@Juno231 yes it is but I've been to the gp and gynae with spotting. And now the gp and infertility clinic and no one seems to care? Its never been mentioned.
@Annny27 oh no. Assume the same brand of tests? Spotting isn't always bad though.

@Annny27 you're not out until AF shows - am thinking of you though, what a rollercoaster - if in doubt can you contact drs for bloods, a faint line is still a faint line x

@notyetamumbuttrying I wonder why you're on buserelin injections and not spray? I defo got told nasal spray (twice a day) but that's all I know - waiting to hear about my actual plan / drugs etc... chomping at the bit I tell ya! Don't want to not get drugs in time or miss this cycle somehow, waaaaaah!

@polejunkie just every place is different I guess. I never even knew spray was a thing until chatting to ppl on here. Ah you'll be fine! Mine came on Friday, I started them on the weds so if it's nhs they'll be last minute!!
@got2be ooh that's a good number! Does your afc not correlate or something?

@notyetamumbuttrying not had a afc as such but always been told I have a good number of eggs on ultrasound.
Confused as I refused to believe it was unexplained but now everything has come back ok so does not explain si and no bfp other then mc last year in past 10y

@got2be ok, can understand your confusion now. Very odd indeed! Are you getting up a follow up consultation?

@got2be there are things they can't/won't test for though so that's the shitty part of unexplained I'm afraid, you're left just not knowing what's wrong.

@notyetamumbuttrying ha well the post HSG flush out didn't work so I doubt the lap makes a difference. I guess I feel if it hasn't worked so far and nothing has really changed then it's all a bit pointless and I'm killing time until the IVF ball gets rolling

but have already been told i need self funded IVF.

@Juno231 just so frustrated, im post HSG too 2nd cycle thinking of lap but feel like you do towards it.

@polejunkie I had buserelin injections as well, I had thought the spray was just an American thing. I'm not on buserelin for this round though.

Im having my baseline scan at lunchtime and just feel despondent today. Part of it is because I weighed myself this morning and despite looking like I've lost a reasonable amount of weight the scale says I've only lost 3lbs in the past 5 weeks! I'm also super worried there won't be any follicles left when they do the scan!

@notyetamumbuttrying I guess I'll wait for my super exciting deliver to see what I get, unless get to speak to someone n advance of that...

@Motherofkittens28 how strange, I'm happy to have nasal spray don't get me wrong the less injections the better seeing as I'm a complete novice lol (and a bit scared!) fingers crossed for your baseline scan, any weight loss is great, don't be so hard on yourself. Let us know how you get on, will be thinking of you!

@Juno231 tbh I know how you're feeling! The post lap magic didn't work for me (bfn yesterday at 10dpo) so I'm glad we just ploughed ahead with the injections. How long do you have to wait until you can start ivf? I can't quite remember.
@got2be ah ok, I see. I asked you about a lap on the other thread. Seems the last thing left to try then so if you can, you may as well?!

@polejunkie I didn't. I was just given the details of the supplier. Fertility2U and I called them to check it was all happening and they said it was. Hopefully you'll hear soon!

I'll set up a new thread tonight, still with our trademark infertile donkeys! Think we need endo in there somewhere too.

Thanks everyone ❤❤ spoke to the fertility clinic and they said it definitely seems like a early miscarriage so just waiting for the bleed now. Last time I was 11.5 weeks so there was lots of clots, clumps the size of golf balls etc. Hoping as I am only 4-5 weeks it will just be like a period!

I am going to try and only check mumsnet ever so often this month and see if it helps me with anxiety and over thinking 🙌🏻

@Annny27 that sounds like a good plan. ttc anxiety and over thinking is the worse. but hard to switch off at times. x

So sorry to hear that @Annny27, make sure you look after yourself!
Had my scan, just 6 follicles, same as last time. I guess my original AFC which was 9 was just an anomaly! I feel really down now, so few chances fot us before we even start the drugs. Af is also really heavy today and I just feel crappy! Starting my cocktail of drugs tomorrow, first Scan next Monday, 2nd Wednesday and then egg collection penciled in for next Friday

@Motherofkittens28 ah I'm sorry but try and look towards the ivf and the fact that you can start so soon! We have our scans the same day! Mine is in the morning. You'll be doing EC before me as I'll only be stimming from next week, my place makes you stim for 10-14 days! Dreading feeling like a chicken about to hatch! 🥴
Grab a hot water bottle and some choc for today, hope you feel better soon ♥️

Thanks @notyetamumbuttrying I had to stim for three extra days last time so I'm expecting that might happen again. Last time I stimmed for 14 days, I'm surprised they have it down for only 9 days this time
