TWW starts... ovulation day today! Anyone else?

Hi ladies!

Anyone else ovulated today? I'm pretty sure I did after a peak OPK yesterday and now starting the dreaded TWW... my first as we're on cycle 1. I'm CD16 with a generally 30 day cycle.

Would love some company as I inevitably drive myself absolutely loco over the next fortnight 😂

Any early symptoms I can look out for to keep me occupied?!

Well I tested only a cheap test from Asda and got a BFN (was my 2nd wee of the day). I’m 9dpo could it still happen 🙈

@mrssunshinexxx your brave wanting another baby already. I don’t think I could have done it too traumatised from lack of sleep at that point lol. I’m 14dpo today. I have very little hope for this cycle now but happy to get started with the next.

@Coffeemum1 you have plenty of time yet. It’s defo exciting to start testing though. I always use FRER first given that they’re most sensitive but so pricey! I’ve got 1 FRER amd 1 cb digi left. Saved for next month now.

I had a huge 0.33 temp drop this morning so just a waiting game. Due on today want it to hurry up now I know for sure what's coming. If my temp had gone up, I'd be more on tenterhooks.

Ah her sleep was great then 4 month regression hit hard and at 6 months I sleep trained (gently) and she sleeps through now has done for about a month. X

Morning ladies. I've been busy last few days. Just checking in.
Just to let you know, even though I'm a big fan off ICs to satisfy those early POAS urges, I've not found them to be that great this time.

I got my BFP on Monday at 11dpo on FR. A solid line.
ICs at 10dpo were squinters.

I thought I'd follow line progression with ICs since then, and given I am still sub 4wks pregnant, they've showed only tiny progression, albeit slightly darker.

I took another FR on wed evening (13dpo), and got a dye stealer- darkness matched the control line. And then a CB digital too for confirmation (and to show husband). IC still faint. Thurs and today the IC only slightly darker

Yes the squinty line on ICs made me test on FR, but in these early days it's the FR that steals the dye! I'm sure everyone knew that anyway I'm just sharing my realisation.

FYI the ICs I use are femometer ones. The packaging has changed recently, but I'm assuming they are the same. But with my BFP last year I feel they were much more sensitive. I could have had a bad batch this time perhaps.

No news here but PMS type cramps and back pain in full swing so that's put me off testing.

AF is due Sunday so would like to get to at least then/Monday.

To be honest, having resigned myself to it not being my month, the stress has much relieved :)

@WrongendoftheSTIX I know the feeling. I wish af would hurry up. I normally start in the morning so I’m guessing it’ll be tomorrow now.

@mrssunshinexxx I think my hope has diminished every day passed o and now with the cramping that’s constant. Only new thing today is a bit more cm. I keep thinking it’s my period but nothing there at all.

@TrixIrl I’m agreed that giving up (in a way) takes the stress out of it. Or maybe it’s anxiety. Either way I’m feeing less of it today. Of by some miracle af doesn’t show tomorrow I think I’d test maybe Monday? I have a FRER but sorta put off using it as I’ve had so many bfn. My last pregnancy I had my bfp on 11dpo so this would be different for me.

So less than two hours after saying I'm not testing, I'm POAS 🙈 BFN on FRER as predicted but just had to do it as DH suggested wine tonight and I couldn't not check then!

Right, I'm not testing again (again!)

@xRRx my word, you weren’t kidding. That’s super organised. I’m loving it. I remember being reassured by the line progression. How are you feeling?

My cramps have petered out over the last few hours. Still feel unusual in that area, and sensitive like I need to pee but not desperate or anything. I’m wishing the evening away so af can come tomo. I caved and used my FRER. Bfn.

@WonderCity I have heard lots of CM is a very good sign you know... keeping my fingers firmly crossed for you.

@WonderCity i thought it's actually really good reference for anyone testing to know what an IC and FR can look like at 11dpo.

I'm feeling OK. Not really bad symptoms apart from slightly sore boobs and occasional but if CM. I'm trying to look after my diet and praying it will all be a healthy and happy experience.

I think from one serial POAS to another, stop testing!! Don't be disheartened, of course it's not over till AF visits but be positive and look forward to your next cycle! 💕

@mrssunshinexxx don't panic! It's different for everyone and not having it doesn't mean you're not pregnant. But having lots can be a symptom for some people ☺️

AF arrived as expected. At least I'm getting to grips with BBT charts again.

Hi guys, I've not posted on this thread for a while! Had to hide my IC's in a kitchen cupboard, realised that if I knew they were upstairs in a morning I'd be tempted to test 😂 AF due tomorrow and I've had nothing to suggest it's arriving yet, or anything to suggest I'm pregnant either!

What's everyone's usual luteal phase length? My January cycle was 23days (no idea on ovulation day), this month I ovulated (I think) on the 13th which would make a 14day luteal phase if AF arrives tomorrow. Just wondered if this is ever much longer for some people? I read 14days is the average 🤔.

Morning ladies do you think this is strong enough for 12dpo ? It came up within the time frame ARGH

I would like some line eyes please ladies... no AF yesterday so did an FRER this morning. I'm 16DPO so was hoping if I was pregnant it would be stronger by now, but my Femometer app did move my O day to 14th Feb which would put me at 13DPO... the camera isn't picking up the line well at all but it's pink in real life.

Any helpful words of wisdom very welcome 😂 xxx
