Just went on insta and seen zoellas pregnancy announcement, due sept.. I had a friend announce her pregnancy to me last week too. I swear Everywhere I look is another pregnancy!!

@Mellous it's everywhere isnt it 🙄 I'm in fertile period but I'm still getting some very light spotting when I wipe from my last period so not holding out much hope for this one 🙄 my temps have been all over the place too. I have acupuncture Monday which I'm hoping my help regulate things a bit

I'm 8 dpo today, I only have a 10day luteal phase and last time I had a squinter on an FRER by this stage!

Woke up two nights ago in the middle of the night with tingly boobs, sweats and cramps and convinced myself i would get a bfp again as that's exactly how I felt last time!

Thought I had a squinter yesterday and today but I really do think they are just shit FRERs with that stupid silver line from amazon! Last time my 8dpo squinter was quite pinkish!

So I've come to the conclusion that this isn't my month and my first proper AF will be arriving in a few days!

How is everyone else getting on?

Hey all! I'm still going through my MC but as I mentioned in the other thread I'm a prepper. Can I ask how long it took for your AF to return? Did you all wait a cycle?

My other mc we're at 5 and 6 weeks so like 9 week feels completely different. Mine came back almost spot on 4 weeks for one and I fell pregnant without a full cycle on the other. I haven't been told when we can start trying again with this one. My gp said we could try right away after the others. Just conscious that this is different

I know I'm a crazy girl but prepping makes me feel better. Amazon already has an order for new OPKs. Can't wait to see all your BFPs x

@angc30 I tried after 2 weeks post MVA but have had any luck so far. My first AF was about 4.5 weeks after my MVA but was super light, 2-3 days of spotting and that's it. The last period was 5 days of spotting, 5 days heavy, and has been spotting on and off since (so about another 5 days). As long as you have a negative test you're good to try. I tried even before a negative test which wasn't ideal!

@angc30 my first period was 5 weeks after my d&c.. we did try that cycle but weren’t lucky! Fingers crossed for this one xx

@Pettylamby that all sounds promising.. fingers crossed for you! Maybe try again tomorrow.. I have an embarrassing number of frer tests ready for in the next week or so, I got a bit silly on Amazon last cycle 😂

Hi all, just place marking, 4dpo. We dtd bloody loads (9 times in 8 days fgs. To think some people do this just as a usual sex life?! Shit me it's exhausting) but didn't use opks or anything. I'm really chilled about it. No desire whatsoever for early testing (she says). This is my first month of actually being able to ttc though as it took 11 weeks to get a negative hcg blood

@mellous oh you don't have to tell me about this! I have a wardrobe stash my OH doesn't know about! It's quite a sight! I just don't want to ever have to run out and go to a shop so like to be well prepared! Currently I have - 4 FRERS, 4 weeks digital, about 10 easy at home strips and some other CB early detection 2 pack! 😂

I knowwww @AMS19 but it's so hard to not compare! And with a 10 day luteal phase I'm running out of days very quickly! 😔

I'll join. I'm still waiting for my bleeding to finish after my D&C 10 days ago and for my pregnancy hormones to go completely. Hopefully I'll ovulate soon, get my period out of the way and then get back to ttc. I would really like to try once I ovulate but I think the advice is to wait until you've had your first period after a MC?

@dippyegg32 😂😂 can relate. We did it 7 times during the fertile week and it was definitely becoming a bit of a chore haha. Wish I could adopt your chilled attitude. I’m counting down the days that it is acceptable to start pos 😂.

@Pettylamby I told my husband I think I could open my own chemist the amount I have. I think I have about 9 frers 🙈 and 4 Cb digi.

@Tamalama hey! You don’t have to wait for your period, you just have to wait until you’ve stopped bleeding. I was advised to wait for a period only because it makes it easier to date a new pregnancy. xx

Hi all, I'm 5dpo today so have everything crossed. All I see everywhere is pregnancy announcements and baby grows with born in 2021 on them 🙁🙁. Heres hoping there will be a few rainbow babies announcements on here xx

@Neady1980 hello love. You’re right there’s announcements everywhere at the minute, each one still feels like a bit of a kick to the heart to be honest.

@Pettylamby have everything crossed for you. 8dpo is still very early and implantation dates can vary.

I'm only cd 12 but thinking I'm probably not going to be ovulating until next week some point. Am using OPKs and BBT but trying to not go as crazy with OPKs this month. Feeling a lot more positive this cycle though than I did last as my cycle seems to slowly be getting back to normal.

@AMS19 sounds like you are going through similar to what I had last month with temps being a bit all over the place and on/off spotting. Don't count yourself out at all though as things can turn around quickly. I'm also starting acupuncture on Monday too as after last cycle. I hope it goes well for you.

@angc30 my period came back after about 4.5 weeks post mc, although I'm not sure now it counts as a period as don't think the hcg had dropped enough at that point as was still getting faint positives on FRER tests. We weren't planning on trying the cycle straight after mc but we did. It did cause a bit of confusion and upset for me though as there was a point where I was still getting faint positives but wasn't sure if it was old or new, it was old but those days I went a bit crazy testing and convincing myself the lines were getting darker. Not meaning to say this to sound negative at all. Hopefully you won't be stuck in that not knowing position as I think my hcg levels went down pretty slowly (only fully went down for me around 7 weeks post mc).

@mellous my stomach turns when I see pregnancy announcements now but thankfully I dont let it get me down.
I'm not sure when I'll test if I'm honest, I would love to say on the day I'm due AF but doubt I'll hold of till then 🙈🙈

@PlantMummy87 oh amazing we both have acupuncture the same day! It's so expensive so I'm not sure I'll be doing it weekly as they suggest but I'm thinking maybe I'll do it 2/3 times then switch to pregnancy reflexology when that starts up again! I've got loads if EWCM it's just mixed with blood (sorry...tmi I know). All very weird! I'm CD11 based off CD1 being the first day I had super heavy flow. Pre mmc I ovlated CD13 so let's see. I definitely feel more horny (again, sorry) and have loads of energy so reckon it's possible. OPks are blank still though. We've been DTD every other day but might start daily now given the timing

Hello ladies, I was recently on the other thread. I'm still in the immediate post MC stage, it happened last weekend naturally and I'm still bleeding a bit but I already know I want to get straight back into it! I don't think I want to wait until I've had a period because it seems like a missed opportunity.

Did you wait until you had a negative pregnancy test first?

I'm finding the pregnancy announcements very difficult too. A best friend told us this week that she's pregnant (after a loss, I'm ecstatic for her), and almost every woman I work with is pregnant too. It's even harder when you know a lot of them weren't planned.

Depending on whether I get a final diagnosis from my gastroenterologist will determine whether we TTC this month.

I am currently into day two of my second period following my D&C on the 30/12. It’s pretty heavy compared to periods pre miscarriages which I’m assuming is a good sign.

I’m not doing anything other than tracking on a period tracker which shows me my fertile days. I used this app when I conceived my little boy and with last two pregnancies so hoping it’ll work again. My cycle appears to have gone back to 26/27 days but still early days to be certain.

It’ll be good to see how you are all doing even if I’m not trying this month. Good luck everyone xxx

@Madeoftea I’d advise waiting for a negative test otherwise it could be really confusing and painful to not know if it’s a new pregnancy or leftover hcg xx
