2WW anyone? Af due Friday

Hya all

I am new to mums net. I am currently in my tww and losing hope again for this month. My af is due Friday the 24th. I have no symptoms really! Slight bruised feeling in sides of my boobs, and yesterday and sharp stabbing pains in my pelvic area. That's about it really. Just feel like af will show again and it's not happened again. I’m so glad I tried the ovulation tests as I was using an period tracker app to estimate it which predicted the 17th as my ovulation day. I would have been really late!

@MrsLeclerc Yeah I do think they really help to just pinpoint when ovulation happens! Apps only base it on theory and it doesn't actually mean it's necessarily very accurate for you. Really hope this is your month!!

Sorry for radio silence - Covid has knocked me out somewhat but I’ve still had to do quite a bit of work etc. @Mama500 we are on our 7th cycle of trying and we are early 30s. I am going to have some bloods done in a few weeks once I’m Covid negative just to check if there is anything obvious on my side that isn’t functioning. My partner feels it’s too early for speed analysis etc. I am taking all the right supplements, I’m active and healthy and ye, a bit fed up of AF arriving. We wanted to be so chill about it but once it’s in your mind, it’s hard to just be chill!!! I’m currently around a week into the 2WW. Following another thread and there has been lots of new BFP - really want that to be me at some point . Xx

Hello @FlyOnTheWall89 I am ok. No usual signs though for me really. Boobs stopped hurting yesterday so that tells me progesterone levels are falling. I did have a really sharp pain twinge low down in bed this morning on the left hand side. Other than that I am ok really. Af will probably arrive Friday. My daughter has covid as well but she is ok and no symptoms really. I don't even know how many dpo I am at all either. I just don't feel any different but I haven't had af pains this time like I did last month which is odd so might be a good thing I don't know. So u have any symptoms at all xx

Hi @rita83 keeping everything crossed for you! When will you test / AF is due?

@Mama500 that is super early to test. It’s really just so so so unlikely to show anything. It is just guaranteed disappointment. Try to wait, it really is much easier once you kick the testing habit (and cheaper)!! I’m around 7DPO so not far behind you!

@FlyOnTheWall89 af due Friday so I won't bother testing never will I don't think. I will just wait every month for af to show and then if it doesn't then I will test. I have had af pains yesterday and this morning so she will probably show Friday. Not successful this month either 😞

@rita83 with my first I was 100% sure AF was coming even had a pad on for a few days !

@Mama500 the af pins started yesterday, due after Friday af Friday. Had pains last month before af and then she showed but I had the pains for 6 days last month and this time it would be less so I don't know x

Fingers crossed for you @rita83 in AF in 6 days for me and I’m sure I’m out again! It’s so depressing x

@Mama500 I know tell me about it. I have been successful 2 times this year but they ended in chemical. I just think something isn't right. Either that or it's waiting for a Xmas surprise maybe. Do you have any symptoms x

Hello ladies how are we today? Well I still have af aching but it keeps coming and going so I don't know what to make of it really as the pains aching isn't as bad as what I had last month. Af due tomo!! The odd thing is my boobs are still bruised feeling at the sides as well and normally they stop hurting near af for me. I am not testing as have no tests in the house either. Feeling ok apart from this and I am sure she will arrive. Had white cm last night as well. X

@rita83 hi! Sounds good to me but equally you have mentioned the boob hurting is very normal pre-AF!

I’m around 9DPO now and it is honestly feeling like forever and a day. No symptoms at all. No tucking or pulling or boob pain or anything. I don’t think I’m pregnant and it’s making me more sad with every month that passes. Urghhhh not fair.

I feel the same @FlyOnTheWall89 really starting to get me down now I feel like it’s never going to happen

Not great actually @Mama500! I had an early scan on Monday when I should have been 7 weeks but the scan showed baby measured 5w4d and had no heartbeat. So I've got an agonising wait until next Thursday to find out if baby has grown and is okay 😞 We are very lucky and fell on our second cycle.
