2WW anyone? Af due Friday

I am new to mums net. I am currently in my tww and losing hope again for this month. My af is due Friday the 24th. I have no symptoms really! Slight bruised feeling in sides of my boobs, and yesterday and sharp stabbing pains in my pelvic area. That's about it really. Just feel like af will show again and it's not happened again. Hello ladies, all was ok with baby. Measuring nearly 10 weeks which is right and heartbeat flickering away. I had a blood clot that has bled and they could see another behind the sac. Been told if I have any heavy bleeding with clots then to call them again. I am absolutely astonished at the moment and cannot believe my baby was there words cannot describe how I am feeling right now!!

We were both in complete shock @Cruz86 o went in there thinking it has gone but as soon as she started to scan me she was taking measurements and I knew something was there. I still have a blood clot sitting at the back of the sac at the moment and they don't know if that will bleed or dry back but they could see the blood clot where I am currently bleeding from xx

Thank you ladies means a lot from you girls it really does! I will forever keep you posted throughout as well. Baby was measuring 10 weeks nearly which is right and he/she looked like a baby as well now. Could see head back and bum 🥰 still have bleeding but only when I wipe which she said is normal so hoping it stops soon and then it's the not knowing really what will happen with this other blood clot that they could see.

@Mama500 I've had the booster. Im a nurse so felt pressured to have the third one to be honest but glad I've done it and it's out of the way. I've heard mixed things about cycles being delayed etc but I've not had any issue after having this month AF on time. I think better to have then wait till your pregnant the risks are higher for pregnant women who get covid so best to protect yourself. But it's totally your choice 😘

Hya ladies I had two vaccines and one was in may and the other august and suffered the second chemical pregnancy in September. I never had issues with af being late but did have this the month after the vaccine with the miscarriage. My midwife advised me not to get the booster until after I am 12 weeks as well. X

Oh honestly, that's such great news @rita83 🥰🥰 at least you know where the bleeding is coming from now as well!

Af arrived for me this morning which did make me teary, but at least my body is starting to get back to normal now x

Yeah still worried @Cruz86 why I have blood clots though sitting inside!! Never had this before either. Your body is defo getting back to normal isn't it, are you going to try again straight away ?

My period was in full swing from the 30th December and I'm still spotting now. Feels like the longest period ever even though it's not 🤦🏼‍♀️ I started temping this cycle but my chart so far looks questionable 😂 How are you getting on with your AVA @FlyOnTheWall89?

@Cruz86 hopefully coming to the end they does feel long but everything in January does!

@Cruz86 hi! Urgh that is quite a long one! I am enjoying the AVA. It is super simple and I prefer not having to remember to temp and then the beep really early and worrying if I've got up for a wee or something that it is inaccurate anyway. The data is really interesting but hard to say if it's useful until I've had it for a bit longer. I'm now in the TWW again - I think.... I used cheapies and got a peak/high on Tuesday early evening. I've really felt ovulation this month. I'm tempted to put off going for my progesterone bloods now - I'm sure I am ovulating and everything was so normal on my other blood-work (I am not great with needles and usually nearly pass out - v mortifying but can't help it). I feel all the female tests are either invasive or painful and men just have to jiz in a cup.... maybe my wonderful OH should step up and get his swimmers checked first 😂.

How are you feeling about AF? Any more thoughts on continuing to try?

That is so true, although I'm on day 12 of spotting/bleeding as I spotted for 4 days before af too 😩

TWW already @FlyOnTheWall89?! Wow! That's come round quickly. What cycle day was it for you on Tuesday then? Do your temps match up with the opks? And I take it you managed to dtd enough around ovulation? How exciting!!

I found it really really difficult at first, knowing that it shouldn't be happening 😞 But I'm just really keen to get started with TTC again now. I've decided not to use opks this month and just temp, but from next month I'll be back on it properly xx

@Cruz86 ye it really has actually - hoping the TWW goes equally quickly.

I don't really know what it is supposed to look like apart from the basics - do you? I had a 0.6 temp jump between 3rd-5th Jan....Now I have a virus (not covid, something else) so last nights data probs isn't accurate. My EWCM has stopped this afternoon so I think I've already ovulated. We didn't stick to any schedule sex wise... we just went with what we felt like - but should be plenty! At this point I'm sure one way or another we have tried more / less / every other day etc. I've read so much conflicting research in this recently.

Oh exciting that you're feeling okay to start trying again - let me know if you have any temping insights! Hope AF grinds to a halt asap!

I’m not sure what the bloods are it’s through GP!

I've heard good things about the Ava it's a pain remembering to take your temp every morning isn't it!
I am just about to ovulate I think, I've got bloods booked in for February if nothing happens this cycle. Been feeling really flat about it all, trying not to obsess too much this month!
I bought the ferti Lily which has amazing reviews so we'll see what happens,

@Mama500 okay if it's initial bloods it will be lots of things but it can also be dependent on the day in your cycle. My results were like 3 pages long. Progesterone has to be tested for between 6 and 8 days before your period begins hence I'm going for a separate blood test next week (if I end up going). That ones tell you if you're releasing an egg.

@Ladylou17 hi! How long have you been trying? You're sort of synced with me then I think. I'm maybe 1/2 DPO I think. Ye temping doesn't work for our current schedule but the Ava also measure heart rate and various other things so it give you lots of graph points. I feel very flat too at times - especially when so much of this is luck ... a roll of the dice each month: pregnant, not pregnant. Try to stay positive - harder said than done, I know!

I’m spotting 7 days before my period again!! (Tinged brown discharge) this really cant be normal

@FlyOnTheWall89 it’s just very minor tinge just seems odd. I have a bit of cramping too. Hopefully it’s IB but I do have this sometimes!
