2WW anyone? Af due Friday

I am new to mums net. I am currently in my tww and losing hope again for this month. My af is due Friday the 24th. I have no symptoms really! Slight bruised feeling in sides of my boobs, and yesterday and sharp stabbing pains in my pelvic area. That's about it really. Just feel like af will show again and it's not happened again. Cruz I had this crying last month. I had a dream and when I woke up I started crying. It's a hormone I think that casuals bad dreams in the second part of the cycle. I've had period type pain since yesterday afternoon. I have it atm but it's more like a dull ache right low down!! Af due Friday and I'm pretty sure it will show!!

The tww is the most horrible thing ever. Thing is the progesterone hormone causes every symptom. Sore boobs mood swings pains in uterus etc so it's so hard to tell the two apart. I really try to ignore any symptoms now I get in the 2ww!! It's hard though I know. Not only that I have had a period with all three of my girls as well and when I had my chemical in January I had a period that lasted three days and tested the Monday and it was positive and af came the previous Thursday x

It's so hard isn't it @rita83!! When I woke up this morning I just thought what the heck was that about! I normally get sore boobs before AF but I haven't this month, you just never know do you!! Are you waiting til Friday to test?

Sooo I'm totally a nightmare and extremely impatient and I caved and tested. I think I'm about 9/10 dpo.

I think, think I see a little line. But I'm not taking it as 100% until I do my clear blue on Thursday which will tell me in writing

I've had period like pains (dull ache) in my lower tummy the past two days which is why I caved haha

@Cruz86 not always but a few cycles I’ve spotted before AF so I’m just not feeling very positive. Just trying to stop thinking about it until the weekend now xx

OMG @Cruz86 I had the same thing happen to me last night!! Woke up sobbing about a really bad and very realistic dream, can't remember what it is now, just remember I was crying and it took me a good few seconds to calm down and fall asleep again.

I got another BFN today, I think I must be 12/11 DPO...didn't use OPK this cycle so who knows. I felt so optimistic throughout the whole month up until yesterday, but now rather deflated getting yet another BFN. I think I'll just wait for AF now. I was so sure something was up this month!!

@MrsM29 there's definitely a line there!!! How exciting! Hope you get it all in writing with your digital, but congratulations!!!

Wow MrsM29 that is amazing!!!! When u said I had like period type pain was it in ur lower belly. I've had this today and yesterday I am 11spo today x

Omg how weird is that @Danani!! Maybe it is a sign....I've also developed a red itchy rash on my face after using my normal skincare - is this a sign?! I also got a bfn yesterday but I can't help but feel like something is different. Gonna get some cheap tests from Amazon to cure my poas addiction!

My FRERs hate me, and I hate them too.
I don't really know how the whole cervix checking works, but I feel like mine is quite low....which apparently means AF so had a good ol' cry in the shower. Ha. Such a mind f*ck this TTC...

It really is isn't it danni I know what you mean. I don't bother checking mine 😂 I've got aching low down at the moment so don't know what it is. No pain just aching

Oh I've read so many things about cervix position and how it's not a reliable source of info on its own. Hope you're okay though @Danani. There's still time!!

Yeah don't think the cervix is a good indicator. U need to do another test today and see what that one says cos the frer are the most reliable ones for picking it up 6 days before af. Yeah the aching is weird. Sort of feels like period pain but it's not hurting though. Keep getting stabbing pains in my hip bones as well x

Hi all, jumping in this thread if you don’t mind. Due AF today/tomorrow but CD30/31 (ovulated around CD17/18 - it will be our 5th cycle of trying. I never expected TTC to be so disheartening and difficult to process. I just naively thought it would happen so quickly, probably not helped by 3 friends with v erratic periods getting pregnant in their first month.

I took a CB test last night after feeling so bloated and having unusual sharp pains in lower abdomen yesterday but in my panic (because I don’t usually test, I just wait and see) I pee-ed on the CB window. Don’t know if this makes it not work but it was negative….. I felt so sure I was pregnant this time for some reason so feeling pretty crap today.

Have many other has a BFN before a BFP?

Hi @FlyOnTheWall89! It's so difficult to hear about other people's experiences, especially when they fall so quickly! No one prepares you for actually how hard it is to conceive - you're always told at a young age that you pregnancy can happen at any point etc etc.

How on time is AF usually? Have you tried any other brands? I found CB to be one of the last ones to give me a positive with my son.

This is totally the Cruz I fell with my girls easily and last year tried for a boy and lost it early on 😞 it's so deceiving the whole process. Everything has to be exactly right as well. The egg the body at the time the sperm etc it's ok isn't it cos we think oh I am gonna ovulate this day and we try our hardest to catch that day and still fail and then say to ourselves or I do, I say to myself what have we done wrong what are we doing that's wrong!
