TTC baby number 1 - late period negative test

Hey everyone

We're ttc on cycle 2, I'm normally on a 25-28 day cycle but on CD31 now and nothing, I did a test this evening but was negative, going to try again in the morning

I'm never this late so not sure what's going on😓 anyone else late but negative test?

Hi @Gspps if I get cramps they're normally super mild so I'm not sure what yours could be. Hopefully a positive thing!

I finally got my peak on CD19, so expect my period to be due a lot later than normal. Looking forward to trying soy isos to help bring it forward!

Yeah I normally get mild cramps but these seem a little more, but tbh I don't know if I'm just being too hopeful and it's just my normal cramps

I used conceive plus applicators this month and apparently they do help a lot. But We only dtd twice in fertile period so not sure at all😓

Glad you finally got your peak! Keep us updated , I got my peak really early this month after having a delayed period which is really odd x

I'm now 9dpo and my cramps were getting more often so I decided to do a FRER and this is the result .....

Not quite sure what to think I can't believe it if it's real xx

@Gspps I don't think a strong line is ever a bad sign so take it one day at a time and try not to overthink it 🤗

@A1b2c3d4e5f6g7 I'm doing okay thank you for asking 💞 it just feels a bit surreal....I don't feel any different at the minute, but I'm sure I've got that all too come... just feels weird saying I'm pregnant when booking in with my dr etc!

I'm okay thanks, trying to figure out my bbt temps. Anyone know about a big dip 3dpo? Mine dropped from 36.9 to 36.46 today, so wondering if I have ovulated for sure (only three days of high temps) or if this is a fallback (from googling). Negative opk today, had positive opk's for two days before my big temp spike

Also I'm not the best with temping advice as I never could really get the hang of it 😓 I just went by opks and when I had a really high positive I assumed I would be ovulating very soon x

You can get applicators and just squeeze it up there and it mimics healthy cervical fluid so better chances of sperm sticking around aha

God I'm spending sooooo much money on fertility stuff 🤣 another to add in for next month

I'm doing good, have a 3 day working week so am looking forward to time off. I had 2 days of peaks so not quite sure when I actually ovulated (assuming that I did) so I'm either 1/2DPO today. Now the wait 😅

we ended up stopping to try over my peak as we had bd regularly before right up to it. Main reason was because due date would be Christmas and we've already got both our birthdays near this time so I am leaving it up to the what is meant to be will be gods. So am feeling okay if it doesn't happen this month, and actually think it's unlikely with the late ovulation and unsure of my luteal phase length.

Sorry I haven’t been around - lots going on!

I ovulated early this month according to clear blue which I’m not sure is right however we have a date for IVF - it will happen during May, April felt too soon. I’m excited but also very nervous and don’t want to get my hopes up. It’s a weird situation to be in.
