I have been trying to conceive my first child for the last two years.
I've suffered two miscarriages both at the 5/6 week mark. The first was Christmas day 2019 and the second was in July this year.
I've just finished ovulating, must be no more than 2dpo.
I know this is madness but I swear i'm pregnant. I just know.

I tell you what - I'm not the least bit 'woo', but I took tests knowing I wasn't pg. Just no feeling. Then, one day, I was going into Bristol to see a film (I think it was the 'Superman' with Brandon Routh and Kate Bosworth) and I nipped into Boots because I just - felt it. Just felt it. Had it in my bag and nipped to the loo (didn't miss much) and I swear the second line started to appear even before I'd finished my stream. Maybe it just felt like it.

But anyway. Excellent news.

And @ReggaetonLente - how did you know? I knew because a few hours after having sexy time, I suddenly felt really odd. It only lasted five minutes but I felt sick, dizzy and shaky out of nowhere.

When I worked out my dates of conception, those weird five minutes made sense, despite the whole thing having no basis in scientific fact.

I've literally just sat here and read the whole thread, and have been completely amazed and awestruck at everyones stories. It's me feel hopeful again in my TTC journey and like I will just know if/when it happens!

Ah this is amazing congratulations.

I believe people can know straight away! I knew for dd1 after dtd; just had this sudden random rush of hormones or something and cried for 5 minutes and felt dizzy. Then knew before the test. Knew after dtd with ds as well although didn’t have the crying, but was dh that told me I was and to do a test. ( still before due date of af).

With the chemical Mcs I knew crazy early like a week+ before af due but that was more physical symptoms than the “feeling” deep down. Almost like I knew it wouldn’t last.

All so interesting. I hope more people post stories!

Congratulations op! I know this isn't the same but I knew my baby was a girl from when I found out I was pregnant. I would refer to as her and would call her, her name in my head
