It’s been twelve million years & Minster & the good time crew are still here…it’s almost September and we basically missed out August for BFPs so we are owed.

Lots of people have got new jobs, had time off, gone on holiday, moved house, but what we haven’t had is the BFP to go with it- what’s with that??

So we’re owed a bumper bus ride right? That’s how it goes surely? If you are looking for a community of lovely ladies who know how frustrating it is when your doctor tells you “all women ovulate on day 14” errrr nope, we know a bus load of women who don’t thanks very much 🙋🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️😆🤔then here’s the bus for you. Oh and we don’t just talk TTC, we’ll chat about anything. In fact that’s positively encouraged cos TTC can be bloody boring sometimes!

Sorry meant too early not easy!

I have an AF after MC update and wondering whether there's cause for concern, but tbh from reading this thread I can see there is no normal really. AF started very slow and lasted 7 days, usually mine are 4 days. Then 2 days later it started again but not a lot of bleeding, so now after a short pause I've had light bleeding for 3 days now. So is this a very long AF?? Not sure what to make of it.

@Minster2012 glad news was reasonably received by your parents. We have a difficult relationship with MIL, she'll be the last to know if we get that far

Urgggh sorry @larrythelizard completely unexpected too. Temping is good for that but a pain in the arse

I wouldn't worry too much @Vil10 that's enough if ov was today or yesterday. You've had loads on, take care of yourselves and don't beat yourselves up x

I wish @Haiyaa, new job started this week so now I'm on the count down! Want to start tracking though so I know what's what when we ditch the condoms again!

@Vil10 I know what you mean about energy for these things running out. Given the month you've had I don't think it's a surprise you're short on energy!

I think AF after MC is quite often wonky @hellointhere - mine was very very heavy and very painful (whilst TTCing no 1), I know some of the ladies recently have had just spotting.

@midnight90 tell me about it! I’m at the start of the TWW now, and it seems like an age! Making promises to myself not to symptom spot but we’ll see how I get on. It really does your head in, doesn’t it! I’d love to be one of these chill people who’s not bothered by anything but not sure how realistic that is. I’ve come down with a cold and I’m now too worried to take night nurse etc for just in case, so essentially being a martyr and for what lol.

@Vil10 I agree, be kind to yourself. It’s been a pretty traumatic month for you and your OH so pretty understandable that your energy is low! I’m also getting my progesterone levels checked on Monday. It’ll be CD23 for me, so bit later than the CD21 they recommend but they actually said to me “well from what you’ve said, it looks like you ovulate a bit later so CD23 should be better for you anyways” 🤯

@whatwonder yep got the same issue, every little thing I think is a symptom I get excited then reality kicks in. I need to relax but there's only so much that can distract haha

@whatwonder why can't my doctor be like yours!! Mines CD21 but I'll only be like 5/6dpo which I think is too early which will probably mean a repeat again in October, it's becoming boring😂

Purely selfish post (will have a proper read later if I can!) as I wolf down a sandwich in 1 min flat but I'm back at work for the last 2 days and already feel like shooting myself. A colleague had a panic attack already. Fml. I miss working from home already!

Felt like garbage all day - called in sick because I can only manage about 5 mins of screen time before head explodes. AF literally just started. V unusual for it to start in afternoon, hope not in for monster AF nonsense. Will try and catch up when I can focus again

Still uncertain, sonographer couldn't see much but a yolk sac so she dated me at 4+6 (I make today 5 exactly by ovulation) so not wayyy out. Back in 10 days for scan number 2. Had bloods today then back Friday for repeat bloods. So nothing to tell just could be better, could be worse 😊

@bez91 That's positive news and hopefully there will be even more positive news in 10 days!
Think I am 5+4 today so close, I've filled out the online stuff this afternoon- that felt weird as was nothing like this 14/15 and 11/12 years ago!!

I genuinely feel like a first time mum again!!

@Justanothercyster great news! So she had a panic attack because our job is really stressful and she suffers a bit with anxiety. I think everyone being fully back to normal at work (all wearing masks though obviously) and a huge jump in workload this week was too much. I'm already exhausted and today was only my first full day back. Would love to get pregnant just for the 6 months at home!

I cancelled my knee mri today annoyingly. Well they cancelled it, said they don't scan pregnant ladies & it will be after the birth 🤣🤔they are positive!

Hi ladies, do you mind if I hop on your bus? I've been following for ages but just too scared to get involved 😬 I didn't want to be one of those annoying people who come on and then immediately get pregnant so thought I'd wait for CD1, but that's proving very illusive..

I loved reading all your intros so a bit about me: been ttc for 1 year at the end of September (what a great milestone 🙄) I have the wonkiest cycles, and think I've ovulated 6 times this year. Luckily (I think?!) I've got pregnant twice but lost them both; one at 4.5 weeks and one at 6 weeks. Devastated by them both and just feeling really deflated and pissed off by the whole thing.

DH & I are in the process of relocating to the south coast but that means six weeks living apart which is making DTD very interesting/impossible during the week.

I am currently on CD40 something I think and still haven't ovulated so who fricking knows what is going on with my body.

Sorry for the massive essay! I am also currently self isolating with a horrible cough and waiting for the result of my PCR which is making me even more twitchy. Eurgh.

I will get thinking on my embarrassing story! They all mainly involve me being drunk and stupid/naked so not that original (but I'll try and think of something better!)
