@Lovebug06 just a sore arm at the mo, but only had it at 11am this morn. Fingers crossed that’s the only side effect 🤞🏼

And I really have no idea, is it normal to just have an odd long cycle? Screams abnormal to me that 😩

@Lovebug06 ha it's weird, I find one born makes me feel better about childbirth! Maybe I've not seen the worst episodes 😅

@missm94 I know it must seem scary but honestly 45 isn't too crazy! And plenty of us were still having wonky cycles at the 6 month mark but went on to have bfps. It's good you have a gp that wants to get the ball rolling though - doesn't hurt to get things checked out!

@MissM94 I think we're about the same point ( I came off the pill early Nov). Mine have been 41,45,42 & 36 days. Do you track temp and OPK's? (sorry I lose track of who does what!)

@Kay00 Oh god I can't watch OBEM, I literally bawl my eyes out. That and 24 hours in A&E have me in bits!!

Had the text from my GP today so I've got my covid vaccine booked for next Thursday! Other than that nothing to report from me. CD16 and not much going on!

@Juno231 aw really? That quite reassuring then 🥰 yeah she's been really good tbf I normally see all different ones but I've seen the same one for quite a few weeks so I am lucky really aren't I.. thank you! X

@MissC07 yeah, we will be then! Mine have been: 34, 29, 35, 34 & currently on day 46 haha nightmare! X

@MissC07 I've not been temp tracking I normally do OPK's but I didn't last month.. I've been rubbish haha

@missm94 I have ovulated on days: 31, 26, 18, 35, 24, 27, 18. Making my cycles: 41, 34, 32, 47, 37, 38, 45, 40, 32. All completely random! You might be having an anovulatory cycle which is perfectly normal (but very very frustrating)!

@Kay00 god that's so reassuring! I'm sorry that that's at the expense of your cycles but it's helping me feel better that I'm not abnormal and infertile just cos my cycles are longer than 36 days 😂 just going to see when it finally arrives and try not to work myself up.. try being the operative word 😂🙄 I guess ovulating is the most important bit, aslong as that's happening every month you know things are definitely rolling in the right direction

@MissM94 I think the odd wonky cycle is normal

My RHR has been dropping over the last few days, really trying to not let it worry me 😬😬

After that stupidly long first post-pill cycle, I got a positive OPK on day 15 but I'm now CD20 with no discernible temp rise. I'm not that disciplined about timing of temp taking, I toss and turn, get up to pee and sometimes have glass or two of wine in the evening. So let's just hope that I'm crap at temping rather than not ovulating.  it's £40 for a finger prick progesterone test so might do that next month. The fear is that it won't be clear and will send me into depths of despair like the stupid FSH test did 

I'm going to keep occupied until next Saturday (I.e. stay off Google) and do a test then. To be honest, I'd be happy enough with a regular cycle this month then I'll go
at it hard again next month!

@Kay00 any tips on temping. I'd love a chart like yours!

@MissM94 oh north Manchester is my local too! I had dd1 there 3 years ago, they were actually really good tbh. That's where I've seen all the women smoking too haha!

@MissC07 ooh that's exciting. Do you know if you're having the astrazeneca or pfizer one yet?

@WhirlingD its good you got the positive opk. Maybe you just didn't ovulate yet though if your temp hadn't risen? I've heard you can have a few positive opks if your body tries to ovulate but doesn't quite make it?
Otherwise it's probably just that your sleep isn't consistent

@Sunshinedaisybuttermellow yeah it is a good hospital and would probably be my hospital as it's the more accessible one but the patients put me off! 😂😂

@Sunshinedaisybuttermellow I used to use the cheap ones from the internet and to be honest I could never tell if they were positive or not. Then I invested in the CB digital ones. I got a static smiley on CD15 so I'm hoping that was a proper LH surge. It was empty circle on CD15. So who knows. If I get AF around CD29/30 then hopefully more likely than not that I ovulated. I'm trying to be positive!

@WhirlingD I am the queen of attempted ovulation! It is super frustrating and I am sorry

@TheDaydreamBelievers I had about 5 false starts in that first 101 day cycle but they were internet cheapie sort of positives. I've binned those now as they made me too stressed and upset. If AF doesn't come in a couple of weeks, I will also bin the CBs and have a complete hissy fit.

@WhirlingD I'd guess you might be due another LH surge - carry on BD regularly just in case. I doubt a bit of tossing/turning and wine would mess up the pattern that badly. Apart from anything - getting drunk would raise your temp!

2DPO here, I'll post my chart tmr when FF has confirmed ovulation.

Welcome @Charliecircle11 how are feeling? Any symptoms from coming off yet?

I had my first vaccine yesterday! :D Had Pfizer. All good except for a sore arm. With TTC I have no idea where I'm at or what's going on ha ha think I'm going to start tracking from next cycle as I can't deal with this not knowing. TMI warning now, I'm struggling to differentiate between leftover man juice or EWCM 😅 I've had about 3 or 4 days of it maybe? But we've DTD every day this week so hard to know. When I came off the pill, exactly two weeks after the last pill I had very obvious EWCM but this time there's not as much. I'm cycle day 19 atm.

So far so good thanks, hoping that I am one of these miraculous people I have heard that experience the extra fertile few days after stopping the pill haha 😆 tracking my cycle with Flo app.

So jealous of your jab! Hopefully mine will be soon.

Glad you're OK! Are you tracking with OPKs now?

Sorry for being dim but I am not down with all the lingo yet? What does OPK mean?

@Charliecircle11 not dim at all! it stands for ovulation predictor kits - ie ovulation sticks!

Thank you! No I am using Flo to track it. Stopped the pill on Tuesday and says I am ovulating now but I guess that is my usual cycle on the pill and when I would ovulate if the pill let you?! Just going to track it on the app and see how I get on. Don’t want too much pressure on myself

@Charliecircle11 yes it's a guess based on your cycle being 28 days on the pill - it won't know any better until your real periods kick in again. Bear in mind that even then it's pure guesswork, so unless you do the deed (DTD) very regularly with your other half, you might want to consider ovulation sticks at some point!
