So ladies. You thought you got rid of me eh? Like the omnipresent flashing smiley face on the joker clear blue sticks you can’t get past I’m BACK! 🤡😄

The agency driver did the most amazing job I tried to offer a permanent job but apparently temping is much more lucrative & she’s got a gig elsewhere much better paid than driving you reprobates so you a stuck with me I’m afraid, like that rash you’ve been meaning to go to the doctors about or a guy with a cheesey dick you really need to have a conversation with but can’t bring yourself too 🤪hthank you so much @larrythelizard

We’ve reserved a bench seat each for our newest 2 sets of bus twins, but don’t worry there’s still room for more!

So get those cheese dicks 🧀🍆washed & prepped, park up the camper van, ditch the whey powder & join the team for the banging game!

The price of your bus pass is an embarrassing story please, doesn’t have to go be TTC related and nothing is TMI here so let’s hope the ride (bus not banging) doesn’t take long 🤞🏻🙌🏻

This is where dogs, dicks & chat go hand in hand as we navigate the stormy seas of TTC.

And if you see mention of my blog then blame these guys they made me do it...#shamelessplug

Thanks for the new bus @Minster2012! We actually haven't told our families yet, only my mum who is so excited I have to keep telling her to relax! Waiting until after 12 weeks to tell the rest of our family but we have told close friends who we see more often so support is there should anything happen.

@Crazydoglady123 I'm trying not to think about it too much yet 🙈 I always wanted a "natural" midwife led birth so I think I'm going to assume c section from this point on, almost prepping myself for the worst scenario. I've never even been inside a hospital let alone had surgery so the thought terrifies me! Whatever gets babies out safely I guess. Have you imagined a certain way? I never imagined two to be honest so everything's gone out the window 😂

blackcurrantqueen · 03/06/2021 19:11

Thank you for the new bus @Minster2012 and to our honorary driver last bus @larrythelizard

You're both super stars 💕

Crazydoglady123 · 03/06/2021 19:44

@Madeoftea I had a natural birth with my son and was adamant I didn't want an epidural and didn't. I've been really torn as a couple of friends who have had elective c sections (albeit only for one baby) who have a previous child said it was much easier being planned so childcare is sorted etc. But I think I am wanting to try a natural birth again as not driving for six weeks and looking after two babies and my son while healing I think I'll struggle with but I will go for an epidural this time with two 😂 obv that's if all goes well and no problems to make it have to be an elective c section nearer the time. That's so nice your mum is over the moon. I think mines still in shock! My OH's parents are massively excited. These will be their first grandchildren

Clairey844 · 03/06/2021 19:47

Just taking my seat, sorry I haven't caught up with the last thread. Chat soon, been away overnight twice in the last 4 days and so have unpacking, washing and all the fun stuff to do 🤦🏻‍♀️

Crazydoglady123 · 03/06/2021 19:48

@Kirky658 omg that looks so romantic 😍

@KiwiTTC1st sorry for the bfn

@Lexber 🤣🤣🤣

@Vil10 they're so gorgeous!

@Somatronic do you use preseed?

@2020mission I got married at 21...but divorced at 26 😂

bez91 · 03/06/2021 20:04

Catching up on the last 48 hours... 😅

Thanks and welcome back @Minster2012 loving the cheese dick reference and what a cracking job @larrythelizard has done 👏🏼

@notyetamumbuttrying 8 fertilised, wow that's a good rate. Keeping everything crossed for you!

@Vil10 been loving catching up on puppy pics, Albert is gorgeous. How many days of quarantine do you have left?

@Crazydoglady123 that thread 😆 seriously when I was pregnant with DD I had a major aversion to mahogany wood I don't know why but the sight of it made me feel physically sick. We went to view a house that has a mahogany stair case and loads of built in mahogany furniture. We ended up buying and it's our home now but I had to get DD to rip it all out because it made me feel so ill 😷

@Somatronic a dream? A nightmare more like 😂 thanks @Minster2012 for those images

InkyPaper · 03/06/2021 20:05

@Vil10 loving the puppy photos! Hope you're still feeling OK (aside from being bored). I admire your willpower though, I'd be scarfing down junk food like my life depended on it 😂

@KiwiTTC1st sorry about the BFN 😔

@Lexber 🤣 love it, sneaky kid there!

@Kirky658 that looks amazing, have an awesome time away

I got my test results back from the hospital: no prolactinoma! The endocrinologist was really nice, said that a couple of my hormone levels seemed low in the letter he sent (I can't remember the names but when I googled them they're the ones that control ovulation) but that it was up to the fertility unit to take it further if necessary. The fertility unit got in touch - we've got our first appointment in July. A video appointment so we don't have to travel down to the hospital again, which is good.

KiwiTTC1st · 03/06/2021 20:11

Flow is getting heavier and darker so hello AF 😢😢😭😭
Unfortunately unable to try this month due to fiance having surgery, bring on July though

DJmum83 · 03/06/2021 20:14

@Juno231 so this month is your appointment hope it all goes well.
You so deserve it.

Minster2012 · 03/06/2021 20:22

@KiwiTTC1st sorry about the bfn then AF, that's really annoying she waited til right after you tested, bloody bitch. I hope your fiancé's surgery isn't too hefty?

@Kirky658 that looks so nice!! Enjoy

@Lexber @larrythelizard definitely feral child here too

@2020mission the nhs won't tell you? Eh? I thought if they could tell they always ask you?

@Clairey844 hope you had a lovely time away

@Haiyaa

Oh bless you *@DJmum83*, did you have thyroid issues before you were pregnant? I know they usually need to monitor you a bit more closely and increase your levothyroxine. Hopefully they sort it all out for you but it must have been pretty frightening! I’m ok, just crawling through another 2ww 🤪

@feliznavidad2 can’t see you on the list so welcome to the bus.... price of admission is an embarrassing story please. And maybe a little about yourself? Or maybe I’ve missed you on one of the previous threads, they are very fast paced!

@Haiyaa My embarassing story is sort of post-TTC related when I was about to give birth to DS1. I was induced for various reasons, and following commencing on the drip that they give you, contractions were coming in thick and fast without many gaps in between. I was huffing away on the gas and air and generally felt a bit out of it. I asked the midwife whether I could get on and push yet as I couldn't take much more of the pain and she said if I was struggling as much as I appeared to be, we could ask the anaesthetist about an epidural.

In walks a very handsome male anaesthetist who I proceeded to try and flirt with whilst mid-contraction and essentially offered to have further babies with. Blush He was very polite but shut down my advances quite abruptly (understandably).

My poor OH was sat in the room staring at me in disbelief.

Said anaesthetist then came to see me a few days after on the maternity ward as they needed to check the epidural site... Needless to say when not high on gas and air, and goodness knows what else, and following a bloody horrific labour, and a few sleepless nights of cluster feeding on a very hot ward, I wasn't feeling quite so confident in my pulling abilities and quite frankly wanted the ground to swallow me up. Grin

We're on our second cycle of TTC no. 2, our first born is four and time has passed us by until now. Glad to be on the bus with you all.

KiwiTTC1st · 03/06/2021 20:28

@Minster2012 luckily it's a pretty straightforward procedure and he'll be in and out in a day, but he'll be recovering and resting for 1 to 2 weeks

larrythelizard · 03/06/2021 20:33

Good news everyone, DH is 'staying out of the way so he doesn't get in the way' so I am cleaning the house and packing whilst he watches CrossFit videos on his phone: lucky me!

Franklydear · 03/06/2021 20:33

@feliznavidad2 where are you based? Like in country/area not full address, also intrigued by your user name

Franklydear · 03/06/2021 20:36

@larrythelizard that’s when children come in useful, when dh does that with football I just send ds his way, doesn’t do it so often now and definitely not without discussion🤨

feliznavidad2 · 03/06/2021 20:38
@feliznavidad2 where are you based? Like in country/area not full address, also intrigued by your user name
@Franklydear Just like the song. Blush

England - Midlands. You?

Franklydear · 03/06/2021 20:41

@feliznavidad2 south east, I thought I might have found a fellow ‘Spanish’, love the song too

Franklydear · 03/06/2021 20:46

I just showed dh the wedding outfit from that thread, his comment, the priest won’t let you into the church on that😂😳

feliznavidad2 · 03/06/2021 20:51

@franklydear When I was preggo with DS1 (I promise not all my stories are about him/being pregnant with him), I used to play that song (among other festive ones) quite a lot as he was due just after Christmas and he always seemed to move a lot to it.

Low and behold, when he was about a month old, we found out that our lovely DS1 is deaf (profoundly) and so there was not a bloody chance he was having a little dance along to the Christmas tunes that I'd been playing the poor babe.

Embarrasingly, and a bit weirdly, when we were told he was deaf, one of the first things I thought was 'Oh, he can't have been wiggling to the Xmas tunes then'. Blush I like to think he knew I was enjoying the music instead.

Franklydear · 03/06/2021 20:56

@feliznavidad2 we, I, ramble about the children a lot, don’t worry,.... surely, he was responding to you

larrythelizard · 03/06/2021 21:20

That's got to be good @InkyPaper? Hopefully you get the fertility letter through soon 🤞🏼

Ah fuck @KiwiTTC1st was hoping you'd be a one cycle unicorn!

Welcome @feliznavidad2 very much enjoyed your embarrassing story!

Sadly/luckily DS is in bed @Franklydear. He's now flapping about packing his stuff, I've done literally everything else!

I think this is FW for me but not had sex since CM ramped up a bit so will be good to be away and more relaxed (have felt like I've been chasing my tail all week and not slept well and up early every day) to actually give myself a chance of catching an egg (assuming I'm spitting them out that is, no results yet on Day 3 bloods, i will chase after Day 21 bloods next week)
