and OH have ever had any sti's, if I think I've had PID, told me they'll do tests to check my tubes etc, then finished with "I hope you conceive before needing any help, but I'll get this referral sent off for you and you'll get your letter to book your appointment soon, just try to relax and hopefully it'll happen", I just put the phone down!!!

Hey ladies, just a quick one from me to share the news. We had our 12 week scan this morning and to our surprise (but no one else's! After such severe sickness) we are expecting TWINS!! ❤️❤️

I think the shock has worn off slightly... lol I've been pushed forward to 13 weeks too. Hopefully I will be about more as the sickness eases a little.
