I have been trying to conceive my first child for the last two years.
I've suffered two miscarriages both at the 5/6 week mark. The first was Christmas day 2019 and the second was in July this year.
I've just finished ovulating, must be no more than 2dpo.
I know this is madness but I swear i'm pregnant. I just know.

@Amy123456789

Even though I felt sure I was pregnant around 2dpo, it came as a shock when the clear blue flashed "Pregnant 1-2" today. Thanks so much to all of you for getting me through my two week wait. You will never know what it has meant to me. Please God, this pregnancy develops as it should so that one day I can show my baby this thread and prove I knew my angel was coming before it was possible to know and also to show that the world is full of caring, positive people. Good luck to you all and keep the faith! xxx

@Mseddy

This thread had me welling up!! I honestly think there is something in it all. We have had 3 rounds of ivf. My nan was aware of them all 3 times. Only on the 3rd round did she start asking my mum if I was feeling sick etc. My mum knew I had had a positive test that morning at the equivalent of 11dpo but hadn't told a soul. She told my nan that we wouldn't know if I was pregnant for at least another week so I wouldn't be feeling sick yet. My nan very calmly told her that yes I was pregnant, this embryo was the one and I would have a little girl born in August! She was right on that embryo being the one, right on her being a little girl and she's got 48 hours to make her appearance to prove my nan right on the last one! (I'm 39 weeks so it could happen!) I also had a miscarriage with my second embryo and my mum had told my nan it had failed. I was annoyed at my mum minimising it so I rang my nan to tell her that we had actually got pregnant but lost the baby early on. Before I could even tell her she told me she knew why I had rang her and started telling me about a miscarriage she had had. So I belive in all of this!! There are too many little things reading all these lovely stories for there not to be something in it. I've got everything crossed for you op!!!!
@Mseddy was your nan right? Did your DD arrive in August?!
nzeire · 01/09/2021 11:44

A sad update...I started bleeding today (at the 5/6 week mark again).
Shame I won't be able to show my baby this thread after all.
Thanks for all the support though xxxx

@Amy123456789

So sorry you are going through this but don't lose hope. I've had two fairly dramatic bleeds and my baby is still hanging on in there.

I hope you are okay.

X

Sorry to hear this Amy, as pp mentioned my friend had it throughout her first trimester.
I hope this is the case for you x

Charl881 · 07/09/2021 18:54

@Amy123456789 oh Amy I’m so sorry to hear this! I hope your baby clings on, and if not that you get your rainbow baby soon ❤️

Constellationstation · 07/09/2021 19:00

So sorry to hear this, I hope you’re ok x

CShandy01 · 07/09/2021 19:13

@Amy123456789 don't count yourself out yet chick! My friend bled for the first 4 months of her pregnancy, and she delivered a healthy baby boy. It just may mean that you need to take it easy for the first few months 🙂 hope it all goes well for you xx

Amy123456789 · 07/09/2021 19:37

I think its easier for my sanity to accept its gone at this stage. If I get a miracle that clings on, it will be a lovely surprise x
