We’ve reserved a bench seat each for our newest 2 sets of bus twins, but don’t worry there’s still room for more!

How are our lovely pregnant ladies all doing, I love the sun but was thinking yesterday do o want to be pregnant in the heat again?! I had my youngest in July and I swear I lost a stone the few weeks before in sweat and melting 🤣🤣🤣

My bestie is 16weeks now! She is finding out the sex Sunday - so excited for her! She keeps messaging me asking "any news" 🤣 I've advised her I've been sexed up and awaiting a decision from Mother Nature...
OH has really got his head around having a baby, I think he wants it to happen NOW more than me... I had to explain the whole monthly timing thing to him last night and how saving himself until I ovulate so he explodes 3 weeks worth ISNT what works best 🤣🤣🤣🤣 here's hoping he did the trick when he got his round of applause... he was suggesting I take my temperature with the thermometer in the kitchen I have for the kids (bless him) so I had to try and explain that. I've promised him if I'm not pregnant this month I will make him a chart 🤣🤣 he asked for a chart to see when I ovulate and when he needs to sex me... I told him to just jump me every other day after AF until I say otherwise ... anyone else got a fella who is more obsessed than them?!? He's a strange one but I think he is suddenly realising what he wants and is so excited he's like a kid in a sweet shop - god help me when I get caught!!

Just had a text offering me my covid vaccine, pretty much decided I'm having it but now the text is in front of me I'm terrified I'm not making the right decision for our baby 😬

@Kirky658 it's such a difficult decision to make. I have my 2nd booked for tomorrow.
I'm not pregnant Altho actively trying and in my 2WW so technically could be. But I think it's the right decision for me to have it.

Take a deep breath - I remember my first and I felt so anxious just in general so it's ok to be unsure or worried. Xx

@lexber I'm 26 weeks on weds so out of the danger zone if you like. I have asthma which has deffo got worse since I've been pregnant and I've read about the risks of stillbirth, pre-eclampsia and premature birth if you get covid in the 3rd trimester which all point towards me being better off having it...

@Vil10 you are doing amazing on the weight loss! Keep going

@Minster2012 there's no decent coffee in this country, lovely tea, we don't have that in the continent, but the nearest decent coffee is in the other side of the Eurotunnel

@Kirky658 if it helps all the preggo medics (a GP, a hospital pharmacist and a nurse) I know have had it but waited until 2nd trimester. I think they've been giving it to pregnant women longer in the US so if there were any horror stories it would be coming from that way. I would have it if pregnant I think but only you know what's right for you.

@Minster2012 I've joined you this evening on the pinchiness. I always mean to take a note of which side it is out of interest if it's the same side every month. EWCM kicking in so maybe not that late on ovulation 🤷🏻‍♀️. I've sort of detached from it all as I don't think I'll get pregnant so it's kind of weird observing the signs and almost going through the motions without being desperate about it, all very strange! Bet I'm ALL OVER IT again next month and my 'relaxed approach' doesn't last long!

We're quite into this house @Franklydear, we get quite close (but not 100%) to a decent Italian espresso. Man I miss sitting in the Italian sunshine watching the world go by with an espresso and a sparkling water! Mind you, I also now have DS so I suspect holidays like that are in the past anyway!

@larrythelizard yes definitely I'm almost 3rd trimester now as well, I think I will take the risk and go for it, as I'd rather not be too scared to go out for fear of catching it tbh. Our area is one of the highest case rates in the UK atm due to a local outbreak centred around some colleges in the area so not ideal.

@sausage1990 it's a hard process what you've had to go through and tough some days than others but im glad you’ve had your bloods taken, hoping you get some answers sooner than later so you can avoid maybe the winter period of TTC but it’s always a cheeky excuse to get warm when it’s cold outside 🙊😘

@vil10 it’s horrible having Covid, I had Covid back in November 2020 and I still don’t have my full smell back, I have to be really close to anything to smell it which is shit, I tried all the old wives tales of burning orange and everything and nupppp it’s just apart of me now 🙊 my hub also was positive as same time and his only symptom was when we was Baby dancing sometimes he couldn’t maintain the pace from sounding like he smoked 1000 cigs a day and at one thought his lips look blue so we called it a day with the sex front until we was better incase he passed out 🤣💖 I hope your symptoms get better soon 😘

@Juno231 good luck with the job front hunny! It’s rubbish being in a place you don’t enjoy, I don’t particularly enjoy my job at the moment but they have been so flexible with my fertility testing and allowing me to have paid work time to attend drs appointments I don’t think I’ll get the same treatment right now if I was to move elsewhere! You can buy a supplement which is like a probiotic for women which is meant to be good for people who have reoccurring thrush? Might be a shout for you if GPS aren’t helpful💖

@lexber my hub was the same with my charts, quite funny he looked so proud when he used to see the hearts at the bottom for the sex entry as he was like jesus I didn’t realise how much we had it this month, the phase has worn out a touch though since my cycles started to do the how low can you go but changing the low bit to long instead 🤣🙊

@kirky658 I know it’s a lot to take in when you see the horror stories with the vaccine only you can decide which ever path is right for you and your little bundle onboard, my only side effect was my arm was bright red circle for about 4 days, that’s about it 🙈

@Juno231 I went through an awful phase of recurring thrush. I had to take a Flucanazole capsule every week for about 6 weeks and that seems to have knocked it on the head for now, thankfully! You could also try lactobacillus probiotics, they can help balance things. Has your DH been treated? If not, he could be passing it back to you even if he's asymptomatic so it's definitely worth getting him to take a flucanazole too. You can buy it much cheaper from online pharmacies than Canesten over the counter, I think I got 3 capsules for about a fiver. Hope you feel better soon, thrush is miserable 😩

Argh @Juno231 frustrating! I have spates of it. The duo stuff with pessary sorts it but there's no reason for it. Thanks for the advice on the iron, vit c and ferritin - little oracle you!

@blackcurrantqueen @Haiyaa I'm 2 weekly for my acupuncture sessions. Had one today, she seems to be really into Moxa more so than needles atm, have you found/had this? She's bonkers, set off the fricking fire alarms today burning it in my belly button 🔥 🙈

@juno231 I'm also super prone to thrush, seems to be when my oestrogen levels are high so with my endo I got it once a month or so and I've had it twice during pregnancy now, last time I had a weeks course of pessaries. I find that eating probiotic yoghurt seems to help, if I ever have antibiotics I buy a job lot of activia too x

@Kirky658 9 weeks! I remember when you told us you got your BFP, blimey this year is going fast. If I was in your shoes, I'd get the vaccine too. Like one of the others said, they've given it to loads of pregnant women in the US and have deemed it safe. I had mine yesterday and they reiterated to me then that it was deemed safe to have during pregnancy, if that helps. All I have is a sore arm today, so not bad really.

@Juno231 thrush sucks, definitely a good idea to call the GP

@Vil10 I think that's pretty common with covid, my mate had it and he was on the floor for about a fortnight. He got breathless pretty easily. As for AF, I've no idea when it's due 😂 I'm currently CD32 but I think I'm getting PMS symptoms so AF might show up sometime soon? It'd be my first short cycle in a while if it does 😂

Went into work today and my boss said "I wanted to get you a card to let you know I was thinking of you but I didn't know the words to write in it there are just no words to say, so I got you this instead" and gave me this bracelet. I wasn't expecting to cry today from something nice 💕 Was genuinely so touched with her support. My job can be really stressful and I was toying with the idea of whether giving it up for something a bit easier would help with ttc but that little act of kindness was enough to help me realise I am incredibly lucky as I know and especially reading some of your posts tonight that good bosses can be hard to find so think I'll definitely be staying put!

@bez91 yes my lady uses moxa too but I'd say probably about 50/50! She tends to use the moxa and warm the spots up and then use the needles on those spots.

@Minster2012 I'm okay thanks...CD9 here so just waiting to get going this cycle. I'm having a lot of twinging around my left ovary but it's too early for ovulation and my OPKs are definitely negative. Bit worried it's a cyst actually, I've had them before but my right ovary doesn't work due to an endometrioma cyst so I worry about my left packing in too. Hopefully it's nothing and just gearing up for a decent ovulation 🤞🤞🤞
