@paintfairy yeah I'm on medication. I guess the dose is too low. I have autoimmune underactive and overactive thyroid disease so it's complicated but at the moment it's underactive.

@Somatronic how bloody frustrating after being under control all that time 😫 hopefully they can get the med dose reviewed quickly!

@paintfairy ahhh we had sooo many we ended up taking in the decs after a certain point because the dog was going insane 😂 and we were running low of sweets that we wanted some of 🙄

@Minster2012 biffy clyro was fab last night! I didn’t recognise some of the new stuff off his new album but all in all was really good live! Didn’t managed to get any piss chucked over me which is a bonus or caught in a mosh pit, happy days! I’m now 11 DPO no symptoms what so ever, other than my BBT is starting to drop so the witch may be on her way.. the awkward of it is I’m due on Friday which our belated Receiption and when I got married last year I came on my period then.. talk about shit for luck for timings 🤣
@Vil10 I had two bottles with no regrets, things like that just touch abit of a nerve! 👀🤣 my SIL was saying at the weekend how she needs to go back on birth control as she’s so fertile and the thought of catching on again so quick frightens her.. Love a good wedding mainly so I can people watch and admire peoples attire 🥰 the last one I went to the father of the groom changed out of his suit to a Leeds shirt and jeans after the photos… 👀 it’s my belated wedding Receiption this Friday so I’m hoping I can feel abit more weddingy vibes since we got married in the middle of a pandemic last year with 15 people and our pooch :’)

@Inkypaper 100 trick or treaters wow! We didn’t get one :( so me and DH just ate the sweets before we headed out to the concert last night 🤣🙈 I’ve litterally been in the same situation this weekend, my SIL knows we are going down the routes of IVF and was complaining she better get back on the pill as she’s so fertile and doesn’t want to get pregnant again too quickly 👀 sending hugs hun hopefully your IVF can start sooner than later xxx
@Somatronic I can only imagine your frustration on the situation with your thyroid, I hope the endocrinologist can sort it out once and for all to try stabilise it and get your medication reviewed for it quickly to help sort it out xxx

MIL on de again commented on me needing to watch my weight whilst pregnant last night. As we then ordered Chinese. Oooopppps

I'm alive! Well, it wasn't that bad really. I was nervous but everyone was lovely. I felt like I was awake the whole time in the theatre but I'm not really sure I could have been? I only felt him do like 2 things. They also injected painkiller into my bum (apparently) which I have no knowledge of. So when he said he'd done i was like- but you've only got 2 eggs or something? There was a bit of discomfort but much less than expected, so I'm happy with that! I wouldn't be worried about having to do it again.
They got 12 eggs. The embryologist called me as we were driving home to explain next steps. Basically they expect 80% to be mature and 70% to fertilise. So suddenly there's not many left if that happens, as we all know they don't all develop properly either. But they'll call me tomorrow before 12 to tell me how many fertilised. Let's hope some do!

@paintfairy 12 is bloody brilliant!! I found the phone calls the most nerve wracking 😬I was the same as you thought I was basically awake but apparently I was out of it talking a LOAD of shit 😂
That's so good though! Starting with more than the 10 you expected is a bonus!

@Somatronic so sorry to hear about your thyroid, must be mega frustrating! have they given any indication of what you do from here?

@Minster2012 hope you're recovering from your booster, great shout with some chocolate! is this any different/worse to your second jab?

@lucyrp and @Vil10 definitely get your pap smear! Where I'm from, they offer it to you from 18, or when you're first "sexually active" (cringe) whatever comes first. Mind you, I moved away ages ago, so it might be different now!

nothing new over here, we didn't get a single trick or treater, although we live in a block of flats so wasn't really expecting any. I have my next scan booked in for Monday (I'll be 10+1). I have a friend's hen do coming up this weekend that I helped plan. I ended up having to tell her that I'm pregnant, would have been pretty obvious if I wasn't drinking at all over the weekend. I feel like my nausea comes and goes in waves now, some days I feel dreadful and other days I feel completely fine. This of course makes me v anxious as I'm panicked as to why I'm no longer nauseous. It's all a bit of a rollercoaster, isn't it!!

@Minster2012 I'm hoping I didn't talk shit. 🤣
@whatwonder agree, you can't really hide not drinking on a hen do. 🤪 Hopefully you'll still have a good time though.

@whatwonder yeah I'm pleased, I do still have some movement but look so much less haggard! Pregnancy is as much a rollercoaster as TTC - just a different one!

@larrythelizard I'm glad the botox went well. I'm dying to try it but my husband would go mad.

@whatwonder I haven't heard from them yet, other than I have an appointment on the 18th. In the meantime I'd imagine she'll up my dose. I've had significant problems with my thyroid since 2014 so I'm wondering when will they decide that enough is enough and remove it, especially when it's interfering with TTC and it hasn't come right after a year on meds. I was told if it ever went hyper again they'd remove it because I really suffered a lot with it so I'm going to ask if she can do that for me. I'd rather just take meds for life than have this constant rollercoaster.

@justanothercyster it was quite hard work with Alice, she is struggling with her reflux again but sleeping well at night so ill take that. My moods were vile, felt so down constantly and kept snapping at everyone. But nice to have been away all the same x
